Kintone is a great, easy-to-use platform for implementors to use. It's simple and has a great UI that will make it a good experience for all administrators, even those who aren't tech-savvy to get the hang of and create forms and maintain records easily.

Kintone can be limiting or unclear for general users of the platform, making the process management/approval process on forms more easily viewable by general users or making apps easier to find would be a huge help.

Kintone is a modern platform that allows for the organization of forms, records, and approval processes to be streamlined in a very nice UI. It is great to have all of the forms for all departments in one platform.

We've been looking for software that would precisely meet our nonprofit's needs for so long now — Kintone has been a miraculous solution! Our onboarding support has been filled with kindness, clarity, and specificity! There's nothing we could ask for me that they wouldn't make happen!

I have no complaints at all about Kintone so far — one of my colleagues described it as "magical"!

Kintone is allowing us to make all of our complex data interconnected and all in one place so we can focus time on serving the youth who benefit from our mission.

I like that the platform is user-friendly, has great organization tools and helps with keeping track of our transactions and customer. Kintone has helped our business in many ways.

The one thing I don't like is we are close to reaching our max amount of fields we can add into the system.

Kintone has helped with staying on top of our tasks, and our customers and having data that is 100% accurate. Our last database would constantly get outdated and we noticed kintone helped with that.

There isn't much that I disliked about the product.

Nothing really. Once you become familiar with the program and how the program and each application works, it's pretty breezy from there!

It is simple and easy to use. When we need to add more functions or features, it is easy to add on.

Kintone is extremely easy to use right out of the box. Even if you don't know how to code at all, you can build robust apps almost immediately. If you know even a little JavaScript, you can greatly increase the functionality of your apps. The developer program has JavaScript code written for you with app examples, which you can take and modify to suit your needs. If you know JavaScript extensively, then the sky is the limit in terms of what you can do. Our sales rep, Mike, was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions. He was never pushy and always willing to do what he could to help.

Nothing, honestly. It's an excellent software with the only limitation being the user building the apps.

We were replacing 3 different systems with Kintone. They were paper systems derived about 10 years ago.

Easy to learn in days. Easy to design an application and input data. Easy to create a view. Easy to control permisions. Easy to add plugins.

Hard to input data of multiple rows. Hard to perform automation for data management.

Collect data from group members, and do simple aggregation for different categories. Do a simple workflow.

Kintone is very user-friendly regardless of your experience with databases and/or computers.

Some of the add-ons and apps that would be so beneficial to our organization are incredibly expensive.

Having our organization's data all in one area and not multiple documents is so helpful.

I like how user-friendly Kintone is to set up and also how customizable it is. For a business like ours, creating a unique workflow will be a massive time saver and reduce countless hours of repetitive data entry. The team @ Kintone, specifically Kyle and Joe, have been incredibly generous with their time - helping me set up and implement my apps which will have a long-lasting effect on our productivity.

I would like the ability to grant permissions on tables. I also think adding a field group that contains a default "Address Block" of fields would be helpful.

We are solving workflow and repetitive data entry problems. Our business has been plagued by using a 20yr old workflow and needed to be refreshed as we look to grow for the next 20yrs

Extremely easy to use and learn; the app also makes it super accessible.

I suppose the layout for some of the applications are kind of out-dated but it doesn't affect every day use at all.

It has definitely improved our internal organization and communication.

For someone like me this system was very user friendly. The platform was easy to understand and build according to my needs.

I am using this platform for data management. I think what I like most is that I can continue to add different aspects of my business to the system.

I like that I was able to figure it out on my own ( for the most part) and also that I was able to quickly make changes to my Apps based on actually using them .For me this is much better than having IT decide what I need based on sometimes inaccurate understanding from their part.

I wish that there would be a more robust "help" function , that can potentially include some user generated "step by step" instructions on how they solved a problem or how they were able to get a specific function to work as they wanted it.

Using Kintone is helping us keep track of various items in one place and connect these items in some Apps , on a "as needed " basis. Things that would be messy to deal in in excel , can now be handled in various apps , by multiple people without having to worry that we do not know what file is the most updated file

Centralized record keeping with ease of access for administrators and users. The cost is very affordable for the return on efficiency.

A better reporting function would be nice. Lack of HIPPA compliance limits some of what we can do with Kintone.

We completed a data entry project that required record updating and regular status reporting to our client. Kintone streamlined the process and brought quality and administrative control to the project. We also began using Kintone more for business process management for compliance measures and to protect accreditation standards.

I like how easy it is to customize for our organization. We can also set the permission levels and roles so that our impact is maximized. Only people who need certain information have access to it

It is important to know that Kintone takes a good bit of time on the front end for setup. It is great that it is so easily customized, however, this does mean that it will take time to get it all finalized where you want it to be for launch.

We are solving the problem of having different chapters and volunteers who want to be autonomous, while still having national oversight and review. As an admin, I am able to go into the system to see everything that is happening at the organization while the individual volunteers only see what they are currently working on. Having everything in one place is a game changer.

I love using this program, it is very dynamic and has an interface that allows you to be more flexible, since it has a great capacity to customize the tools and the aspect according to your needs. This flexibility is also found in its tools and functions, since now through its use we now have a faster and more efficient workflow. It is very easy to automate hundreds of tedious and long tasks through this application, also has an excellent technical support team, nice, capable and willing to perform the best possible service.

Actually, there is nothing that I do not like, it is an excellent platform, I would only advise that it would be good in future versions to eliminate some steps in the elaboration of reports, which would be good and much more comfortable.

This tool has simplified our daily work, now we have the ability to monitor our investors, visitors and projects in a comprehensive and efficient way. This system has been used without problems of adaptation or inconvenience by the work team, as it is very easy to use and take advantage of all its functions. It is very useful to have such a secure platform, capable of storing all our valuable information, such as invoices, projects, contracts and more. It gives us full security, since we know there will be no loss or theft of information. We have also had the option of creating applications designed for focused needs within the company, managing processes more quickly and with more quality.

Had a local database created and needed a was to move it online, this was not only simple but we were up and running within 2 hours.
