It provides an opportunity to collect information and email customers.
Not all of the information from leads such as phone number or email address are sent to me by email. I cannot schedule availability for phone consultations for multiple time blocks during a day.
I need to collect information and email clients. It logs their data for me to send ongoing information to them.
It is user friendly and adding the information is easy.
More helpful fatures makeing it more reliable in daily life. Nutshell automatcally adds lead from outlook although they arent. Aslo it doesnt save things, a save button will be better. Sometimes its difficult to have custome service due to time zone difference.
Nutshell helps keep track of the sales made every month and year.
Leads page is easy to use Easy to track individual customers history Easy to tag and communicate within the organisation Easy to rate prospect and customer performance Love the new "star" for coms Easy to template, email and text customers about new lines and specials
Very poor mapping ( location ) and mobile compatability Interface can be clunky No leaderboard for different kinds of interactions Email notifications dont always include the customer name No direct integration with work emails outbound - nutshell needs to be cced in Poor third party cross compatability
CRM - effective at tracking info and meetings with customers over time
Ease of use. I like that product is quite simple to learn.
Some limitations in functionality. There are some things missing which competition has.
Primarily it helps us drive our sales efforts.
The new addition of forms and newsletter marketing is helpful and easy to use.
The site is not user-friendly and hard to teach others to use.
Customer information storage, reporting, and email marketing communication.
Nice dashboard, integrated with a calendar & activities to be completed.
No direct integration with financial applications such as Xero or Quickbooks. Were currently using Zapier for an ECWID to Xero integration & this can be problematic at times.
Locating customer data to ensure that address, etc lines with Xero.
The price is something that attracted us. It's a no-fuss CRM meant to give you the basic information required to stay on top of your pipeline
Find the reporting function quite limited. There isn't much that can be done to get a more in-depth look at what has happened. I'm currently exporting a lot of the data to Excel for analysis
It allows me to stay on top of my pipeline. Besides that, the email drip tool is relatively straightforward to use, just that it would be better if I can schedule a time for the emails to be sent
Being able to share contact info and emails between our team
It's not as easy to share texts, phone calls
We're solving the problem of different client contact info, now it's all in the same place. Benefits of shared info between the whole team is great for sales/marketing
It's very easy to understand and Setup the whole CRM. You can create your own lead-logics, add automations and customize your process. I also like that nutshell continuous improves their CRM with cool features such as marketing automation. For the price, it's the best small CRM you can get on the market, in my optinion. It also offets a create connectivity to many marketing tools. Support is great as well
Sometimes its a bit slow. I also would like the feature to receive incoming calls within nutshell.
We are able to automate "boring" tasks for our sales team like sending emails, stay in touch etc.
I like that each client has their own pipeline. Easy to track their status.
That it really isn't a money system. Not good for financials.
The last issue I know Nutshell was assisting us with was Texting.
You can see all past conversations from leads
That it doesn't integrate with all of the products we use such as Intercom - leads have to be manually entered
Tracking leads. Our whole team is able to see where leads are at and what has been communicated to them.
I like how easy it was to implement with inexperienced users.
I wish emails/notes about a person could be synced to a lead, not just to a person in general. I also wish there was a way to have the map tied to a project location, not the location of the company. We could better see the sites we are working on.
following up on our quotes.
It's fairly easy to use. There isn't a huge learning curve so it's accessible to all reps.
I wish the email template creator had more options for customization. Also, more tracking/metrics and email scheduling for campaigns would be useful.
We needed a fairly basic CRM since Salesforce was too feature-heavy and confused too many of our reps. Nutshell helps us organize our prospecting and outreach efforts in a simple manner.
simple to understand, simple to use. It was very easy and quick for our team, to pick it up.
for heavy users like myself who requires integration with other Apps or databases, there's not a lot of options
customer relationship management across multiple stakeholders can be captured easily
Nutshell is beautifully designed and very customizable. It's great that the whole team can see the life cycle of a lead.
The reports are just not quite right and some of them are hard to get the data we need out of our CRM. Though it is very customizable, it is easy to make things too difficult for sales' teams to be willing to complete tasks.
Having everyone on the sales and marketing team on the same page is huge.
It's easy to work with and work in. It seemlisyl intergrates with my systemwide gmail accounts and allows people to quickly enter new infromation.
There are a lot of elements that should seemingly be included but are not. When entering a note or comment on a particular contact AND I call out a team member, it doesn't create a dialogue- I need to still call them out each and every time I respond or leave a comment. that shouldn't be. Similar to the above, there are numerous similar dislikes.
It's made it easier to communicate internally and see what progress is being made with clients and potential clients.
Being able to BCC email updates directly to a contact in Nutshell and keep the team informed, and not have email threads be locked to a single individual.
It's not the central hub of starting a customer transaction at my place of work. Not necessarily a problem with Nutshell itself. I would rather see it used as a team management tool where transactions start and end with Nutshell, rather than have it as yet another individual piece of software that I interact with among dozens.
Keeping customer communications in one place.
