Most all-in-one tools suck. That's not the case for HighLevel. The tool keeps it dead simple to build a suite for clients that keeps them onboard even if they stop using your agency for managed services. The platform allows you to create playbooks and recipes that can drive more sales opportunities for your clients. The development team is always looking to expand on functionality to make this a tool that grows with you. Additionally, I love that HighLevel let's you OWN the customer relationship. When you set a client up with other tools like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign, the tools benefit more than you do. HighLevel is letting you maintain the relationship and profit by getting more people on their platform through your white label SaaS.
They do move quickly, and sometimes things break. Additionally, there is a huge focus on "the new" that seems to take precedent over spending time to make the good features great.
It helps my agency find the best partners. Folks that are using HighLevel or aware of the product tend to keep their clients longer and in turn stay working with us longer.

The interface was a little janky when I first signed up, but they have improved it a lot over the recent months, and they are continuing to do so.
All in one solution that reduces technical overwhelm and expenses. It has streamlined our process, allowed us to move faster and track results more accurately.
get plugged into the video releases and training. As agency owner, you should invest the time in understanding processes to include documenting and creating your own video tutorials.
The only downside is that you have to decide how you are going to use the platform. What I mean is to grow your agency or use it as a service tool.
The phone and email integration was a highlight for us. We were trying to work with Twilio but seemed that the integration was on us now we have a fully integrated dialer and we can resell this feature and create another profit line item.
The most helpful thing about high-level is the support and customer service. Their availability and determination to problem solving is excellent.
What I dislike about high-level is Nothing, yet.
Allows all functions necessary for running a marketing agency in one platform, and then allows you to seel the same automated services.
With all of the marketing tools one would need to market any business under one hood...with the ease of useability Highlevel has...any business owner can leverage Highlevel to grow their business! I have built some great automations and workflows for my business!
I have found nothing which I dislike about Highlevel so far, but I can see that it could be a little bit overwhelming to someone who is not used to working with this type of platform but the support is amazing!

Love the customer service, and access to information. Written, video, and it's not hard to get to a live person via live chat or zoom.
The University and the resources - the information is there, but the organization is a bit confusing and can be challenging, especially if you're not familiar with the platform.
I'm thrilled to have options to offer my clients that makes their lives easier.
