Having everyone being able to see client communication between myself and the client on their profile is HUGE. I can comfortably take time off and know my team will be able to seal the deal without having to call me constantly.
Email Notifications can be a bit overwhelming.
The biggest one for us is efficiency. We're able to see where every project is and hold that department accountable if it's been too long.
It's a very intuitive system. It's not bloated with any unnecessary functionality and I can use it relatively easily on my phone.
The app needs some work. I can access basic reports and functionality but it has a ways to go to catch up to the desktop version.
We're tracking admits / leads / calls to an addiction treatment center. It's streamlined our admissions process and gives me as a marketer much more actionable insights than prior solutions.
Ability to track progress and map out leads. I also like how we are able to view previous email communications and easily update additional interactions we have with the leads.
We used nutshell for assigning providers to hospitals. When looking at the communication history associated with a hospital, sometimes it can be a little challleging because hospital communication history is also in the same list as communication history with the provider that was tagged to that hospital. Some communication made to the provider may not be relevant to that specific hospital so at times, we need to sort through a lot of information to find the most recent and relevant communication.
Identifying target areas is made easy with the mapping software.
Simple to use and makes sense. The search is fast too. It really helps me to keep customer information organized.
No "dark mode". I wouldn't say I like that I can not have "parent" accounts or account "nesting".
Quickly being able to track deals
It's a very comprehensive and easy to use lead tracker that also connects to my email, alerts, auto templates letters and can be used on an App as well. I also found it is very intuitive and easy to learn & customize all aspects.
I have not found anything I disliked about Nutshell.
Trying to track potential sales leads and connect the data to other team members so everyone can access. Also want to send out automated emails based on a time table depending on the previous email
Client information is all in one place and easy to retrieve.
I wish that Nutshell would link to my MacOS mail and message accounts.
Before Nutshell sharing information with our team was time consuming and in a lot of cases duplicated work.
What I like best is that Nutshell keeps my leads in order, and keeps me on task with all of my leads allowing me to keep track of them all in one place. I also love how Nutshell keeps track of all of my metrics.
I have used Nutshell for just over 2 months, and right now there is nothing that I dislike.
We have had a lot of problems keeping leads organized, and Nutshell has helped us tremendously.
Nutshell is super user-friendly. The whole team can see what everyone else is working on with regards to phone calls, emails, tracking of projects, etc.
The only functions of Nutshell I dislike are that when calling from a lead the call blocks out the name of the lead. The other thing I do not like is when you are tracking multiple leads, with the same companies and same people it lumps them all together and can take a bit of time to figure out.
Team communication for projects is at an all-time high. From sales to customer service we all know what is going on with any given project in our system
Nutshell is incredibly flexible. You could use it to sell products or services. We end up using it to sell services and have made it work extremely well for our business. It's open API allows us to pipe data into many different parts of our business infrastructure. This has enhanced our ability to forecast sales and finances in a way we weren't able to before.
There really isn't much I don't like. We had to do some finagling to get it to work for a services company. A nice feature might be to allow for a bifurcation between product and services companies.
Transparent communication across our organization about sales status, concrete reporting about the value of our sales funnel, and the performance of our sales team.
You can customize it however you need it. It's not just built for one company in mind. It can be whatever you need it to be.
The one thing that I wish I had more control over is the time frames that I can push back deadlines. Maybe Nutshell is already capable of this; I may have overlooked a setting.
We are solving a communication issue between our sales department and the rest of the team. Nutshell has become our way to show everyone what is going on and what needs to happen. This program has outstanding benefits, one being keeping information organized in one place.
Ease and flexibility it has. Very user friendly.
Nothing comes to mind currently. Meets all of my needs at this time.
Easily connecting me to my candidates when it automatically pulls up their social media profiles and info when I input their names and email.
It helps users to interact and keep a record of every conversation
Nothing is as such dissappointing to me. I really like it.
Keep a record of my conversations and schedule. helps improve my efficiency.
I like how easy it is to train and use within a team. Everything is user friendly and makes it simple to get the information that you need. The app is great!
I do not like that I cannot change the value of a lead after it has been created. Id like to assign a final value to the lead when closed.
We are preventing piglet deaths.
The tool's versatility and the sales funnel vision it possesses perfectly align with my company's vision. what makes for a perfect fit
The possibility to export reports to a CSV format. The possibility to rename the funnel steps. The lack of integration with linkedin and Google calendar
Have complete visibility into the sales funnel, opportunity status, and delegate tasks to the team
This email marketing tool is integrated with a great CRM. I can send daily emails and weekly newsletters to multiple contacts. Reporting on opens and clicks is integrated with the CRM as well so I can follow with phone calls in real-time. I have used Constant Contact and Mail Chimp and various capacities. The Nutshell Outreach tool is just as powerful. Yesterday it took me 2 hours to build a complex email marketing piece and send it to 4K+ subscribers. This includes designing the campaign with unique images and headlines. I was impressed as this was only my third email campaign with the outreach tool.
I wish there were more template emails. However, I can build most of what I need with the several email templates provided as a starter. Editing HTML email is cumbersome and this tool follows best practices for editing. YET, It is still hard to craft a solid looking email Template. They are adding functionality to Drip Sequences.
I can have a team of salespeople call their contacts in real-time as the newsletters are opened and clicked. We have hundreds of leads come into our organization monthly and can consistently & quickly keep in touch. We were able to implement a SOLID CRM into our organization on day one and not hire a consultant for a 6-9 month implementation.
