I love how many email preview options there are for each email client version and device and dark mode. It gives me peace of mind when testing is complete that no surprises are going to happen.

I wish I didn't have to worry about the additional charge per email preview, although it makes sense. Also, one small thing is that there are no email previews that account for the device and browser dark mode settings being mismatched. It is either both are dark mode or neither is, which isn't a common situation but can happen. This is especially true for Google Chrome as "dark mode" isn't as simple as yes/no, instead you can have different themes. That being said, it is nearly impossible to account for all of them.

Litmus allows us to use far fewer hours testing our emails and increases the confidence in our testing results, which makes our clients happy when it comes time to pay the bills and when each email goes out.

Litmus enhances the intuitive and flexible creation of emails. The modular drag and drop tool is one of my favorites. I can enter the visual editor, take an image, and insert it into the email easily and simply. I can build in the visual editor without any previous configuration, which is very simple for me and my team. The templates in the design library offer a great variety. Litmus allows you to access many customization options for emails; it is very complete in the visual section. I can quickly sort and find the right resources for each project by choosing the one that best suits my needs at any given time. I have the ability to organize reusable code modules so that all the emails I design can be found quickly and easily. Furthermore, I can save time and get high-performance emails for my projects.

I am satisfied with the service provided by Litmus, but I can suggest some improvements to the interface. I would like to see more customization options; loading previews of some email layouts can be slow if the connection is slow, plus in training there is little information on how to use Litmus. Furthermore, I think the should create more seminars and training for less experienced users.

Furthermore, we can make revisions to HTML email codes, and we are very satisfied with the implementation of Litmus in our marketing services. The interface is striking and easy to interact with and navigate; the integrations with Marketo, Trello and Slack are positive product qualities; the option templates can be programmed in HTML or CSS. This quality is essential since it makes easier all the programming of the visual code and the design library complete. The modules are customizable, and I like that it offers previews and tests when creating emails.

The most basic plan seems expensive; I have tried other implementations and spent less. However, the finished product is excellent and worth using, there is always room for improvement, but I am satisfied with the service.
