Ease of use. You can create anything with it, you can do almost everything with it.

I think the tool you have for the web chat feature is a little weak. I would like to see more varied solutions for automation there.

Besides being a tool for our team. Make sure we have follow ups and reminders sent to our sales team, we also sell GHL.

He answered every question and provided me with articles to support answering my questions. He was patient with all my questions. The attention to detail was showing me that he was really trying to help me.

There is nothing that I disliked. Everything was great! Providing zoom call to better explain the issue. Everything was resolved. Offering 24/7 zoom option...lol More zoom time is available

They are providing an option to do zoom calls again, which makes it easier to explain the issue. Yes, I feel more productive. No business has not increased yet.

Just everything - every single component, every feature. I am not even sure what to emphasize - contacts (smart lists!), conversations, workflows, funnels, sites, conversations (consolidation of all business communication), etc.

I only dislike the fact that I didn't discover HL a couple of years back. After some thought, I can come up with some minor complaints - for example, calendars don't have overlapping appointment settings, but all the complaints are pretty minor relative to the great features and tremendous benefits HL provides.

HL is solving ALL marketing and organizational problems of small businesses. Using HL is really transformational for business. Obviously, implementing HL is painful (because people hate changes, regardless of how beneficial they are), and takes time, but it takes business to a new level, without any doubts.

Highlevel is absolutely amazing! It allows a small business to utilize one platform to: create a website, create landing pages, schedule clients, email clients, text clients, send broadcast emails and texts to contact list, track KPIs with new leads, create social media content 1 time to share on all social media platforms simultaneously, integrates with Google calendar, integrates with Stripe, integrates with Facebook for ads, integrates with Google My Business, integrates with Twilio, integrates with Mailgun, integrates with Shopify for an online store, creates triggers and workflows so when clients opt-in from a website page or landing page then they will automatically receive their next step. Highlevel is a gamechanger for website design, automation, and lead generation!

The downside to Highlevel is the learning curve to utilize all of its capabilities. However, it is also super user-friendly. I have absolutely no tech background. With the help of their tutorial videos and their YouTube channel, I was able to design my own website with drop and drag - no code required! I also created landing pages and opt-in forms for lead generation. I manage all my content marketing through their social media calendar. Even though there is a learning curve that takes a bit of time, other platforms are way less user friendly. And if you really get in a jam, their customer support is super responsive! The only thing I wish Highlevel offered was an EHR! As a solopreneur health care provider, it would be fantastic if I could use Highlevel for my SOAP notes. Fortunately, Highlevel also integrates with my current EHR calendar so I don't have to worry about double-booking clients!

Highlevel allows me to have one platform that does everything I need to run my in-person and virtual wellness practice. I don't have to log in to multiple platforms because Highlevel has my website, my marketing, my appointment calendar, my lead generation, and so much more!

HighLevel provides a rich set of marketing automation tools all in one place that we can use to provide services to our digital marketing clients. The automation capabilities are powerful and allow us to create extremely useful tools for our business and for our clients to use. The ability to create HighLevel instances for our clients to use at no cost to us is amazing and very valuable to us.

The CRM portion of the product needs significant improvement with respect to linking individual contacts who work at the same company. It also lacks the ability to send emails to contacts with cc and bcc addresses.

It allows us to create solutions and products to offer to clients that can be built by personnel on our team who are not classically trained developers.

Highlevel we can take care of our clients within one easy-to-use tool. No more need for separate software apps that we have to try tying together. I also like that the GHL team is continuously in improvement mode... constantly adding features that enable us to provide more value to our clients... OH, and I LOVE THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM!

The GHL product team continuously delivers new features and improvements, but some very specific features or use cases might not be available initially and require some workarounds. If you want immediate results or are looking for a done-for-you platform you might want to consider working with an existing GHL agency instead.

I love the single location I can come to. Typically most businesses are juggling between 5-10 pieces of software to build and manage an online offer sequence... and I can do pretty much everything from lead capture to client acquisition in one place! Super cool stuff!

The CRM is lacking a few key features... but the founders of the company are very accessible and actually listen well to customer feedback.

It's not really just a CRM, it's more of an Operating System for marketing teams. With a super robust API and limitless customizability, it really gives you the ability to manage your system to your specifications!

Due to the overwhelming rush of new users in the last year, and crazy amount of new features, the support team is constantly finding themselves playing catch-up. This should be fixed with more support members getting hired this quarter! (or so I've heard)

Using the automated SMS, we've integrated missed-call text follow-up for hundreds of businesses, allowing the business to take advantage of new opportunity even when they're not at the office! They can either respond with their personal device via the white-labled mobile app, or we've even connected Ai to allow for automated conversation without human at all!

I love how flexible the platform is and how it allows us, as users, to be in complete control of our marketing. With GHL, we can build anything we require for all different sizes of SMBs.

As a new platform, GHL is always looking to improve. With that, they release a lot of features. However, sometimes, they take a while to get polished. I would rather have polished and fully functional features than many features that somewhat work.

This software allows us to be a one-stop shop for all of our needs and our clients' needs. Whether it's email marketing, reviews, automation, campaigns, or simple CRM contact tracking, GHL does it all.

Whenever I need support for certain process, go higher level is always there to answer all our queries or sometimes escalate the issue for us and get back within the timeframe

Sometimes it takes a while for them to get back to us, and that's the only thing I think they can improve on but overall I'm satisfied with their service and assistance.