I like how many capabilities the Nutshell system offers. We use Nutshell for many areas of business, and having the email marketing within the same system helps things run smoothly. For instance, our customer contacts are already managed within Nutshell, which makes email marketing so much easier! I can segment our contacts and keep them well organized, as well as see all the reporting associated with the email campaigns.
So far there is not really anything to dislike. The only things I noticed was that when I pulled the html in from some of our already build email blasts (from another email marketing system), it did not allow me to adjust that same content as easily as I thought it would once it got the info transferred into Nutshell.
The main problems being solved are regarding: 1. Consistency 2. Reaching our customer contacts without bounces 3. Streamline operations
It is so user friendly and great UI. Everything I need is easy to access.
The "click to call" button is dangerously close to the "delete phone number" button.
Tracking all leads and opportunities, visualizing sales pipeline, easy to access record keeping.
Their CRM is very flexible, but also easy to learn. We had spoken to two other CRM companies, but picked Nutshell because: 1. Their staff responded quickly and answered questions promptly. 2 .Their CRM allows us to build it for our needs, make changes and additions on our own. 3 .Other CRM system's we looked at were more expensive and needed more outside help to develop and manage.
Any CRM needs a commitment to learn and use it regularly. It takes discipline.
We now have all our customers, leads, contacts in one database and can manage the information more efficiently. The forecasting and reporting features have gave us a better understanding of our business.
Nutshell is a very transparent, easy to navigate and flat view CRM platform. It's flexible, nimble and the Nutshell team is often making updates to assist with user experience. The support team is also extremely helpful and very responsive. It's just more straightforward to use than most other CRM tools, without losing any of the capabilities.
A few very specific features are still very sales-product oriented, and we use the CRM a little differently than a traditional sales/product oriented team.
Nutshell helps us better track our active opportunities and stay accountable following up with leads to drive more future opportunities.
I've used many CRMs, and this truly is my favorite to date. Nutshell is extremely easy to use and customize, there isn't a huge learning curve to use it! I love that with a push of a button it connects to the system I use to my constant contact account. It has an auto phone dialer which I really like...it keeps me hands free so I can take notes while I'm on the phone! It is easy to create tags and schedule follow ups with this system!
The only thing I dislike about Nutshell is that it doesn't include a calendar. Otherwise, the system is perfect!
Nutshell efficiently helps me to be organized with my leads and helps me track my prospects through the sales funnel. This is a very efficient CRM!
Nutshell is a fairly basic CRM, but that's where the beauty of the platform is. There's no extra "stuff" that makes the environment complicated or difficult for users to navigate. It's very straightforward to enter in new information, track leads and assess your pipeline.
Nutshell's ease of use and simplicity does create an issue when it comes to reporting. There are limits to the reporting you can do in the system and often you'll have to export all the data to Excel to get analysis you actually want.
We used to track our pipeline in Airtable and Trello. With Nutshell everyone has visibility into what is happening with our pipeline, can see notes on interactions with leads and track the revenue associated with each lead. It's helped our team be more aligned on what is going on with our business.
I wanted an easy to add leads crm with some nice visualisation. I have tested many different CRM's before making a final decision as I had to do the research on behalf of my other team members as we all together as a whole SEO department were going to use a CRM to add and work with leads.
I had to find my own way how to make sure that when I type in the search name of the website I will get the system to show me the lead I need. There is a trick to it and since all my leads are named by the websites, that had to be discovered.
I use Nutshell to quickly add leads and work with them. It helps me to keep a track of recent contacts and notify me about next contact date.
Well, I am learning more and more everyday as my business grows. I love the financial aspect, the reminders, the email capabilities, the SMTP. It's easy to use and the people are amazing at Nutshell. I really mean it! EVERY SINGLE PERSON I have ever talked to there has been outstanding and patient with me.
I can't think of anything. That's an honest answer. From what I use it for, it does it all for me.
I have been able to use it as my calendar, remove constant contact, and call list.
Everything we need is there... not less nor more!
Quality of reports Please more Integrations...
Communication in between all employees... Benefits: Gain of efficiency
You can make it do whatever you want. They really make it easy to customize.
Would love online file viewing , I dont like that if I upload a pdf to a lead I have to download it to view it. Also no affiliate program sucks because I recommended a lot.
Accountability tool to always stay on top of my leads. It helps me not leave meat on the table.
Simple to understand, I enjoy the intuitive features.
I want to be able to create a drip campaign for multiple users.
We used to try and stay organized out of GSuite. It's impossible. This is a great solution and the team helps with answers via chat. You're pushed a little to reach goals.
Ease of use aka Intuitive User Interface AND terrific customer service that is responsive and effective.
Nice to have easier to use sequences similar to HubSpot.
Managing distributor sales rep relationships to increase sales
The customer service if I need it. So far it it user friendly but if I get stuck, someone is there to help me quickly.
I like Nutshell and have no dislikes at this time.
Before Nutshell I tried to keep track of leads on Excel, but it was not interactive like Nutshell is.
The software is presented as "user first" unlike Salesforce. It's just plain easy for a user to use.
Salesforce is more robust (but to be fair, it's also 3x the price), so at one company we grew out of it.
It's a CRM . Problems solved and benefits realized are those with that you buy a CRM for...
Definitely like the reports best. Nutshell gives me exactly what I am looking for when needed.
No downsides to be honest. Its why we have used it for 7+ years.
We are able to track clients opportunity efficiently as well as seeing how each member of my team is doing. Nutshell has also helped us manage our client database.
