I love the fact that it is so easy to use. Everything is available in the top menu making it easy to find where things are located.
There is nothing that I don't like about this product
I have been able to store clients details and jobs online which in turn is available to me on my phone when Im out on the road. It is easy to distinguish high priority jobs from low priority jobs and if I need to bring up an address of a client quickly on the run the my phone can do that for me.
I really this program because you can get up and started within minutes. As you get more familiar with it you can keep adding more things and it is a great value for price. Some CRM systems just seem to overwhelm me but for this was comfortable using this right from the start.
The only thing is it doesn't seem to have true mobile app. You can get to work work on your phone and I am quite sure they will address this in the future.
We use use it to assign tasks to people and also keep track of leads. I am going to start using it more to track jobs during tax tax season..
I like the customization level you can reach. We run some campaigns that require strange titles, and it is very easy to manipulate the CRM to your own.
Sometimes after adding or deleting a name, there will be two contacts or one contact for the company as well as one for the contact. Also, updating sometimes will create a new contact. I am sure this is my fault, just cannot figure out why.
I am better organizing our database and keeping in better constant contact with clients.

1) I wish the mobile phone screen had all the options available like "Activities" at a glance. I can't seem to find that option. 2) Perhaps a dedicated phone app would be better. 3) I wish we could customize the contact screen. For example, perhaps if the components of the contact screen were modular and could be moved elsewhere on the screen or resized. 4) I wish all fields would backup to Google but I realize that's probably impossible. 5) Perhaps an auto backup feature or "backup" reminder? 6) I REALLY wish I could color code calendar events rather than all being in blue. I also wish there was a "repeating" event feature for vacation days, birthdays, other repeating events.
Ability to track activities with clients and ability to track emails back and forth with clients. Ability to task, group, and "pipeline" are very helpful. Basically helping me keep up with client activity is most important.

I like how you can create custom pipelines for specific jobs you're working on to keep track.
My specific business requires some specific features, but features that would be low priority for the normal business. I wish there was a way to add custom features, but I understand why there isn't.
We are able to better track our customers through the entire booking process, as well as follow up with them after their events to make sure all went according to plan. Everyone in our office is more organized because of the CRM.

Segmenting contacts into niches and services
It's online, it's easy to figure out and use. It doesn't have a lot of unnecessary stuff to sift through to see what you want. You can use Skype click to call and click on the address and it goes to the Google map page.

Simple and Easy to use, great calendar function with email notifications, variety of ways to search for information on clients, excellent notes section, emails can be tagged to a client, software focuses on client contact not on goals, targets, sales forecasting & sales conversions. Exceptional service whether you use email or phone them directly. If you are looking for a CRM that specializes in client contact info, can create notes for follow up communication & client updating and a calendar function that reminds you what your next actionable steps are, then I would highly recommend Less Annoying CRM. I don't need all the extra bells and whistles that other programs offer and the cost that goes with those options. One important consideration for me was that their very reasonable pricing (cheap for what you get) allowed me to have several users under the same account for the same one low cost, no extra charges for extra users (how I have set it up in our company).
It doesn't have it's own email service provider built in. You have to use something else like Mail Chimp to send out newsletters or promotional emails. Would like to see more report functionality so I could fine tune how my reports are created & produced. Would like a better way to attach files and drawings to the appropriate clients because attachments will not carry forward when a email is tagged to a client.
Better access and control over our growing client list. Better knowledge, because of the notes functionality, for follow ups. All client info can be accessed, reviewed/shared and updated by several internal users under one account. Putting all client info, from several branches, in one location.
Simple to use, no training necessary. Love how you can add tasks, and groups. Click on a name and away you are taken to email. Competition crm you have to be trained on it.
No sales funnel. Other than that it is perfect.
Keeps track of everything
We don't use all the facilities available, but we can access out clients information, make notes and save documents in their files, which is great for reference.
I haven't found anything to dislike as I only use the basic system.

The flexibility to create your own fields and pipelines; resulting in being able to have the information you need and want, and not having fields you don't use. Tasks and the ability to link them to contacts and the ability to allocate them to other people. Easy reporting.
Some of my tasks are weekly or monthly but there is not a recurring task facility so I need to edit the task date to the next required date once I have completed each week/month. A minor grumble but hopefully something that can be added in the future.
Communication for our team members as we all work remotely; we can all see what stage a contact is at within the pipeline at any time. Sharing tasks; we can all view each other's tasks and assist each other when needed.
It's truly easy to use, you don't should be educated individual to have the option to utilize it to full degree. The capacities are not difficult to utilize. The principle page (working environment) gives you a decent portrayal/rundown of your work. "

I think if we had a more robust or larger sales team that was interested in tracking statistics per client, then this may not have been the best fit for us. It's not as well known as other software, so most other companies haven't really heard of this. It was a good fit for our team at the time, but I'm not sure if it would have had all of the additional features a dedicated sales team would have needed. It performed well for our purposes, however.
Our office was dated and we had no CRM software at all prior to using CRM. Our director had been using a program for the 1990s that wasn't equipped to handle recording of email communications. Less Annoying CRM was much easier for our older team to understand than a more complex software like Salesforce that was just a bit too advanced for our team at the time.
This is the simplest tool I have come across for managing and organizing our data related to our customers. I have got expertise in handling the all the detail in a well manager so that on I can deliver the best information to my clients about their projects. We easily find the contact details of the particular customers and this is through Less Annoying CRM’s search engine.
No doubt they claim that it is built for the easiness of users, and I agree when I look upon its features, which shows that all the possible CRM tools have been paced at this platform and also that they provide unlimited ways of configuration, but the pricing policy is high even a team of few members could find it a costly solution, for me it huge conflict.
We have better tackled our projects through its calendar and never gets late in providing the quality services to our clients. It has simple interface and you can easily configure it.
Knowing that the help team will respond to any queries really quickly in an efficient and friendly manner. They make you feel that you are important to them and consistently offer balanced and easy-to-follow advice.

Keeping on top of email correspondence and creating a unified client database
Creating and storing the tasks and all the data that can be integrated in the profile of each client helps me to manage the specific information of each client when i want.
Make the application for mobile devices more fluid and faster as in the web version of the platform.
I have learned a lot from this application, because I have mainly solved the problems with the order of the information i had of each client, had all messy, but with Less Annoying CRM everything is now more ordered and efficient!.
The best thing about Less Annoying is the simplicity. I can find what I need easy and quickly.
There are no major dislikes; for my purposes the platform functions fine.
Less Annoying allows me to quickly and easily log my interactions and communications with students so that I can easily review what has been discussed and when in seconds.
Very simple interface and easy to navigate. It doesn't have a 1000 bells and whistles which make it difficult to learn and use. Very important for me to have a clean interface so I feel calm and organized when sifting through my many thousands of contacts. Also love that it is cloud based so I can access from anywhere.
It would be nice if it could parse resumes and had better interface with LinkedIn.
