I like their integration features. Especially the ability to capture leads from my website and push it through in Nutshell CRM.

It took me a while to figure out all the various features of Nutshell but once I did I'll love it even more.

I love the easy of getting setup on Nutshell, how helpful the team was in the transition from our old CRM.

NOTHING!!! It does everything we need and more!!

It helps us track our "deals" and the amounts. We benefit by keeping up on monthly amounts and last price increase so we can adjust fees accordingly

I truly appreciate how complex the product is. You can find features for almost everything you need to manage sales teams and customer relationships across the globe. From a sales guy's perspective, it is very easy to track what is happening, when you need to follow up, which projects are rotting, where you lose business, and why. The customization is top-notch. I use tens of custom fields to get an in-depth insight into our customer needs, and I can use these custom fields to create reports. And I have a lot of reports. I was using Pipedrive before, and I can honestly say that Nutshell is a powerful alternative, in some aspects even superior.

The complexity of Nutshell means that you need to think first before setting up the tool. Then there are some minor annoyances that I would love the team to fix. For example, emails to a specific person appear in all leads, where this person is assigned as the contact person. If you have a purchaser in a big company, who manages many RFQs, you will see all emails in all leads, although they are not related to that specific lead. This was better in Pipedrive, where the tool could assign emails only to specific leads.

Nutshell helps our sales team stay on top of our customer needs and promptly manage their leads and follow-ups. It is greatly helping in reporting, as we have a ton of reports created for our management to be well informed.

generally intuitive duplicate checking is good, sometimes a bit aggressive activity customization is great reporting is good allowing voice to text is huge time saver

customization of browser experience would be helpful adding custom fields to app would be helpful map is frustrating - browser version will not show some addresses (data has been checked against google & other mapping services) app map will not show some addresses as well - but no consistency between browser "not shown addresses" and app app activity feature is not ideal - would be helpful to have "today"s vs "all past" (sometimes people get behind) would love to be able to change multiple calendar items at a time (perhaps having an in-Nutshell calendar view like Outlook's browser)

nutshell' helps me to keep in regular contact with customers/prospects, and to quickly see what the recent history with each company/cotnact is. lead reporting (for RFQs/quotes) lets me report on activity to our owners.

I like how user friendly it is and how it enables transparency across the company effortlessly.

That it only intergrates with Microsoft Office (Excel) and not numbers for my Mac.

Nutshell is creating ease of use and is not as intimidating as other CRM systems

One of the amazing features I came across in a nutshell is the ability to make phone calls and generate leads in the CRM itself. The whole process is very simple to use and makes your work a lot easier.

I don't think I had stumped upon anything which makes me think twice to use this tool. I have loved every feature of this tool and if there is any additional feature required in this tool, that is gonna be the feature to get feedback from the client's end.

I was very annoyed by using numerous tools to outreach my clients in an orderly manner. Nutshell gives me the freedom to use multiple tools under one shelter. It helps by providing all information about the client in the dashboard in an organized way.

If emails were sent to a person BEFORE a lead was created for that person, the emails stay associated with the person, not the lead, that was created for the person.

The primary problem was keeping up with people I contacted and remembering to follow up with proposals I sent out. Seeing my leads in a "pipeline" format according to the stage, or lifecycle, keeps me on top of things I need to move along to the next stage.

Nutshell has an exceptionally easy to use design that is not difficult to utilize and to prepare others on. I can easily get some much-needed rest and realize my group will actually want to make it happen without calling me continually.

Any CRM needs a promise to learn and utilize it consistently. I would rather avoid that it doesn't offer more undertaking the executives choices.

The screen is not cluttered and it's easy to use. Having said that it's also powerful. I have tried many others and like Nutshell the best. If you need a "CRM Administrator" then you are looking at the wrong CRM. Nutshell as what you need and then a LITTLE bit more and that is all you need.

There must be something but cannot think of it. Maybe they could not mention products that we do not use, like MailChimp and Constant Contact? I just really like the product and have since I started using it in March of 2020. And support is GREAT!! Bit I do not need to call much.

I have all my prospects and clients in Nutshell and I get to focus on SALES and that is what I like.

The item gives extraordinary client care and adaptability. Usability! Clients can zero in on selling. I think the estimating is extremely serious and we feel it is an extraordinary worth.

There is literally nothing I don't care for about Nutshell. Restricted in revealing; the greater part of our announcing is done outside of this product.

We are attempting to develop income. Nutshell assisted us with getting sorted out organizations, however each contact inside that organization.

I think the Map view of all of my Companies is awesome. That's probably the easiest way to visualize an entire region at a high level.

I think the Inbox and ways to send emails could be cleaned up a bit and more user friendly to each specific employee within a company. It's very easy to use but I think I get lost in how many Drafts are made from other Sales Reps in my company.

Basic Lead and Saes management is extremely easy and beneficial. I've tried to maintain leads through other CRMs and it's not nearly as user-friendly and easy to understand as Nutshell's platform.

That I can have unlimited contacts and it does not cost a fortune like other services.

That I can't select contacts not to be included in the marketing service.

I gather all clients and don't have to break the bank.

Nutshell is the most customizable and easy-to-use CRM available today. I've used Nutshell with three different companies in the past 7 years and every time Nutshell was clearly the best CRM available.

I could only wish that they build a lead scraping tool as a chrome browser addon. That would make the process of entering a contact or lead much faster.

Automating our sales process and allowing our sales team to keep track of everything. We track all activities through out sales process and continue to refine our outreach and inbound strategies. We even use it for managing Support via an onboarding pipeline.

Love the DASHBOARD where I can closely monitor my targets and deadlines! The fact that Tasks & Activities are integrated on my Google calendar is a huge help in getting things done and being in control of my Sales Pipeline as a Realtor. Outreach is also awesome! Customer support is great as well! Can't wait to to experience the upcoming powerful integrations and upgrades of Nutshell! More power!

Limited design templates on Outreach. Would be nice to have bolder designs.

that at the time of planning I must have several nutshell sales open to be able to view the history of the company I am going to visit. The coding required to do the planning when feeding information takes a long time which implies time that consumes me in my workday.

I am working out a way to make my planning more practical. That is in terms of software. Personally, I am improving the monitoring of my clients by making an objective conversation with them obtaining better results in sales and service, my clients have been surprised that we have fresh and fast information.

I love that each step is completed with each customer, ensuring a streamline experience for all of our customers regardless of the sales person handling the job!

It says it will record emails exchanged, but that has proven to only work sometimes.

Our sales process is specific and each step is taken with each customer despite the sales associate who is taking care of them.

I have used a ton of CRM's and have loved many. Nutshell puts the rest to shame. All of the power that you have in a product like HubSpot like marketing automations and lead management automatio Nutshell has at a fraction of the cost. Also Nutshell's support is unparalleled. You can always get a human which is amazing.

The on feature that I was missing was email marketing automations. I used to integrate with ConvertKit to compensate, but with the introduction of their new marketing email automation tools this is no longer an issue.

Keeps my team organized. Keeps my clients organized. Takes a lot of the IT burden off my plate and let's me focus on sales and marketing.

It's a very intuitive system. It's not bloated with any unnecessary functionality and I can use it relatively easily on my phone.

The app needs some work. I can access basic reports and functionality but it has a ways to go to catch up to the desktop version.

We're tracking admits / leads / calls to an addiction treatment center. It's streamlined our admissions process and gives me as a marketer much more actionable insights than prior solutions.
