Evernote notes and memos feature is comprehensive and intuitive. Not only notes but also all kinds of memos can be created. One could completely replace a word processor with Evernote's excellent word processing features. The Evernote apps have native support for iOS and Android devices. Since Evernote has been around for so long, Evernote has developed robust integrations with other apps and services.
As far as my immediate needs, Evernote covers them all. The formatting option of a table is the only annoying thing. Additions to them that require extra columns or rows can be a bit of a challenge for me.
My team and I benefit from Evernote both in terms of time savings and clarity and the ability to share documents with our colleagues. Most importantly, Evernotes is being replaced by notebooks.
There are many great things about Evernote. My tasks include invoicing and project deadlines. I use Evernote to organize and manage my important documents using notebooks. There is no cost for the free edition. Besides keeping track of important documents (and some not-so-relevant ones), I use it to take notes about my life.
The only time I've encountered syncing difficulties was with the iPhone app. Several notes I had viewed from another computer were lost, and I had no way to restore them
To stay organized and prioritize tasks, we use Evernote. The time tracking feature is also excellent.
Evernote is the ideal solution to digitize physical notes. It makes it simple for users to create, store, and view notes according to their requirements. Evernote can store all types of notes, reminders, photos, audio, and videos. It can also be categorised according to the user. It's an excellent tool for those who need to find information but don't have the physical tools quickly.
If you want to get the best Evernote, it can be very expensive.
I keep all of the notes from each meeting in Evernote and create To Do Lists for myself based on the action items from each meeting. These notes are accessible from anywhere I want. It is lightweight and perfectly functional.
The Notebook stacks + Tags make a wonderful organizational structure.
Templates at the current state are poorly implemented right now.
Document storage and organizations. Previously I used Google Docs and Google Sheets to organize and store my documents and notes. But this was inefficient and I would spend a lot of time in the day just looking for specific documents.
The fact that you can access very easily to your notes from any device is something huge, specially for projet managers or people that moves a mot.
I don't recommend to add in it very confidential work, it remains a tool to take light notes, ideas or minutes.
The tool allows me to access to my notes from all my devices. It is a very hands-tool .
Amazing I love taking notes so it fulfills all my needs yet there's this problem that when I leave it in the background it just gets stuck and it's hard to even open it again I need to close the app and reopen it. But on a pleasant note, it does keep track of all my notes and they don't get erased which was something that really frustrated me in the past especially if it was something important getting the right, note in the right spot, and having it be completely deleted in a matter of seconds was beyond frustrating. Fortunately, this doesn't happen here, I like the overall color scheme and how easy it is to keep everything neat and organized. I understand everyone's gotta make a living and everything but the full version should be free in my opinion, not too expensive at least. amazing app.
it can bug and you need to reopen the app which does take its time, on top of all that it's a little slow when trying to jump through notes. Yea granted storage wise it's great but it definitely could be a lot better. what i also dislike about it is that it doesn't let you sync other media to it very easily again very clunky not the best notes app but it's still good.
basic notes and thoughts, basically a virtual notepad with case to case information
Because of Evernote, I have developed the habit of taking all my notes digitally to share with anyone with an access control facility quickly. Not only this, I can even manage my daily routine tasks and even the entire project with this simple yet powerful note-taking application.
Though Evernote lets you create and manage notes effortlessly, its basic plan supports sync between two devices and does not support offline mode.
Evernote is a one-stop solution for taking, sharing, and organizing notes digitally under a single account. It has removed the trend of using the piles of record files and notebooks for note-taking and information management.
Evernote serves a number of functions for me; it serves as a repository for notes, but it also serves as a digital closet, allowing me to drastically simplify the way I store documents online. It's difficult for me to recall my days solely by written records! Additionally, I enjoy the ease with which documents can be shared. It makes it incredibly simple to take notes; whether via a browser or a mobile app, they could take messages, save audio files, and save web pages, all of which can be organized into folders for later retrieval.
I'm not completely convinced that the elephant logo is synonymous with Evernote. I believe it isn't significant.
It's how I organize my notes and other material. I are using it to jot down notes and organize different items for planning purposes. That capability to scan and search my handwritten notes and drafts is extremely useful.
Ease of use is among the greatest benefits of Evernote. It is really easy to use. It can be a bit difficult to go all the way, of course. It also contains "tags", which enables us to search for information more quickly when we really need it. This application allows us to keep all of our knowledge inside one location.
I dislike this when my Evernote file grows in size when I upload it to my desktop. You could imagine a 300-page book, and wonder how long it will take to get to the next notation.
I like this app because it gives me access to my company and personal data on all the phones I need. It's a simple mission, so there's no need to thank you.
Evernote is indeed a digital writer's notebook you can make use. As a writer, being on a digital notebook is vital to me, and Evernote provides everything I need. You will capture the most interesting ideas in meetings with this program. Additionally, you can use it to build a calendar and manage team meetings, upcoming activities, and reports on new ideas.
It does not operate on Linux machines, but it does provide installation options, and can be installed on these devices, but needs a complex configuration.
I store all my documents together. I no longer need to continue to lose written notes; instead, I simply post a memo and use the nearest unit. They're really there for me.
The search feature comes in handy when looking for specific notes or phrases. The product seems to be improving with each update - very little has changed since I started being used six months earlier, however, all changes are positive.
There are some limits on the free account, including software restrictions. This is very inconvenient and causes users to abandon Evernote.
I stay home, sometimes on another device, and sometimes only on an iPad. Evernote is installed on all of my devices. So I have my note with me everywhere I go.
