Have used so many marketing apps on shopify and this one is so far the best!! So easy to use. Definitely would like to see more things added to this app, like reviews and more widgets. So far i love it and we will continue to u s e t h i s product. I think the layout and how we dont need any coding to set this up is the best thing about this app. Its literally like a plug and play platform. Try it for yourself and see. You will not be sorry.

Nothing everything seems to be good. Maybe add a contact form for your website. but otherwise there is nothing bad to say about this app yet :)

This program is easy to use and its editor is very similar (if not based on) MailChimp. It's easy to get emails up and running, and the integration to Shopify presents powerful sales/ROI reporting. Another fantastic aspect is the support team. They are very responsive and helpful.

I wish it had more font options. The editing features in general could be a bit more robust, but I think that they are working on that. The challenge is making the emails match the Shopify store branding.

Omniend standard plan does not have feedback feature

A lot of problems are solved like abandoned carts, form lead capture, cross-sell, email template...

The e-mail templates are easy to use. It has also offered a free trial. And recently they have added e-mail templates and automated marketing tools which will make Omnisend a one-stop marketing tools.

The price package is too high for small business that have just started.

Simply amazing app for managing everything related to your email marketing whether it is card abandonment or newsletters this thing manages everything well. Newsletter creation is a single step easy to use feature of this product. Best application for the people who have little time to manage all things at a single stop.

The interface can be made much better, but that's user perspective. Functionality is what is needed by the store owner the most.

I love how simple it is to set up a landing page or set up automating emails for new customers who sign up. I also like the information it gives based on visitors and who subscribed. I also like the different types of campaigns I can pick.

I dislike the limited landing page options, and i cannot change the color of the font based on different background color.

I like that you can be creative in your campaigns that this application has easy to use templates. I did also like the Shopping Cart Abandonment Feature As Well.

The free option should be longer for some of us who are just starting out and have a short cash flow might be difficult, we have to add other apps that are not nearly as good.

I've been using pop-ups and e-mail marketing via Omnisend for 2 years. Both are very easy to use and add value to my e-commerce business for free.

When somebody sign-up the newsletter through your website, not with the pop-up or checkout, you cannot see that on the Ommnisend subscriber list on. However, you can easily import.

Collecting e-mails and e-mail marketing is very easy now.

Omnisend was really easy to set up and use. I saw results right away with the Live Report of my site. This information helped me understand the strength of the Facebook Ad I was currently running and typical daily use. The Ad really did push people to my website! Also the newsletter and forms were a snap to set up. I highly recommend the free set up call they offer.

I wish there was a way to retarget customers who visit the website but who don't leave an email address.

I had no idea about serving the visitors of my website an awareness that the shop has different types of discounts. So I used Omnisend on my landing page/pages and I showed the visitors that I have via Omnisend. What I liked so much is Omnisend gave me the idea to do this. I am very happy. Also Omnisend has additional tools to improve your everything on your website marketing. Most probably I will use these additional things to see how it will work on my side.

For now I have nothing to dislike. I just started to use Omnisend and the basic solutions. I believe that I will not face any dislike things. The standart dislike is to be that if you go over standart package of use it is going to be expensive for customers like me. They can do additional usage prices.

To welcome to my visitors. And also what I was thinking to do on my website, Omnisend has the ideas and applications. Also it gives motivation to go further on some ideas to give awareness to the potantial customers if they visit the website. I believe that Omnisend will solve my e-mail marketing issue. I haven't tried yet but ASAP i will use it.

Omnisend integration with Shopify allows you to bring photos and descriptions straight from your websites product page to email. This function is a great time saver. I easily copy-pasted email automation ideas from Johnlewis.com and other big players into my ecommerce store without development.

I had a small issue that was actually my fault. I could find how to configure one automation workflow in Support pages, I missed some information. But customer service helped me.

template lacks of recent viewed products. There is no template or option for us to add recent viewed products into an email campaign. In order to do this, I guess you have to know some HTML code.

But still - superb marketing automation features, they even have birthday email feature!! IT is fantastically converting for me.

I love that everything is very much in order and step by step, you never feel lost when navigating trough Omnisend. Starting from the sign up moment to the last report numbers, everything simple very much in order. If you are just a begginer, this route is always the best.

It is priced the exact same as Mailchimp but is a much better platform. We use it as an app through Bigcommerce which syncs with our customer list instantly. The email templates are easier to design, and the product picker allows you to select products on my site and it automatically pulls in the image, product name, product description and price. The campaign reports also show how much revenue we made from them.

I cannot crop an image directly within the app- I must photoshop in a separate app.

This saves us so much time in creating emails, especially with the product picker, and we are seeing sales from that email right in the report.

I like how reactive they are to requests for changes we ask for. Different tools or reporting things we have asked for have been created.

There are key elements missing that you can find on many other email platforms. Especially for e-commerce brands, there are lots of little things that would be helpful to have.

It is a good platform for us to send the communication that we need to send to our clients.

The verification process for an SMS number was long and unexpected. It would've been nice to know that there would be a slight delay from the onset.

Sanya was extremely prompt in replying to my emails and very clear and informative with her explanations. There are many options regarding layout, and it is relatively easy to navigate.

Some more options with images would be good.
