What's to Dislike? This is an amazing addition to QB and any online type of tracking

The support we receive from the friendly staff is amazing. They're very knowledgeable and treat you as part of the family, not just a customer. That's the type of support I receive from Tiffany B via chat all the time. We'll stay on board with TSheets just because of her.

I was having problems with PTO settings for my employees.
I like the ability to clock in remotely for myself and my staff. See reports, totals, and so much more from not only the app but from the mobile app as well. How fast and great the support is, like on live chat. I resolved 99% of my questions/issues via live chat. If there is a feature that I want to perform but cannot, they have no problem writing up the enhancement request for me. I have even submitted enhancement requests myself, via email, and unlike many other companies, I actually received a response back that was a human and not a robot, or worse, ignored by the devs. Their support and willingness to work with you, educate you on the process, etc makes life so much easier not only for our techs, but for our management and office manager.
A few typical things would be like: If you turn off employee's ability to edit timesheets, when you go to reject their timesheet, it kind of is useless to reject because they cannot fix because then you as a manager have to edit for what you rejected. It would be nice to be able to reject only for incomplete notes or something and they cannot edit the time but at least edit the notes Ability to clock into more than one job/client at a time. (aka double billing) If needed, have the ability to put Payroll to one Quickbooks company data file and the billing time to the billing Quickbooks. We use two Quickbooks company files because of the way we are setup with our governmental clients, we have to have them separated. There are a few minor issues that I have submitted but I will not mention here. As they are not issues in how they relate to the software but rather how we do business and the enhancement request would need to be done to TSheets to allow those abilities.
We used to use Outlook calendars per type of business (not client, but every sort of business we handled, the clients would be tied into their own calendar under that category), our office manager would then go into each calendar to copy and paste each entry into Quickbooks for invoicing/billing. We tracked our billable time on the helpdesk ticket system on the ticket itself We then took the calendar entries, and put them onto our Excell Timesheet report, by manually totaling the values, which would calculate our worked time, billable time, paid time off, holidays, etc. We would then have to cross check the Helpdesk report with the excell time sheet report to ensure our billable time/hours matched, which would mean our calendar was updated correctly. TSheets allowed us to get rid of the calendars and the timesheet excel form, which reduced "unbillable" time on payroll submission week by 1-3 hours PER staff member, meaning they can focus on what is more important, the clients. With Quickbooks integration, TSheets also reduced payroll and billing time spent for our office manager by HOURS plus made our billing process faster, which means instead of clients getting bills every three months, they get them monthly or sooner.

Keeping time
We are a mobile company - so enabling our employees to clock in and clock out right from their phones is a wonderful concept. The employees love that they can view their schedule and see the hours they have accumulated for the day, and week. The customer service is amazing helpful - answering questions via email, live chat, and by phone. I had an issue with an employee information not importing over and Janine was extremely helpful in helping me resolve the issue.

The biggest feature that we enjoy actually isn't a feature of the software at all, its the Tsheets team. They work very hard to listen and add in feature requests or figure out workarounds that will help with our experience in the meantime.
The main component of what we use Tsheets for, the schedule, is still in its infancy. This makes it obvious that some things have been overlooked. The Tsheets team has worked very hard to listen and add features very quickly. I am looking forward to some great feature that already are in the works.
Tsheets has drastically changed how our company communicates. We have 15 employees on the road that used to call in to the main office everytime to find schedule change or additional information about a specific job, now with Tsheets all this information is delivered directly to their phone. Time tracking and payroll has been just an added bonus to that functionality for us.
The company culture of TSheets is really terrific. It begins with their hands on approach and filters to every detail of their customer care department. Everyone is upbeat, knowledgeable about their product and willing to go the distance to make sure our needs are met. Many companies promote themselves this way but few execute to TSheet's level. Brendon, who I spoke with today, was truly helpful and the embodiment of the TSheet culture that we have now come to count on daily.

Tracking time for our company was old school prior to onboarding with TSheets. We now take care of two issues 1) GPS tracking of our teams and 2) easy work hour management.
Customer service goes above and beyond to make the program work for your specific needs.
There's not much. Only encountered one area that this program did not suit our needs, but their team is working on making it fit!
We are utilizing time tracking and GPS tracking, which have both truly streamlined our payroll process, and helped us identify if anyone was being dishonest with their time sheets.
TSheets has some really great features! Love the GPS tracking especially for construction clients, as well as the interface. Tiffany B was extremely helpful :)
T sheets is a complete time sheet software. There is nothing that I feel should change at this time.

We had a conference call with Rachel today and she was amazingly great with her training with employee that are new to using a computer. They were able to understand navigate and succeed with what they were taught today. Rachel made it very easy for them and was patient with their questions. She is very knowledgeable with TSheets and I would highly recommend anyone to use her services.

TSheets integration with QuickBooks works out for our company very well. My staff is able to manage our employees very easily as we have multiple jobs throughout the country.
We have been using this product for almost two years with absolutely no issues so I've never really had to call support. Today we were connecting TSheets to another quickbooks file so I called their support number to guide me through the process. Within a few minutes Rachel responded to the call and from that moment till the time we hung up I have never been so impressed by the level of customer service a single person has given me! Rachel was amazing, helpful, patient and entertaining throughout the whole process! In the end, I was disappointed that the call had to end and look forward to the next issue I have with TSheets!

Connecting my Tsheets account with my Quickbooks
Customer Service is among the best I have ever encountered. Today I worked with Reece, he had my questions answered within just a few minutes and little disruption to my day.
I can't say that I have any dislikes as of yet, everything is user friendly - Tsheet even makes the software fun for my team use.
Payroll reporting is effortless now, it passes straight from qucikbooks to my a accountant - also much more reliable.

Her advise was precise and to the point and got me to where I wanted to go and to be. I highly recommend her prompt service and pleasant attitude in making time-sheet administration more enjoyable for me.
You have to go to full-screen to be able to manipulate when opening different menu tables on T-Sheets.

I didn't like that I had to unlock all of the time-cards past a certain date to change the information for that date.

Payroll automation
The customer service is great. I have called a few times with questions and they are very friendly and helpful. Spoke to Janine today and she is a rock star! We have just started with TSheets last week and we are loving the simplicity and ease of the program.
I just got the notification on sounds being available when clocking in or out, or when changing tasks. I'm unhappy that the sounds don't work on our phones. We do most of out work away from the office so our phones are the primary tool for using TSheets. I also have a notification (red #1) on the upper right hand corner of my iphone TSheets icon that I can't seem to get rid of. With my personality, this is really bugging me. The representative was not able to help me get rid of it either. We need a spell checker on this review page big time!!
We love that we can set up several tasks to clock in and out of throughout the day. This is helping us see where our time is going each day. I can hardly wait to see what that looks like in 6 months or a year.
