Una cosa que me gusta más de esta aplicación es que tiene un sistema de navegación muy fácil de usar, además de que tiene una ventana emergente de navegación que hace que sea más fácil navegar a través de diferentes ventanas al mismo tiempo. Es realmente flexible cuando se trata del tiempo de seguimiento. También es fácil de usar, ya que también se puede usar en teléfonos móviles.

Una característica que le falta es que no tiene una función de captura de pantalla que muchos de sus competidores tienen hoy en día, lo que no me gusta. Junto con eso no tiene grabación de pulsación de teclas también. Tiene un precio base establecido alto debido a que el costo se incrementa. Eso es.

TSheets is easy to learn, easy to use, and well designed. It has all the features a time clock needs - the ability to clock in, clock out, take breaks, see your total time, and see when others are working. It looks nice, functions well, and I've never had any issues accessing it.

The only things I dislike are that I've accidentally clocked in/out before when I access the site on my phone and I don't fully understand how the break feature works. More guidance related to taking a break would be appreciated, as it doesn't seem to function perfectly, especially on the mobile interface.

TSheets replaces a physical timesheet, making it much easier for employees to clock in or out from wherever they happen to be working that day. For a tech company with remote employees, this is an essential software and it's performed perfectly.

I like that it’s easy for everyone to comprehend how to work. It’s easy to navigate and decipher the different options to look at you’re payroll.

I wish that there was a notification option once you hit so many hours. There’s been times that I have forgotten to clock out and don’t realize until I go to clock in the next day.

TSheets is convenient for me to be able to see the total amount of time I have worked, for billable hours and non-billable hours.

I use the TSheets APP on my phone. It's a convenient and easy way to clock in and out of work. I can see my weeks total, pay period totals and daily totals which is especially helpful for an hourly employee. It even shows accumulated sick time, vacation, etc.which saves me time trying to calculate hours. I also like that I can see who else is working so I know who is available if needed.

The one downside to TSheets is that sometimes after it updates, my settings are off and I cannot clock in. However, it's simple to fix and is not a huge problem. I also would like some kind of confirmation that a note I've added to my timecard has been received. I am not sure whether or not the notes are ever seen.

TSheets solves the problem of having to keep track of my hours and then having to turn them in for approval. I simply click the button to clock in and click to log out. The biggest benefit is that TSheets keeps track of my hours for me. It shows me how many daily, weekly and pay period hours I have accumulated.

TSheets works pretty well, it tracks and integrates with QB.

It is not intuitive on what hours have been paid and not paid. The user experience on this could be much improved. We have independent contractors and I just want to see which hours have been paid and not paid. Instead they have an "approval" system that can easily lead to confusion.

I liked that you could geofence an area and have your employees clock-in only when they have reached a certain area. And it was very simple for employees to use and navigate

The lack of report options and if you wanted your reports to use one method (straight hours per day) of how they presented your data great. But if you need it to tell you how many hours someone worked in a quarter, you are out of luck.

Remote job site login with mandatory notes removes the need for paper timesheets and makes its a requirement to spell out what tasks the employee completed.

I like the ease of clocking in and out and being able to track your time. Along with seeing who you work with.

I dont like when i try to filter the schedule and then I cant see any workers.

We solved the hassle of calculating hours. Before t sheets we had to write hours but now we can just clock in and out all on a computer. We also can see our schedule

The offline tracking of app is not as successful as online . Online Knowledgebase is not intuitive as promised . And the user interface is outdated .

The mobile application is very well built on the front end, user experience is great, platform is easy to learn and use.

It would be interesting to have a google calendar integration so I could see my upcoming shifts without having to log in to the app.

We are solving time management for multiple city location employees that work for a family owned business.

The interface is very user friendly to the extent that non tech savvy users are able to navigate through the site. The app is also very user friendly and allows me to clock in using real time which is something I strive for especially because I am always on the go. This app is also useful for clocking in and out, it automatically clocks in you after your state required 15 minute breaks.

I have not found anything I dislike about this product yet. I do have a suggestion as to the clocking out for lunch feature and that is to have an alert once you go over your 30 minutes or 60 minutes. Often time I clock out for lunch only to realize that I forgot to clock back in.

