I feel the ON24 platform keeps getting better with new features, which is the best part! Other benefits include poll questions, survey, Q&A and chat boxes for engagement.
I wish the Live audio and webcam was smoother because it lags often.
Trying to solve the lack of engagment due to Covid and lack of in-person events.
We have been using for over a year now and I really enjoy creating engaging webinars that look so professional!
The only thing that I do not like, is if you are dialed in, it shows a phone icon in the media player
Virtual events, we can still work in a virtual world
The flexibility of delivery methods and availability for on-demand is incredible. The reporting on all of this is critical and incredibly beneficial to our marketing activities.
Would like the Simu-2-live to be able to record with computer audio and not require a phone and computer connection.
We are reaching our customers with more detailed information and trackable interactions. The ability to follow-up and hand over leads to our sales teams is a great benefit.
The enhancements made in the last 12 months have only increased the lead this platform has on any other in the virtual space. They have taken a clunky presenter experience and created an intutitive platform. Each release makes me more excited to share what they have introduced next to my company and regular presenters.
My biggest complaints are that they don't yet allow backgrounds for presenters and there isnt an option to run a simulive webinar that rolls over to video Q&A. However, the breakout rooms are a step in the right direction.
The seamless integration with Marketo and Drift make it easy for our company to create webinars of value and receive real-time results.
I like the ease of use ON24 provides to presenters, clients, and attendees! From the almost universal Elite Studio for presenters to use. All the way to the customization ability for the audience's console. I also have had negative feedback from clients about the data we're able to provide.
For GDPR reason, I would like (as a Producer role) to be able to hide "Name" & "Company" from the Q&A widget in Elite Studio. I would also like to assist presenters with the ability to upload & use a digital backdrop for the webcam presentations.
Through ON24, I have helped people achieve certifications and gain credits to advance their careers. I am also able to assist companies from around the world visualize our client's presentation with the ability to interact with speakers while having access to downloadable content and On-Demand viewing.
When our organization was compiling its 2020 season of events, no one thought about a virtual component. In the rush of the transition with Covid-19 - On24 was a life saver. We were able to quickly pivot many of our educational events for members across our state online with a platform that was easy to use for all end users - no software to install, in troubleshooting why the viewer's webcam was not working - it just worked quickly, easily and seamlessly for the user.
I would love to be able to copy content between various events - sometimes we have a common set of slides or run the event more than once - but these are very fixable features.
This has challenged us to redefine engagement - and question the efficacy of our programs. We have decided that some of our in person events will now become exclusively virtual - causing us to see a net savings in the travel and entertainment costs that we held to host these nearly free to attendee events.
The best part about using ON24 is the ability to customize the various parts of the webinar. Our team has the ability to make webinar events look very corporate and we also have the ability to add more engaging elements to the other types of webinars that our sales teams offer.
The reporting side of the platform could be a bit better. Having the ability to parse out the data easier when you have multiple lines of business accessing the account.
Our entire sales teams had to pivot from all in person to all online. ON24 Webcast Elite gave our sales teams the ability to engage with prospects throughout virtually throughout the pandemic lockdowns. Without ON24 we wouldn't have been able to offer our Sales Teams an alternative. ON24 Webcast Elite helped our marketing team assist our Sales Teams with being able to reach out to prospects during a very challenging time when trying to engage with prospects.
There is so much functionality! I love that you can see multiple speakers at once, and there are so many features that you can add into your webinar to truly customize it.
There are so many features, that it is overwhelming at first, but the implementation managers help a lot.
we are hosting all of our events virtually right now, and this is our platform to achieve that.

Outreach and engagement - We have realized that this tool can help us reach our global audience while staying safe during covid.
ON24 changed our entire webinar and marketing experience. Having a great system like this really sets you apart from competitors. The team is also very responsive and helpful if you ever need assistance taking your presentations to the next level or brainstorming how to do something.

Separating ourselves from our competitors and giving the opportunity and easier and more engaging experience. We are also going to use ON24 to take our conference online.
