I dislike that you cannot always guarantee the quality of work being provided to you will match the examples these user provide. I've had a few message notifications not come thru, in hindsight; it puts a negative ding on your account as a seller. I've spoken with customer service to resolve this issue but they don't seem to care about fixing the issue, even thought it's not my fault if I don't receive a notification. It affects your rating as a seller fyi.
