So intuitive! Easy to use both on mobile and desktop. I transfer my incoming office extension calls right to my openphone number.
Nothing really. Well thought out and designed. I'm excited to see what the future holds.
No problems on my end at all.
The Integrations are endless with open phone. We save hours and hours thanks to the automations available via zapier. Recording calls Way affordable too for the features offered
Inability to categorize messages, and there isn't a great way to add privacy to contacts for one number.
Franchisee framework for contacts. Automation. Time savings. It's been really great coming from other services.
This phone system was great to implement and has really impacted the way we work. Having the ability to easily work from a single inbox and share all of our contacts so that we know exactly who is calling at any point.
Some of the more basic features that you would expect just aren't there yet (3-way calling, etc.), but they are on the roadmap and we are eagerly awaiting their implementation.
It allows my remote team to all work in tandem without the frustrating overhead of some of the other phone products we used to use. For example, on our last phone system, we would have to log in to a web portal and click 7 times through the various menus to just block a spam call. Now, it is a single click so it gets done much more often.
That's wonderful, never experienced such a swift response and support from anywhere. Thank you entire Openphone team, for being around 24/7. Highly recommended service it is. Stay like this and we stay together forever.
Nothing that I can even think of. I would recommend G2, this Dislike section doesn't apply for OPENPHONE at all.
Easy communication with our clients. Calls, texting, Voice messages and the best part is call recordings.
The platform is easy to use and has a lot of functionality. The service is outstanding as well
There isn't anything I don't like. I've yet to experience an issue.
I can now use text messaging to acknowledge calls i receive and I've lowered my costs by switching to OpenPhone
It works. I know that's hard to believe but I've tried FreshCaller, Dialpad, and a few others that have really poor performance (e.g., calls dropped, poor features, doesn't include SMS, etc.). OpenPhone works and has SMS and voice which is awesome.
My number one complaint is that you can't really control how calls are routed throughout the organization. For example anything more complicated than "ring these people when a call comes in" isn't doable yet. My ideal situation would be something like "ring these 2 people for 30 seconds, then add in these 2 people for another 30 seconds, then if no one answers, transfer to an external phone number." Complexity like that is simply not doable
I've lowered my cost, gotten better features (email and SMS), and been able to better manage inbound calls. For example if we miss a call, you can set it up to automatically text the person who called, which can take the call over text.
The price! Definitely the price. And it works well with our wifi.
If we lose power, we lose internet and subsequently phone. We're rural, may run into that occasionally.
Accepting calls on the go is great. And the price is great! And easy updates to the voicemail is great! And texting from this number is great!
The easy UI and the customer service are excellent. This service is easy to use setup and has extensions with accessible text-to-speech recording for voicemails. Easy to change anytime.
I have not had any issues so far and ported my numbers over from my last service and everything is working.
I was using a service Cloudtalk.io, and they were charging for the time the phone system started till the recording ended, and it was getting expensive
They are willing to help. Responded quickly through email.
No live chat or phone support. It's not ok not to have live chat support.
Able to port my Canadian number
The UX is very, very easy and I found the support team to be responsive and easy to communicate with. The calling and texting quality makes it easy to communicate with our clients.
I wish it was a little less expensive, but the hassle of having to deal with other companies (like Zoom) that are obscure and up-charge you, is worth the extra price per month.
As a small, 2-person sales retail business, we need to be able to share the same number and text/call clients from the same number. OpenPhone allows us to do this!
I like that calls and texts with a number are organized into one thread.
Can't change ringtone. Customization is lacking.
I can easily and affordably separate business from pleasure on my phone. If you look
Professional & prompt customer service is only the beginning of how this company does business. Their VOIP combines all of the best elements and I have yet to come up with a feature that they've pointed out is already there. I especially like being able to quickly send links from a browser to a contact's iOS or Android SMS without skipping a beat.
I am still learning to use the app. I still need to see an inexpensive option for international calls.
I am using my OP phone number more and more without issues.
The ease of use and that what was promised was delivered. And it is a seamless process, I use my phone and all features as I did prior to Open Phone.
Nothing, it has been a joy to use the product.
I live in Portugal and my clients are in North America. They would not know the difference between being back home and where I am now.
Ease of use and user-friendly interface for both PC + mobile.
Call quality can suffer if wi-fi or internet connections are unstable. This is rare, majority of calls are great quality if the connection is adequate.
Having an easy-to-use VOIP is a game changer. No need for old-school hardware of dedicated office phones today when so many are working remotely.
Works every time with excellent voice quality and quick SMS message delivery, just like your everyday 4G cell number. It has a very user-friendly UI and you do not need to spend any time figuring it out. Customer care is responsive and they follow up with you to ensure you find what you need.
I did not find anything in the app or service to complain about. It works flawlessly and without any hiccups and it has made it very easy for me and my colleague to conduct our business.
Our clientele is located in North America and we conduct our business operations in India, we use OpenPhone to speak with our clients, vendors, and all professional counterparts. If you need to make international calls and have decent internet service, then this is the SoftPhone you want, it is plug and play.
I love the ability to text and track calls. I also love the ability to look at the stats for usage by office and each employee.
The only improvement would be the ability to put it on speaker without an echo.
I have had no problems with OpenPhone.
It's extremely user-friendly, and customer support is always there for you to help you with any problem you have.
I haven't found anything that I dislike yet.
My team and I can use the same phone number to contact our clients.
The Voice Quality the Connecting Time. And Overall Experience was Awesome
Nothing is All Good. I hope this will help my business grow gradually and I can get the more positive and best response.
I can connect easily with Mobile and call notifications to help me to even get info about missed calls on Android.
Short learning curve, very easy to use, being able to assign numbers and having a phone app is great. My employees all seem to really like the platform, which is obviously very important. Importing leads/contacts is pretty easy as well.
The hubspot integration could be more robust. They don't really communicate two ways - you can't text from Hubspot, notes don't transfer, etc. You also can't create lists or lead/contact stages (follow up, interested, closed, etc.) in OpenPhone which would be super helpful. I could just not really know how to use those functions, if they exist, though.
Assigning new, unique phone numbers for each employee and allowing them to easily text and call new leads either from their phone, browser, or desktop app is great.
I like best that I have been receiving personalized attention with minimum weight times and I feel my particular needs are really being attended to by open phone... thank you!!
There is really nothing I can report yet and have been using phone SMS WhatsApp and telegram while being over here in Germany. I guess the matter of two step verification could be an issue but I do not know yet.
I am moving to Europe or better I have moved to Europe this month and keeping my US number is critical. With OpenPhone I can accomplish these tasks at a reasonable monthly fee of $10.
