High level has a ton of integrations that are great for any agency. I found the support to be beneficial. Shout out to Arron Joseph, who could answer my questions professionally and knowledgeably.
Takes some time to learn the system and get familiar with all the different integrations. I would like to see more recipe automation and to be able to use/see messages from your work email rather than setting up a dummy email.
High Level solves the multiple platform issues. I hope to bring on clients who can use the benefit of having the Go High Level platform

I love the ability to eliminate other online marketing and management software programs. We have personally eliminated 8 other software programs by implementing HighLevel for our agency. Given the incredible pace of development and growth, sometimes the app is a little slow at various touchpoints. However, there are constant improvements and I can't imagine what goes into managing such incredible growth and adoption by thousands of agencies and their clients around the world.
