GreenHouse is a great ATS that is easy to use and navigate. The customizable features make it easy to tailor the system to our internal needs. We utilize the system daily to navigate our applicants, and the sourcing automation tool has been recently added, and it works very well. The customer support team is great to work with, and there are tons of articles online to help with any questions you have.
Although GreenHouse meets all of our needs, some of the reporting functions would be great to be able to customize around TTF and passthrough rates. In addition, being able to customize the candidate survey would be wonderful to be able to target specific feedback in different functional areas.
GreenHouse allows us to manage our applicants and referrals with ease. It allows for scheduling of interviews, candidate feedback reminders, and the ability to stay on top of our pipeline.

I enjoy how user-friendly Greenhouse is and the customer support you receive if you need help. I have been in many of Andrew's trainings and he is extremely and would not have gotten our company to the place it is without him. There are so many different features that help support not only our team but also the company.
I wish that Greenhouse had more integrations with communications with candidates via email. We use gmail and a lot of times recruiters email outside of Greenhouse. I know that you can import the email chains but it tends to get messy and confusing.
Greenhouse is our source of truth when it comes to hiring and provides the company data to make the right hiring decisions.
Greenhouse is a very complete and intuictive tool. It has different information you can find easily.
It is pretty plain in terms of design, so since im very visual it was a bit challenging to get use to greenhouse in the first days. Everything in very "text".
Pipeline of candidates - it solves all our problems
Greenhouse is user friendly, integrates with a variety of other platforms, and is continuously increasing tools and services it provides.
Greenhouse has a responsive service team, however they often do not resolve the issue at hand when it comes to collaboration with other platforms (i.e. Ziprecruiter). When asked to join a collaboration call between Sense and Indeed to improve integrations, they refused to communicate beyond email.
Greenhouse services so many purposes and has resolved several problems over the years. This year in particular, I am have been incredibly thankful that Greenhouse integrations with our new vendor, Sense. This has improved our time to hire significantly, and has saved our recruiting team time.
What I like the most about Greenhouse is that it is really easy to use and to navigate, which makes the process of interviewing and reviewing candidates profiles really simple and quick. Also the dashboard provides insightful information about what's upcoming next in terms of interviews, we have an overview of what jobs vacancies, company goals and also personal goals.
I think that Greenhouse should have a feature on the "Interview kit", to have the "Resume" and "Scorecard" side by side, without having to open both of them on separate tags/windows. As this would make doing the "Scorecard" much faster and also accurate.
Greenhouse is allowing me to interview people more efficiently without having the know hows of how to interview people and what to write in terms of feedback.
The most helpful thing about Greenhouse is the natural intuitiveness of keeping to talent acquisition process. It helps keep TA team organized and on top of all day-to-day candidate experience.
While Greenhouse provides a solid structure in managing the everyday of talent operations, I'd like to see the product build on its reporting features to show a more robust data to help our team make decisions.