Easy to record clock in and clock out time. This helps our administrator keep track of everyone's time and hours. It is also efficient as it does not require employees to actually submit their time when their pay period is up. Rather, a representative will email everyone with a reminder to make sure that they're time sheets are up to date and it is automatically reviewed and approved by the manager. This saves the employee's time as it is hard to remember to submit timesheet by a certain time.

This is great technology that is useful for all people in need of time management.

The Customer Support is fantastic. Jen D solved our synchronization problem in minutes.

It would be very easy for TSheets to expand upon the Approvals Reports function to create true Time & Effort certification reports for grants compliance. But at the moment, even though employees certify the accuracy of their hours, and even though the certification statement can be customized, there doesn't seem to be any way of generating Time & Effort certification reports.

We chose TSheets as a way to address Time & Effort certification. So the fact that we can demonstrate that employees are certifying their hours is nice. We just need to be able to take it a few steps further. The approvals reports are built around management approvals not employee certifications.

Each time I have a question about T-Sheets, I can hit the little "Live Chat" button and a super smart, super enthusiastic T-Sheets employee pops up to give me a hand! Elaina helped me figure out how to "hide" clients today so that my employees don't bill their time to the wrong client. She gave me a quick answer and got me back to doing more important billable things :).

There is nothing that I disliked. Nothing!

TSheets allows our employees to track their time to specific jobs and customers. It integrates with Quickbooks so we don't miss any billing which is very important.

Reducing errors and data entry time for users of Intiut Online Payroll.

TSheets has made it easier to track time and employees. Rather than paper time cards and writing hours on each job, TSheets allows my field employees to clock in, switch from job to job and clock out. They like it! It has made calculating payroll much easier for me! I have used the Live Chat several times and have always been satisfied. Elaine M helped me out today!

I do not love the PTO tracking and am still handling that manually. I am a relatively new user. If I reject PTO, it does not allow me to send an email or text why. Additionally, when someone submits PTO, it sends an email to me for every day requested. That's fine for a one day PTO request but I do not want 5 emails for 5 subsequent days.

Elaina M was fantastic at helping me with an issue I had over the weekend. She was so quick to respond and made the process very easy, OVER MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. She was polite and down to earth. From 1-10, she’s an 11.

Only dislikes, I keep getting locked out. Which is probably just my fault and forgetting which variation of password I used the day I made my account.... Also, the last application me and my company used allowed some of us to get paid a day early due to the credit union in which we were associated. I do love T-Sheets desktop site though!

I can finally keep up with my hours for each pay period before I get my check stub . I am just a worker and do not solve business problems...

I can live chat with even the dumbest questions like I just did with Eliana M and they are so helpful! I'm can be so slow at learning a new program and everyone I have worked with there is so patient and understanding.

So far we have found nothing that we dislike.

We are just starting this week and love that we can track those " hard to pinpoint employees" and make sure they are where they say they are!

As a small company that was spread across several cities in the province, we needed to coordinate our work more effectively. T-sheets made that very easy. It was easy to use and a great way to track jobs and people. We loved the "who's working" and the visual of the scheduled work. Being on the prairies in the cold winters it was good to be able to track where the individual was at any point in time while on work time. I love the chat support. Your staff such as Kelsey T are supportive, considerate, and efficient. T-sheets staff have always been there to support us.

I would like to have seen more user types defined for example different levels of schedulers. We had a couple of employees who seemed to have trouble using it on their cell phones. Not sure if this was due to terrible cell service or operator error or the app. They often had to reload the app.

The biggest problem for us was being able to track who was available for different jobs throughout the company. This provided the operations manager with a visual representation of what was on everyone's schedule currently and in the future and allowed him the ability to coordinate the bigger jobs easily.

Ease of use for both employee and employer. I also like the live chat option in the event I need to ask a question and get an answer right away. The people I have talked with on the live chat have all been very friendly and helpful. I like the employee tracking so we can make sure that our employees are where they need to be.

It seems as if the app has to be updated often otherwise there are glitches that our employees experience. Some of our employees have to delete the app and redownload every now and then. They sometimes get clocked out when they are technically still on the clock.

Employee tracking and hours. Being able to track our employees while they are on the clock to insure that they are doing what they need to be doing. Our employee's hours are easy to import into Quickbooks where we can then run payroll each week. Tsheets makes it easy to keep our employee information in one place and keep track of hours worked.
