"I’m a territory sales manager between 8 different US States."
What do you like best about Nutshell?

I think the Map view of all of my Companies is awesome. That's probably the easiest way to visualize an entire region at a high level.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I think the Inbox and ways to send emails could be cleaned up a bit and more user friendly to each specific employee within a company. It's very easy to use but I think I get lost in how many Drafts are made from other Sales Reps in my company.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basic Lead and Saes management is extremely easy and beneficial. I've tried to maintain leads through other CRMs and it's not nearly as user-friendly and easy to understand as Nutshell's platform.

"Customer Organization"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

I love being able to integrate my email and Nutshell so I can see when customers have opened our messages, and the follow-up reminders I am able to set through Nutshell.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Sometimes the home page can get a little hard to navigate through. It would be nice to be able to customize this more.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not having any new customers/leads falling through the cracks and losing the sale.

"Best CRM!"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is the most customizable and easy-to-use CRM available today. I've used Nutshell with three different companies in the past 7 years and every time Nutshell was clearly the best CRM available.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I could only wish that they build a lead scraping tool as a chrome browser addon. That would make the process of entering a contact or lead much faster.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating our sales process and allowing our sales team to keep track of everything. We track all activities through out sales process and continue to refine our outreach and inbound strategies. We even use it for managing Support via an onboarding pipeline.

"Easy to use"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

I find the system very easy to use and navigate. The layout gives me the information that I find essential on one page.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Connections at the lead level are more straightforward than at the company/contact level. Once a connection is made, all the emails from that person will appear even if it is not related. I had to create "Lead Association Only" contacts as a work around

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped keep my pipelined organized, and the auto-assignment of tasks in the pipeline prevents me from missing steps in the process. It has allowed me to save time and increase our sales/

"Nuts About Nutshell"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

Love the DASHBOARD where I can closely monitor my targets and deadlines! The fact that Tasks & Activities are integrated on my Google calendar is a huge help in getting things done and being in control of my Sales Pipeline as a Realtor. Outreach is also awesome! Customer support is great as well! Can't wait to to experience the upcoming powerful integrations and upgrades of Nutshell! More power!

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Limited design templates on Outreach. Would be nice to have bolder designs.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead Generation and keeping in touch with my clients. I am top of mind!

"Easy to Setup, Easy To Use, Super Powerful features, Nothing Compares"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

The Bottom Line Up Front Is: Nutshell just has the most powerful sales CRM feature set for the money, and it's the easiest to use and setup. Period. I've tried a lot of different Sales CRM products, from Sharspring to Netsuite, and Nutshell is by far the best. Unless you're a mutlinational corporation who needs something like SalesForce, Monday, etc, Nutshell's got you covered. I had it up and running within an hour with easy to adjust on the fly admin features. You don't need an IT team (they will be annoyed at this!). Nutshell has the best support team that's included in the price and great onboarding help. Even during the demo virtual session (which many CRM's won't do anymore) they showed me how Nutshell will work for my specialized industry. The feature set is exhaustive, Nutshell can do things other CRM's in this price range or higher just can't. I really don't understand how it's so inexpensive. On top of that, Nutshell's AI is light years beyond anything else out there. The reporting tools are rediculously powerful thanks to thier AI, and I don't need to be a reporting guru to use it. Nutshell also has one of the very best sales dashboards out there so when I log in, I see in one glance everything that's going on. I'm a sales guy testing out CRM's for my sales team and while there are others that are good, none really get close to Nutshell. I was looking for a powerful, easy to use, sales CRM that makes me more efficient and effective in my sales activity and Nutshell is it.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Not the prettiest looking sales CRM out there if aesthetics is your thing. Nutshell is very minimalist looking, so at first, I sometimes missed seeing where text boxes were or that I could click on something to edit or add notes. But it was only in a few spots, and I quickly got used to that after a week, so pretty minor thing. Also, at the time I started testing it out, they did not yet have SSO and two-factor authentication, but they told me they expect to have it rolled out by the end of 2021.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of use and efficiency! Nutshell has made me so much more efficient in my sales activity, and since it's so powerful, it's very easy to know where I'm at with everyone. Nutshell captures everything I do, even without direct email integration, so I always know the last thing I did with a person/company/lead, etc.
