The Simplicity of use of the API an the prices

The new price presentation is not very clear to us

We use Elastic email in API to send email in our software. The low price of their email is very good for our company. The documentation of the API is very clearfull and it's just take about 1 or 2 h to use in our solution.

The price of the service is dramatically cheaper than other email sending solutions such as mailchimp. I know the product does not have as many features as mailchimp etc but it does the basics that you will need.

For newsletters it is not as polished and user friendly as mailchimp but if you are an experienced web developer this is not a major issue.

I first used the product on a dating site I own. We use it to send email notifications between users. We went for a 3rd party solution so we could deal with large volumes of email. Also the trackability of emails is also great. Then I started using it for newsletter campaigns. It isa fraction of the cost of alternative products like mailchimp.

Simplicity, pricing, availability... its an awesome platform.

They should improve the UX a bit more... some times you get los tin the panel.

It is not possible to setup multiple payment profile for the sub accounts. But you can activate many accounts using prepaid Credit Cards in order to solve this particular problem.

We develop web-applications that need to send large amount of messages. It's very hard nowadays to have email delivered to recipient inboxes. ElasticEmail has proven to accomplish this task with effectivness. We will certainly stick to this service for a long time!

Elasticmail is convenient and cost effective. It can be used via APIs and also standalone. It has excellent reporting on undelivered and bounced emails.

Elastic help us to improve the email transactions and promotional email delivery. Speed of the Email delivery is higher as compared with the other services provider in same price segment.

Its affordable, does not require constant inbox checking as emails mostly deliver in inbox, decent support. Serves the purpose very well as a email delivery solution.

Seems a bit oldish, new gen tech like amp, gmail annotations, etc docs are missing or incomplete, sluggish sometimes. Also the support response are slow and pretty standard (almost robotic).

Its a cost effective solution very well suited for startups or small to medium businesses. Does not require a very tech savy person to use.

Elastic mail makes handling sub-accounts really clean. This is perfect for us as an agency as each client has their own sub-account with their own credits, reputation, and billing.

More recently a lot of mail bounces due to IP reputation and its not until we try to send the email again this is resolved.

Not only this the trial version itself allows a user to send 100 emails/day for lifetime, which makes it almost free for someone who has requirement to send 100 or less emails per day.

Not much to be pointed out here but one thing is their support services. If any issue is raised, they usually takes more time to get resolved which can probably be because of the difference in timezone.

With a good SMTP server of their own, they provide a very good service. Not only this is a cost effective ( including the IP cost) tool but it also provides detailed user guide for easy navigation within the tool.

Lacking in the template department in terms of creativity and prepare to have your content judged by their Mail IP watchdogs. A bit overboard just to maintain deliverability but only if you're a small company. Big companies seem to get a pass based on some of the newsletters I've received.

They'll keep your email marketing on track and a positive aspect of their email security if you're less likely to send those pesky *undefined field* messages they out you as the marketing sales wizard you usually are!

I doubt that it cannot let the user know whether the email is active and working with its domain verification tool. Plus, the user interface is a bit confusing for new users.

Since this is a browser-based bulk email marketing application, we find it useful for sending email to hundreds and thousands of email leads during our varieties of marketing and promotional campaigns.

Relatively clear to see the interface, major e-mail marketing features in a low cost, mostly professional-searching emails, customer support is fairly responsive, great value.

The email design feature is a touch clunky and buggy, deliverability appears to become pretty low plenty of emails selecting junk e-mail!

Overall, Elastic Email may lack a few of the level of smoothness and ease-of-utilization of a few of the bigger e-mail marketing providers, however, it certainly comprises for your with its low cost. Overall, we are pretty pleased with Elastic Email but have discovered other sources that provide us greater deliverability.

The best thing about elastic email is the flexibility and easy use.

Obviously as a company not as large as gmail, for example, support and minor flaws are expected and are present.

I used Mailjet for the last 6 months but I wasn't that happy with the service. I just need a simple tool to send my email newsletters. I was a bit afraid to test another emailing service but I saw some good reviews for ElasticEmail. The signup and the upload of my database were very easy. Then it took me some time some to understand how to validate my domain with the DNS settings. Once it was set up, I came into some sending rate problem. I understand that a team member should validate my account first but it was not clear what I needed to do and how it is done. So I contacted the support. I was afraid to have to wait for a couple of days but they replied so quickly and they fixed the problem in no time, it was hard to believe, I'm impressed! They saved my New Year's Eve campaign :). Elasticemail is something in which anyone can easily create, send and track email campaign. You dont need to be an expert to use elasticemail. Just signup and send your emails. Elasticemail is also having a very cheap pricing with good delivery.

Some of the times the frontend doesnt respont and behave improperly but it occurs very few times.
