I love that Google Analytics can track data on an end users website so when you have to pull reports for clients it becomes that much easier and its 100% accurate.

Recently GA got an wonderful update now Universal Analytics is no longer it has now been upgraded to GA4 Which bring lots of new features along with it, The thing i like most about GA4 is now you can get data more accurately and also now you can customise dashboard as per your need and can keep a proper track on user journey so overall this tool is best to keep a complete track of your website that too in free of cost.

What I don't like about GA is that it can be hard to figure out how to get the most useful information from it. When a new version is released, your old data is removed without your permission. And even though it's simple to set up, it's also easy to make mistakes that result in duplicated data or strange bounce rate numbers.

It solves the biggest problem for tracking user data very accurately, its not like other too once you get it you can completely you can optmize your data and use your seo technique to boot traffic of your site and also its feature of making custom events is very usefull for me to track conversion and also now in ga4 i can make exploration report to see the data i want in a well optmize manner
