When I started a new pen name, I opened a free MailerLite account, intending to upgrade to a paid one when I received enough subscribers. So when I had trouble authenticating my website, I didn't think I'd get much help from MailerLite's customer service. Boy, was I wrong. Not only did they respond quickly, but Alejandra was committed to making sure my problem was resolved (which she did!) Thank you for the help.
The newsletter builder can be cumbersome to get started. And you can't add a survey unless you build a completely new one from scratch.
MailerLite is my newsletter provider. I'm able to use it for free while I'm building my subscriber base. Cost and the interface between BookFunnel were instrumental factors in choosing ML.
Their helpful support team - quick and responsive.

I am new to MailerLite and as I'm just starting my list, I'm on the free plan. MailerLite has been super intuitive to navigate. I haven't needed to use support articles much for the basic set-up I've been doing. I ran into an issue where my mailing list wasn't working correctly, and I was super impressed by support. They responded within three hours to my initial email and all other responses came within less than an hour. The support rep really understood my issue, asked relevant questions, and provided helpful tips without coming across as know-it-all or like they were providing canned copy-and-paste solutions. I am so far very impressed with MailerLite and really glad I chose them as my email list provider!
It hasn't always been obvious where to go to get help with learning the system and features. I prefer to read articles, but the first recommendations for learning were more video-based.
I needed a provider for my email list that provided basic features, was easy to use, and wouldn't cost an arm and a leg as I grow. MailerLite is all of those things and has really exceeded my expectations so far. They have more features than I need, but I'm really excited to explore and excited about the possibilities of growing with them.
The ease of the platform along with the quick customer service.
On the app, you can't create a new campaign. I have to go to a desktop to create one. I work primarily on my iPad Pro, so I don't like that I had to buy a computer.
It's helping me reach readers with a variety of options in my newsletter.

MailerLite is easy to use. Building a website is quickly and it works across browsers.
The editor for the cookie notification has a bug right now. You have to re-enter the notification content every time you re-open the editor.
We use it for getting our website online fast and to offer contact forms for customers and leads.

It's a very simple-to-use service, MailerLite just works. If I've ever had trouble with something, it's always been an easy fix via their great support.
My only gripe is that there's two versions, and I'm reluctant to shift to the modern experience because of all the accounts I have.
