How easy you can implement the app with other devices.

There is nothing I would like to note that I dislike about the product.

Streamlining an incident reporting process that would have cost over $10,000 with another third party system.

I love the templates they have, it makes creating a form 10x faster. I also love all the widgets they have available, you really can customize a form for whatever event/project you need. Jotform also gives you the option to send automatic emails to the person who filled out the form and you can customize those too and have it attach a PDF of your choice or a custom invoice in my case. You can also have it notify whoever is needed in your team once someone fills out the form.

There are still a couple of widgets that would be so beneficial to add, but it takes the team a while to work on those requests. The customer service is great, and they always answer you within a couple of hours.

I needed a place for the customers to place orders and something that would generate an invoice so that I wouldn't have to sit there and manually input it into the system every time. So Jotform has been an amazing tool, its increased our revenues and has facilitated this process for our clients.

The forms are simple and easy to use with lots of features. What is really amazing is their support community! Quick and fast responses!

Not much to dislike to be honest. good product

We're simply using it to collect data. Has quick response time even though there are many line items within one table

It is very easy to use and to customize. You can customize the looks, images, colors, and really about anything.

I wish it could be an actual app in the app store as opposed to a mobile web page that you can save to your home screen.

We are creating a direct pipeline to our inventory and credit application feeds.

Approval feature is very helpful to save time and energy for paperwork. The customization of the forms (with many widgets) are also very useful. The option to generate PDF file with pre-filled information on the form is another useful feature.

The feature to generate to PDF file can be improved. Some images that are put in the template tend to be rendered in the lower resolution when the PDF is generated.

Long administration chain and (literally) papers! This results in not only time efficiency, but also budget efficiency to boost up performance and productivity of the organization.

Easy to construct and easy to update, app users are always up to date.

No downsides, but plenty of scope for additional features like CRM / membership interface. Needs better analytics

I don't think we've realised all the benefits yet in marketing and user experience. A membership plugin would be helpful

Gathering all forms under a single page and being quickly accessible from any platform offers great convenience.

Opening the application can sometimes be slow according to the internet speed.

We can do the planning work more easily in our school. We can receive student requests faster from any platform.

I love the approval process that they have added

There have been at times some background issues - but the support team always responds to my questions!

I am able to automatically save forms once they are filled out. I also can send specialized emails to different people

Flexibility in creating forms, questionnaire, booking forms

Some features such as the calendar should be improved (ie. integration with google calendar in both directions)

Bookings for meetings, collection of information and documents

The ease of use. It's a great platform to build mobile apps. I do have a little tech knowledge, but the low to no code platform makes it extremely easy to build.

There is no negative feedback as such, but I would prefer better themes

Since I'm not a professional coder, I need builders with close to nil coding and ease of use without searching much and taking much support from the net. In jotform, I had that experience and was able to build easily.
