I wish Intuit would allow you to translate your Quicken for Mac files into QuickBooks for Windows. There is no direct method in doing this presently.

I am handling all my client's accounting needs with QuickBooks Desktop Pro.

The best thing about QuickBooks Pro is how easy it is to use. This program is very user friendly.

What I dislike most about QuickBooks Pro is the slow speed. Sometimes QuickBooks Pro can run very slowly.

The business problems that we solve using QuickBooks Pro are mostly billing problems. We use this often to investigate payments received or not received.

Quickbooks is easy to use, user friendly, and has a great many features. Invoicing in Quickbooks is quick and easy once the software is setup properly for you company.

The only two complaints I have about Quickbooks is that when using multi-user mode, a lot of issues can arise for seemingly no reason. Usually a computer restart resolves. User interface can be sluggish as your company file grows larger.

We use Quickbooks for invoices, purchase orders, customer management, and reporting. Our POS software integrates with Quickbooks to provide the data we need without manual entry.

With its latest updates, quickbooks is better than ever! When I started using Quickbooks a few years ago, there were a lot of features that it didn’t have such as predictive text for accounts. This feature has been huge for my business!

Creating reports does not seem to have changed. They can be difficult to make changes. I had the opportunity to take a class on QB and still struggle with this sometimes.!

We’ve had a few businesses approach us asking to switch to their accounting software. QB is actually required through our higher-ups, but I would be very upset if down the road they changed. Quickbooks follows the GAP with ease, but in comparison to other software we’ve seen, you can see where the accounting takes place.

The process flow.path in the home page helps the user to navigate effectively.

The system ia limited to certain modules only. Maintenance and finance modules are missing.

Operations management

I like that the quickbooks software is versatile for people with small business and larger ones. It is easy to teach our clients how to do basic entry themselves.

Bank feeds do not always seem to work accurately, which is disappointing because it is a great feature.

Helps keep the books balanced and in line for our clients as well as our own business.

I'm happy with how well organized my finances are.

I cannot undo deleting an estimate. This is inconvenient because I have to reenter the whole thing if i make a mistake.

I am able to stay organized as everyone in I need can understand and access information.

I like the ease of use, the ability to set your company up as you see fit, and the reminders section makes work much easier.

I dislike the way you can go into any section and alter numbers or figures...though this comes in handy, it can make it difficult to use at the same time.

All accounting issues are solved. Easy for anyone with any background to learn and use.

I love the simplicity and the amount of tutorials there are out for QucikBooks

I love that I have a hosting company through QB that allows me to access QB windows desktop on my IMAC

There isn’t anything at this time that I dislike about quick books.

Benefit to f printing checks invoices remotely and access from my desktop and laptop

It’s very easy to use and self explanatory.

The program tends to freeze up daily and when that happens we have to shut it down and start over.

It’s easier to do payroll

The ease of being able to navigate it and the simple and clean view of the software.

Invoicing and payroll are tricky to get started but once you get the hang automating it is simple.

It provides a one stop shop for business owners who can complete their financials, inventory, and payroll on this one software.

Any possible feature I’ve come across needing, has been available within this software. It has proven efficient time and time again, within all aspects of our multi-centered company. Even as a NFP, all of the proper adjustments and options are pre-made and easy to implement!

Overall, this has proven to be the best accounting software that I’ve personally used(out of four). And while I’m certain this is a mundane dislike, it’d be the automated noises when closing entries, or making adjustments. I simply feel it’s unnecessary and am thankful for the option to mute.

Prior to finding and implementing this particular software, we had been outsourcing most of our financial and payroll operations. This has allowed us to bring those operations back in-house and save money on that costly overhead.

This software streamline our accounting process.

Daily bookkeeping for company

Quickbooks has definitely improved the user interface and made the program much easier to use for someone who isn't an accountant.

Sometimes it is difficult to find out how to do the simplest of tasks, such as just looking for an invoice by invoice number. (Hint: go to Find under the file menu)

Business Quickbooks makes it easy for us to share information with our bookkeeper and accountant.

It’s a great product that new users and accomplished users can both utilize.

Although helpful for some users, Quickbooks does display numerous warnings to the point that most people start just ignoring them and clicking okay, which can cause issues.

Quickbooks allows us to organize our client’s data into a useable format that can then be placed onto a tax return.

Easy to navigate and use even someone with no experience can easily grasp the functionalities.

Convenient inventory monitoring and real time data gathering. Its an easy to use flatform with minimal adjustment. New comer in the company can easily take their hands-on to Quickbooks without further knowledge teaching.
