I'm always building new web properties for my clients and for my personal projects and I can say that for starter projects Moosend has a lot more to offer and you can literally grow with the platform without making any initial investment.

Form building/designing and integrating it on websites has a learning curve but aside from that, I think there's nothing much to dislike.

Email marketing and very "startup friendliness" of the tool.

They have a great free plan that gets you started and pricing is fair.

Sometimes emails go to spam, i am not sure if it is my mistake or from moosend.

It's not as user-friendly as I would like, but I need to spend more time on it and learn.

No problems. The benefits are the ability to put together and organize multiple mailing lists and tutorials to help with utilizing all the incredible features.

The fact that you can create lists in excel files with the email addresses and upload them in the application. Creating the content of the email is also quite easy. The drag and drop is very helpful.

I did a lot of research before choosing an email campaign platform, and I'm glad I did. Moosend has an incredible free version, and I have yet to feel like I'm missing anything. I like the cute interface as well!

It won't let me change my primary email.

I finally have a place to organize my mailing list. I love that I can have different groups and host different businesses in the same account.

That the editor is different than the rest I've ever used, like that a lot. End result looks and feels very different, also very nice.

The frames based internal layout is bad when scrolling horizontally.

Moosend has a large Number of Integrations, including all the tools that I'm currently using, allows creating Automation campaings easy and fast, like a plug & play concept. The webhook feature is working perfectly; My automation triggered thousands and thousands of times and I'm very happy with the deliverability.

Customer support in free plan is limited

I like most their automation, Automation is the best way to put businesses on autopilot, just set up things for one time and everything will be autorunning. Hopefully, moosend made automation easy with their platform and best part even in their free plan, marketing automation available. Infact, moosend offers the most simple and easy to use email marketing automation. Users can either create their own automation workflow or use one of the tried-and-true automation workflows that Moosend provides. Automate processes like – user onboarding, lead scoring, cart abandonment sequences, and so on, using triggers. Users can automate according to – email opens or product views. or filter by weather conditions on the prospect’s location and add an extra personalization note. All you need to select the event element that will trigger the automation sequence, and that’s all you are all done.

I like how easy i can setup my campaign.

Maybe the slightly outdated UI design on the admin website, but no effect on the UX. You may also need to be cautious on the steps required to ensure good deliverability for your emails.

I like the interface, the add-on features (incorportating analytics, the ability to schedule a campaign resend at time of sending, etc.) I especially like that the free program allows you to create multiple mailing lists as long as your total is under 1000 addresses, which is something competing services fall down at. On the whole I find the whole platform faily user friendly and fresh feeling in terms of aesthetics.

It needs an autosave campaign option and a little reminder that you've been timed out! I've lost entire campaigns a few times because it doesn't let you know that your session is no longer active until you go to send and then it's far too late. A little pop up notice to sign in again, or refresh or whatever would be really helpful.

The ability to manage multiple mailing lists is a huge plus and one of the reasons why I switched. It allows us to easily communicate with different segments of our membership base. I think we've seen reasonably good reception and interaction with our participants.

I like how simple it is to continue the same campaign each month for me.

I wish it was easier to edit a newsletter on the editer.

How easy it is to create and send a newsletter. From automatically adding a user list batch to the platform, to actually designing and sending a newsletter. The drag and drop feature in particular is very useful. Also, the customer support is very responsive and eager to help so that's a very big plus. Needless to mention the many newsletter templates offered and the step-by-step process of creating a newsletter from start to finish is very important, especially as an amateur in creating newsletters and email marketing in general

The UI of certain elements could be better, for example a few check boxes when creating your campaign. For example, the light grey in addition to the white background makes it harder to distinguish a small element, like a check box. So a few design adjustments here and there would be helpful, in my opinion. Also, automatically saving my progress would be good but not something of great importance. Especially when creating a newsletter template from scratch and I don't want to lose my progress should something happen and I'm logged out. Overall, only very few chagnes I would make to make my experience - and that of other users - even better

The hassle of managing a big mail list and the whole email marketing process. Everything is faster and easier. The benefits I've seen include an increase in the overall engagemenet of pieces of content, as a result of weekly newsletters which were made with the help of Moosend.

I probably like the customer service part best as they get back immediately with any questions or concerns. I like their tone of voice that I feel like I'm talking to a coworker.

I like the pricing where you pay more as you grow your email list. I also don't have much eCommerce email marketing. Moosend sold it through ready email templates.

Moosend email marketing platform is superbly well managed. All is done in a free flow manner. I am actually impressed with the clarity, I was not at all confused about how to do something that I want. Everything was an easy picking. From least time consuming email composition to reporting and retargeting, I liked how Moosend brings enormous value and capability to the users.

Well, I can't say as of now. I have everything I wanted. In fact there was more than expected.

System flexibility is one of the main advantages for my business campaigns and got a lot of statistics on my list activities.

The number of features, sending limits, and user interface are great compared to the cost. The support has been phenomenal.

The subscriber information is not separate from the mailing lists. There is not an option to allow a user to sign up and subscribe to multiple mailing lists. I believe this functionality will be coming soon based on my conversations with support.

The cost per value itself should be enough to give this service a try with its forever free plan. And even if you decide to proceed with a free plan down the line, you're gonna be surprised. The price is way more affordable in comparison with competitors, and the support team is trying to help you, not just reply fast and send you to some techy manual. This may not look like a big deal, but when you are facing some technical question, a real human support usually helps to resolve your issue way faster than an automatic reply. Especially if you a in a hurry. Good job, guys and gals! And a word about 'how' and 'why'. You see, today's email marketing providers market is already saturated. And the 'big boys' which names you probably know may don't have such a good support, but smaller companies like Moosend do. And they try to provide you with juicier options, better pricing plans, and even real-human support team. And this is my personal benefit of Mooosend. Oh, and yeap, they deliver your emails on schedule too :)

The user interface may be a bit outdated, but still user-friendly.

I consider myself a seasoned email marketer, and this service helps me to set up my own email marketing campaigns as well as educated my clients who are just starting their email marketing path. Both of us can benefit from Moosend with easy campaign creation and more proficient settings which are also available.

The ease of use and interface simplicity. I needed a publicity app to send messages and emails to my volunteers and sponsors to help raise funds for our outreaches as I run a nonprofit organization. I searched online and found different alternatives but most of them were burdened with so many unnecessary processes that completely took the excitement out of the whole process. I was able to come up with the words while using a simple tool to get the design. Moosend is foolproof if you ask me. I love the fact that you can also track the eventual outcome of the emails sent- whether they were opened or not. Awesome! You can also save your contacts. All for freeeeeeee!

Still testing this now, but we needed a simple way to build a list from web site visitors who fill in a form. This integrates nicely with another service we're using to generate that form, so it's a win.

The template works well but managing templates is not very intuitive. I would like to have a list and the possibility to group and select from the list. like a folder structure and can easily access and select. It's not clear with safe, safe as. And templates are hidden. I use templates to send out standard reminder emails for workshops. The workshops are always the same and I just add minor things like data Zoom etc.

I run weekly workshops and I use Moosend to send out standard weekly reminder/ instructions emails.
