The ability to manage client profiles easily to adjust what messages they're receiving. This allowed me to increase customer satisfaction and customer service efforts.
In my time using this product, there is nothing I dislike about the product.
Manychat allowed me to have realtime conversations and offer customer service quicker to customers on a social media platform they're already engaged with. The benefits have been better client satisfaction and faster response time.
I like best that Mikeal and the team are great at listening to the community of ManyChat users and building new features to make it work even better for us.
It could have more robust error handling. But it's really not too much of a big deal and on par with other marketing automation tools I've used.

Manychat has allowed me to generate subscribers for my web page in a very simple way. This software has a totally free trial demo.. Do not ask for bank data for your test and in simple click you can get to have a robot that generates free subscribers. Totally cool.
You have to take a little care in the type of subscriber you want to capture because the bot still do not have the intelligence to detect this.
Every time someone starts a chat with their page in Messenger becomes a subscriber and this is very useful when capturing new customers.
It has many features that give the flexibility to build a chatbot exactly how we need. Easy to use visual flow builder. An excellent part that I like is that we can create templates and reuse them.
One problem that I face is sometimes, the live chatbot faces some issues due to issues in Facebook Messenger API, like the button is not showing or not working, delays in messages, etc.
Automating the Facebook Messenger chat with keywords, which helps lead generation, lead nurturing eventually helps in conversion. It also acts as customer support.
One of the best things I liked about Manychat is that it can connect with the GPT API. This integration helps us improve our chatbot's responses to user questions about your business. With the GPT API, we can provide clear and helpful answers to customers when they ask about your products or services.
As Such, I have not found any drawback of manychat but I hope manychat developer will provide a full website widget without using interfacing platform like facebook messanger
Manychat helps to automate replies related to my business queries asked by users. manychat with GPT API even make it more effective and to the point replies to the user for their queries. So that I do not have to monitor it all the time
The flow for the tool is fairly simple, to setup a reasonably complex chat flow without a huge learning curve. You can take advantage of many built in features to make your chat bot do exactly what you want.
There are some strange restrictions in the flow layout and how you can reuse certain flows. I would be cautious about setting up templates for later use, it may not turn out the way you would like.
I use ManyChat as a Facebook chat bot to try and pull customers into my sales funnel. The better the product, the better this technique seems to work.

there are a few limitations: 1- you can only pause automation for 30 minutes each time you click on it. 2- can't toggle customers in live chat. 3- can't see all text in the custom fields unless you copy text and display it in another application.

It's a very powerful tool when set up right. It is very quick and easy for the customer so helped improve our conversions! They also offer it for free to begin with. Adding payment when upgrading was very quick and easy.
It isn't the easiest software to get started with - took me a while to find my feet, where i normally pick things up pretty quickly and have worked with others before that were very easy to set up.
Data capture and different ways to get customers to the people they want to talk to/ about. We also used it for a social giveaway comp and give people the chance to enter again by submitting an email address. it was a very nice flow for them once set up.
The flow feature that allows me to connect chatbots to Customers.
How extremely difficult and a pain it is to fix bugs and minor issues in the flow. ManyChat does not have an over the phone option. You must email back and forth your problems with your flow.