The best thing about Evernote for me is that when the main program is open, you can view your notes. I use Google Docs for my team reports and outlines, but I do get bored when I finish one text and move on to another. Thanks to Evernote, I have quick access to my memos and can also share them to my team. I like the find function, too. From time to time, I remember that I'm supposed to write something, but I can't remember on what piece of paper. With the search function, I can figure out where that might be.
Honestly, I can't remember anything that I don't like. I found the software to be very easy to use, especially if I use multiple applications. Because of the functionality, I do not want any tool/app to slow me down.
I use it for calls and meetings with clients. It is an effortless tool to make sure you don't forget anything when recording a speech.
One crucial feature of this app that I really appreciate is the ability to classify each note into its respective category. Until I started using this app at work, I used pen and paper notebooks and didn't write anything down. Since using Evernote, however, I've been able to keep better track of my observations and notes, which makes my job easier. I have this feature because I can use the app Android Evernote to pin observations and make new notes on the go when a meeting starts.
Although most of the calendar's features depend on a good internet connection, one of my least favorite features is that so many depend on bandwidth.
Since we already manage the calendar on our Android devices, we can take the information with us wherever we go.
I really enjoy Evernote. Evernote is the best app to keep almost everything I want to remember. I use it for keeping a diary, keeping track of important meetings, keeping lists, and to store clipart (which I find unacceptable). I enjoy using Evernote on all my devices; it's on my phone, my computer, and my laptop. Beautiful, isn't it? I've had two different conflicts with my iPhone over the years, and it took me 5 years to remember it.
The app is difficult to use when I am not connected to the internet because of the limitations of the free version.
Evernote enables me to get my notes whenever I want. I once left my work phone at home and used a different work device to access my Evernote account. One can only imagine the inconvenience I would have been in if this were not possible.
To jot down ideas and contacts, and to do extensive cross-laden work from far away, Evernote is an invaluable resource. It's incredibly easy and convenient to pull out my phone and jot down interesting bits of information on it. Because it is cloud-based and available on any device, it is similar to OneNote in many ways.
As I said before, I am not making a complaint about Ester. I think it would be useful to have a reminder for just a particular task rather than everything in the note.
Its benefits include collaboration while working remotely and making information readily available to the entire workforce so that all who need it can get it.
It enables me to post not only my records of work but also my personal memories, and it's best for me to scan a key document or note. It is also safe in my continuous account because I don't have to rely on a lot of paper that could easily get damaged or lost. Moreover, I can make every note remember my obligations so that worried people like me do not have to feel overwhelmed. I keep reminders; I leave my thoughts in notes and do not forget them since I will still get reminded of them! I do not forget them!
I hate the colour green they're using. If there's a way to modify it, I don't know it. I have still not been able to figure out how to modify it. I'm not, therefore, a general fan of their colour choices. Apart from that, their layout and templates and templates are great.
I'm the one with a lot of information about the computer. This is often difficult when you try to find files on...due to their number. I could clean up my small disaster thanks to this tool.
Evernote makes it easy to create, store and share notes with my co-workers. Even though it is not suitable for notes, it is very useful for downloading and sharing files, photos, voice reports and other forms of cooperation. The ability to synchronize and access my notes and files from any device, including offline, is another big feature. I also like to see the Outlook, Google Drive, Dropbox and Salesforce integration. It’s ideal for brainstorming and creative conferencing.
I don't like having to edit documents only on the desktop, especially when one has to brainstorm, take notes, or make changes in the field. The free version lacks sufficient file storage and download restrictions.
With Evernote, you can complete more tasks on a day-to-day basis, thereby spending your time effectively.
It is a very complete tool that is very useful in the day-to-day work that allows you to archive, collect and manage all the information, for a complete organization of the documents. It can also be used on more than one computer or mobile on a daily basis. Everything will automatically update with the changes that the person previously made, and since everything is stored in the Cloud, your files and notes will not take up tons of storage space on your devices.
I don't know whether to mention it as something negative, but it should be noted that the free version reduced the number of devices that you can use for free. However, the cost they offer in their payment plans are sufficiently good and achievable for all the features it offers.
It is very useful both in the office and at home accessing from any device, without having to save everything on a USB each time I update any document because this tool allows me to automatically synchronize all the changes on all my devices, having Annotation of important things about my work and thus increase the productivity of those who use it. This tool makes it easy to find any notebook, note or other type of file, meaning that I never have to worry about saving something on my computer and then forgetting where to save it.
Evernote is a coherent system that you can create and buy. I love accessing Evernote from any device with an Internet connection. Therefore, it is advantageous to fill a laptop with documents, photos, audio clips, etc., to meditate. I love using Evernote for its ease of portability and cross-platform usage. Every summary I produce I can discuss with other people who use my computer products like the MacBook Air of Mine, iPhone, and iPad.
Sometimes loading the Evernote app for iOS takes time, but otherwise, you won't find any serious problems.
Evernote dissolves scattered newspaper notes on the mine's desk. I love the sight of the app, and that helps create internet business much more comfortable. Many of my colleagues also use the app, so it's not unpleasant to talk about impulsive notes.
It's one of the best apps I've used. Besides revealing all your plans, ideas, and notes on any device, perhaps offline, Evernote has a few features that I find invaluable in the workflow mines like web clippers, spaces, and templates (a place where your team can gather ideas and projects). With Evernote Basic, you can work with two products with a single account, which I think is sufficient because it works on Android / Ios and Windows / Mac.
The restricted licenses may be annoying. If you have been in a region with limited Wi-Fi, I have attended self-help tasks themselves to provoke disputes, which is probably the least annoying.
It helped me a lot because the user interface is excellent, and some fundamental problems have been solved. The economic system of photography also helps facilitate notes since the paperwork nowadays seems a little late and intrusive.
