I'm implementing Pipefy to manage a communication process across teams. It involves a standard input (that we are solving through the Start form) and specific business rules being implemented throughout the process.

Poderia agrupar os pipes por setores , eles ficam dispostos todos no mesmo local, mesmo nomeando de forma que fiquem juntos seria melhor se pudesse agrupar .

Velocidade e precisão na conclusão dos processos.

Autonomia para trabalhar criando diversos tipos diferentes de funções.

Cada campo preenchido nem sempre tem conexão com um sistema integrado por uma Api.

Antes eu tinha dificuldade para ver e manusear informações de meus clientes. Com pipefy resolvi isso e consegui trabalhar colaborativamente na solução de chamados.

It's very easy to organize almos everything and teaching new users how everything works. Also, there's a pletora of tutorials for anything the system allows to be done.

So far, so good. There's still a lot to be explored, but overall we are satisfied.

We are using it to integrate the whole company. It's been very usefull.

There is no search function to search through individual cards within a Pipe.

Certainly, excellent usability and so many features. It's very interesting and easy to handle.

I don't feel comfortable with the layout, I think it could be cleaner and more pleasant, investing in design.

Organization, connections between sequential processes, creation of public forms, the possibility of organize tasks on scrum view. All these things increase our operational efficiency and our relationship with customers.

The best is tô work with cards like e-mails.

I can´t copy paste other e-mails inside os cards.

Is faster work with pipefy.

Everything connects. Pipefy has very interesting tools.

I don't like the Support Team. Never have the answers we need

the benefits are clear. We managed to connect all areas of the agency. And we are working to implement in new areas
