What do you like best about FollowUp CRM?

I really like the ease of use and all the reports available making everything and everyone easy to track. And your customer service is always fast and efficient. Also really enjoy the webinars.

It's work flow process integration and task management view. It's customer service and training. It's flexibility.

What do you dislike about FollowUp CRM?

The color of the website. The main contact information is only applicable for one contact and not multiple. We want to see all the customers bidding the project.

Customer Communications. Task management and time stamps for work.

What do you like best about FollowUp CRM?

One stop shop for CRM. The ease of use and ease of implementation are above my expectations. The Follow Up team has been very helpful along the way.

What do you dislike about FollowUp CRM?

Slow to react when bouncing from page to page or project to project.

What problems is FollowUp CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Follow Up has solved our issues with tracking bids in all aspects and being able to follow up effectively and on time with projects.

What do you like best about FollowUp CRM?

Simple to use, great integration with Outlook, very customizable. Able to share emails with the team members so everyone's on the same page, without cc's on every email!

What do you dislike about FollowUp CRM?

With so much customization available, there's a lot to learn.

Holding myself and each other accountable.

It's super easy to learn and the team that runs it is super helpful. It helps set our team up for success

There are a few flaws. Wish we could merge ID numbers.

Keeping the team accountable, maintaining organization with our client's needs, and our team to stay on top of all their activities.

What do you like best about FollowUp CRM?

Answering all our questions and concerns. We also love that she worked with us to improve how we deal with our sales on a day to day. Improving quotas and our outgoing follow ups!

What do you dislike about FollowUp CRM?

We nothing that we dislike as of yet. I know Rachel is available if we need to talk about any dislikes in the future.

What problems is FollowUp CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking all sales and integrating with our estimating software. Allowing us to keep files and plans in the same spot.

I am brand new with my company and using CRM. Rachel was fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and understanding explaining CRM in an easy way

What do you dislike about FollowUp CRM?

There are no downsides that I have discovered yet

What problems is FollowUp CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems yet, aside from only starting CRM yesterday. I am brand new with CRM, so the sky is the limit as to my productivity level with the CRM platform
