I like the flow builder, all the options of messages. Loved when they added conditioning and smart delays. Makes it easy to build.

For now only that we can't add SMS from different countries, we have to pick only one...

The flow building tool is so initiative. The ability to use pick-whips and click to add elements in a non-linear fashion allows a user to take complex designs and build quickly. The Google Sheet plugins has multiple ways to both push or pull data which allows for you to keep data in an external tool. The fact that you can do all of this without coding is amazing.

The conditional blocks could use a bit UX work. The view of conditional blocks in the flow builder is good, but the side-bar options are a bit clunky and doesn't pre-populate with already created values. It would also be valuable to be able to send data out of Manychat more easily for analytic purposes. No ability to download .csv data is a bit painful. This means any data you want has to use Google Sheets. Not great multi-language support. Also our target is focused in Myanmar and so SMS is not supported.

Manychat helps us build chatbot solutions for Financial Literacy in Southeast Asia where where a fast growing percentage of new users are leapfrogging traditional technologies and going strait to chat and facebook messenger. Manychat allows us to quickly spin up solutions for educating users in our market without needing the typical long tech build cycle. We also are meeting our users where they already are which is Facebook.

Is a very easy to understand app. Very powerful. And integrates very well with Facebook. The free version is very good and I am very much decided to go Pro in the near future.

I would like have more features, but I believe that ManyChat will keep growing. So I am comfortable on waiting. SMS and email marketing are still not available in Portugal...

By Optimizing my FB Page, I Organically receive leads into my ManyChat Sequence. This is automation on auto-pilot. It's a no-brainer. Everybody should be doing this.

ManyChat is constantly upgrading its services, so you have to keep up or you'll get left behind.

You don't have to be a developer to use ManyChat. It was created for business owners to quickly setup and optimize chat bots. And while you can do VERY advanced things with ManyChat - you don't have to be advanced to use it.

Like any platform sometimes you can get into overwhelm on how to do what needs to be done.

Hugely robust software with regular updates. Great support most of the time. Very open to input and suggestions from the user base.

Rare bugs where elements don't copy when copying bots to a new account. Sometimes takes multiple tries to get satisfactory support.
