Easy to setup, quick action support, lovely team, affordable prices and much more!! I can count thousands.
There is nothing imo it's just that it should compatible with every countries debit card.
We had a difficulty in maintaining a constant support to. Our clients with limited budget and organising things at one place it did help us cater those.
Now, where do I begin? We were in search of a tool to make our calls as we are a recruitment firm and the tool we previously used kind of started marking us as spam. No matter what we did we couldn't reach certain people because they eventually never pick junk/Spam calls. Then I was introduced to Open Phone and boy were they absolutely great. We could see the ratio of people answering just skyrocket and we also realized how much of our time we were wasting. I'd certainly without any hesitation recommend Open phone not only because they are good, they also provide some great features for the price.

Openphone is very easy to use, not glitchy and they provide excellent customer service.
I have no dislikes about OpenPhone. It suits my needs very well
Openphone allows me to have an additional phone number on the same device for a reasonable price.
My co-worker and I share a phone number on OpenPhone which allows us to keep track of our communication with mutual contacts. The price is right and the features are great like being able to schedule future texts, send images and attachments via text, and sync between phone and web app.
Sometimes two-factor identification codes (like for logging into a bank website) which are sent to our OpenPhone number are not received.
They are providing us with a Canadian phone number for $10 a month that we can use together.
It is easy to navigate and understand with real-time customer service when help is needed.
Sometimes bugs and errors in the middle of the shift schedule.
OpenPhone helps our business thrive by building relationships with our clients.
I made a mistake purchasing a 1 year package and then I called them and they easily changed my plan to a monthly package. No problem

There are still some bugs in the system, that can be an issue but overall its not that bad
They are constantly updating there service and adding features, this helps me manage the day to day operations of my business.
The phone app has a great GUI (Graphical user interface), You can chat with any Phone from web portal or phone app. You can choose the number based on your location.
You need to be logged into the app to receive the call and speak with the caller in real-time. If you are not logged in, the caller can leave a voice message. But, an alert to your cell phone might help when you are offline.
I have remote workers from a different country who can call anyone in the US or elsewhere and talk clearly and even leave voice/text messages.

After long research on different companies to do business with... The customer service has always answered all our questions in a timely matter. The set up is easy and fast and we have not had any hiccups yet.
Honestly I do not know exactly what I dislike about it because since we have signed up we have not really had any problems with it. If I was being picky I would say the price but the price is very reasonable for our company.
OpenPhone has been the right choice for us since the beginning They give us that professional look that we wanted and the answering machine option is fantastic during off hours and busy times.

It has helped me with my small business and get it started. I am able to take calls and also turn off alerts if needed. It lets me call forward. It is just a easy service to use and basic but advanced
Open phone is incredibly easy to use. The ability to record calls is extremely helpful as I am talking to a lot of clients.
I would like it better if the search function can also be used to search the added notes section as well

It is very easy to open an account and obtain a U.S. phone number. The platform is simple to use, with no complexities. It has everything you need for a business phone.
For the time being, nothing. Everything has worked perfectly for us. All calls are coming in without any problems. We have never had to request technical service of any kind. Everything has been working perfectly.
I needed a phone number for my business in the United States, but I live abroad. With OpenPhone I have my phone line and my business can continue without any complications.
I like that Openphone has mobile and desktop apps and that both of them are very easy to use and are very comfortable on short and long term. I think that it is definately competetive app.
I dislike that you can't add others in a phone call, I found that unhelpful at times. I think that simple feature would help a lot.
OpenPhone helped me a lot while making phone calls in USA from another country. I think that it's much more convenient to use this app rather than getting a phone number for international calls.
I love that I can have a completely different business phone on my personal phone with all the features of texting and sending pictures. I'm able to enter my business hours and have a separate voicemail whether I'm open or not. Very professional. Plus, I can access it on my iPad which is EXTREMELY helpful.
I wish there was a way to group contacts and send a bcc text all at once. The notifications also don't sync, so I have to open the app to keep the notification number up to date.
I know whether to answer my phone or not which means I'm able to stop for the day. I also don't miss important calls because of an unknown number (if it rings through OpenPhone, I answer). It also maintains customer relationships because they don't have my personal number.
I love that I can have a business phone without needing to carry 2 phones. I can easily turn off notifications for hours I don't want bothered by business without needing to have multiple phones to maintain boundaries with clients. I love that it feels like I'm still using my regular phone and is very simple to use.
There is a glitch where sometimes the top banner of the app is misplaced and I have to get out and back in to fix it but it is a simple fix that doesn't deter me from using the app when I need it
I started my own business where I work with clients by I did not want to be accessible to clients 24/7 by giving them my personal number and did not want to carry 2 phones to have a business number so open phone is the perfect solution!

Open Phone is available is both my computer and mobile phone making it easy to see or hear incomming calls as a digital nomad, this service is prefect if you need a US based number but tend to travel a lot for work.
I think the only issue that I located that can be improved is that somethimes phone and computer app dont sync properly, for example the last person you texted on the computer might not show as your last contact on the phoner app.
I work as a freelancer / digital nomad out the US and this has benefited me freatly, I been able to provided a reliable number to all my clients for the them to reach out eaither by call or text, I have been able to add other team mates to the plan since we work for the same agency and we keep the billing under a since product