I like the organisation and tagging ability
I struggle with some of the integrations with Mailchimp. Mailchimp is connected to our website...and I'm unable to keep the lists in nutshell as up to date as the lists in mailchimp as nutshell can't update when people unsubscribe etc.
We are collecting a customer database which we haven't had prior. Benefits are organising our clients based on channel (agent, website enquiry etc.(
I appreciate that customer support is always available when I call, I also appreciate that the CRM - though relatively limited in features - is easy to use.
I dislike that there seems to be an unwillingness to implement feature requests. When I've asked for features I feel like I'm just sort of written off - there isn't a follow up process, there isn't any indication that the feedback was passed on to development
I use Nutshell as our primary CRM. We use it to record all of our customer interactions, all account information, and to create reports to assess our company's financial health
Nutshell is a good CRM software which comes with a major drawback. Features like tagging, location on maps, leads section, mailing systems are on point.
They seriously need to drop their duplicate suggestion feature. Whenever I import a csv, I either match it with email or names but even after that it ends up showing a lot of duplicates out of which 80% wont even be duplicates but only appear due to their suggestion feature.
Helping scout candidates based on the client's preference
A lot of info can be shown. Seems like you can customize the main screen alot.
Very unorganized. The whole screen looks way too crowded
Good for tracking sales prospects.
organized and helps keep pipeline full at all times, we can see where we need to focus our attention as far as setting appointments and following up
Difficult to use. Many issues with tasks past and due today.
We are able to see where people are at at all times throughout their purchase process
The customer service at Nutshell was very responsive. They were very gracious in responding to all our questions as we got set up. The design is sleek and intuitive. All the major functions of the product were easy to figure out.
We transitioned to Nutshell from a different CRM, and the migration was very difficult. It took weeks of time from our team, and from their customer service, and still our data had not all migrated correctly. Once we were finally up and running we found that the Search feature was not robust enough to work for us. It was also too difficult to see an overall view of our entire company's sales pipeline.
We tried to use Nutshell as a CRM, however after trying it for several months we decided to use a different system that had a more robust search feature and a better dashboard overview.
Much improved dashboards, plus good pipeline management features. Pretty flexible for adding custom fields.
Canned reports can be somewhat limiting. Not all the fields I want are always available as reportable fields or filters.
Very nice pipeline tracking, management of sales sales stages and contact history.
Dashboards Schefule And Alerts are well managed
Limited Options On Mobile App And Cdashes
Lead Pipeline And Its Follow Up To Increase Conversions
I like how user friendly the software is and that you can flip from page to page very easily. I also like that the tabs are pretty self explanatory with the labels that are used. The format overall looks good from an outside of the software perspective but when delving in it is very professional.
I dislike the lead sections and how it is connected to the people's pages but I also think that has more to do with my unfamiliarity with the territory. I find there is hard to find things to dislike because it is not something I use for more than a few things such as adding people, leads, etc. I think people who have a wide variety of uses for this system will be able to pull more suggestions on this on how to improve because with almost anything, there is room to grow and make it better over time.
I am working on making appointments and by looking at the people through nutshell. The benefits I have noticed is that now I can see locations with ease and offices. I also like how there are ways to add multiple contact information, such as for phones, you can add office, cell, assistant, and custom, which helps for when you are going back again and want to know what the primary one is.
Nutshell is a simple CRM tool that does not have the features many business have come to rely on, but it provides a cost-effective option for small businesses with a sales volume and client base that requires a good set of functions for a good price and just don't need all the bells and whistles of Salesforce. It integrates nicely with Google Mail, and frankly, even though Salesforce is better, I think I prefer the integration between Nutshell and Google Mail better than the one between Salesforce and Outlook. The simplicity offered by Nutshell is a plus for smaller businesses that sometimes need sales people to 'figure it out' on their own.
I want the extra functions a more full-featured CRM offers, because they help me to pull just the accounts that have the status, location, and attributes I am interested in now, so I can make a call list focused on the specific goals I have for today. Nutshell offers plenty of sorting options and is easy to export from, but I move more quickly and am more productive if I can use Salesforce.
Time is money, and a CRM that saves money will probably provide less efficiency, but I want a good balance between the data I need available to me in the forms that help me use my time well and a cost that fits in a budget that also needs to cover multiple other needs and priorities. On balance. Nutshell delivers that. It's a good choice for people that can afford 'good' and can work with 'good' until a business can afford 'great'.
Easy to get started and get going. Doesn't take long to teach others how to use. Oh yeah, super affordable. They push out a a few new features throughout the year.
Search function is close to worst I've seen; it is very hard to find leads, contacts, etc even when you type out the full name. Limited in reporting; most of our reporting is done outside of this software.
We use NutShell to track all leads for our B2B SaaS software.
Workflows and following the sales processes within nutshell. Our Brokers love this!
The Bcc (email copying function) and auto lead import don't always work and our client's information is shared with all of the sub accounts - not so great for privacy.
None - this is for our Brokers - we use salesforce.
Nutshell is easy for Account Executives to learn and use
Quota assignments that vary by month and quarter is needed. Also, pipeline qutoas by month, quarter is needed
Lead tracking and reporting.
