Using smartphone to track the hours onsite

It's easy to schedule crews and see where each person is at a glance. Easy to edit and employees are notified when changes are made to their schedule or new jobs are added.

I wish there was a feature to easily search the schedule for a particular job. There isn't a seamless way to do this without running a report.

We are able to easily schedule technicians for jobs, and multiple people can schedule at once. Real time updates prevent duplicate scheduling.

The product is amazing and my clients can move so quickly from logging their time to collecting their money from their customers. The support is absolutely top notch - I can't think of any software provider that works so hard to look after their customers. TSheets rocks and so does Kelsey T!

Nothing :) I'd love to see the QBO integration work the same as the Xero integration and maybe the ability to create more reports.

My clients all provide services that are billed hourly so it's the ability to quickly provide their customers with detailed invoicing on a timely basis and improve cash flow for their businesses

I can monitor my hours and my enployer can monitor my location.

Since the app runs in the background and monitors your location, when I check myself it pick ups locations in the vicinity even when I leave my phone in one location. I’m not sure how it works for the employer side but not everyone’s schedule is posted so I definitely have to keep good track

Monitoring and calculating hours worked. If your like me who works in a location when you can’t have your phone at all times it’s good that you can clock in and know it’s keeping time

Although TSheets doesnt currently provide what I was looking for, Kelsey T offered a solution for me that was superb.

Time sheets error to be unlocked

First, the integration with QuickBooks makes my life easy because I don't have to keep track of my contractors and clients twice. Next, I love being able to see a report of all the time mid-month to ensure we're on track for budgets. The support staff at TSheets is super-awesome as well. And, while I think the software is great, some of my contractors who are less than accepting to "new ways" of doing things, immediately embraced TSheets and starting using it via the mobile app right away.

I wish the interface was a bit cleaner, but, the mobile app is awesome for just the time-tracking part. Another item I wish existed was a Mac desktop app so I don't have to go to the website and have another tab open. But, I'm able to use the mobile app instead which works just as well.

I needed to have all of my financial information in one place. By using TSheets, I'm able to use QuickBooks to keep track of all the people... and TSheets to keep track of the time. My contractors didn't want to use the old time tracker... so they didn't... but this time tracker is so easy to use they all are happily using it now.

Keep tracking of our time on each Client that we work with.

Kelsey answered ALL my questions with a great knowledge of Tsheets. Helped me stop syncing emails, that was driving me crazy and helped make my job a little easier.

Vacation requests are not a possibility and the reports are not what I need yet.

Wanted more compliance with employees entering time and faster invoicing. Tsheets accomplishes both.

I am very impressed with the excellent online customer care. Kelsey T assisted me in a very polite and friendly way. She walked me right through my questions and cleared up my concerns. I give her 6-stars on a 5-star scale!

I am new to T-Sheets, but so far all is good

Time Sheet accuracy

T Sheets has streamlined our time keeping and payroll process. It used to take about 16 hours to process payroll and now it only takes 3.

Some of the scheduling functions would be better served for group managers who actually make the schedules instead of the administrator. Expansion of the product into a more robust human resources platform would be ideal. Allowing employees to enter information that is required by payroll software like W-4 and state withholding could prevent errors and save organizations additional time.

Saving on time has been the biggest benefit for our administrative staff. The monthly price for the product is well worth the time our staff has saved from processing time sheets manually. Integration with Quick Books is also one of the best functions of this product. Time sheets roll over seamlessly and cut down on review time.

Ease of use, EXCELLENT Support, Accountant program, the PEOPLE of TSheets are crazy good at customer service!

That I only get to see them at conferences like QBConnect and SNH.

I called in with one issue, and ended up learnning 5 new tips that will end up saving my Office Manager 10 hrs of labor per week which I can now invest towards marketing to bring in more $$$ !! Huge fan, Highly recommend this Time Keeping software for the Small Business Owner that is doing between $75,00---5,000,000 Per Year. Time Keeping and Work Site Employee Verification

#tsheetslove I loved that RJ was happy, nice, cordial, competent and able to get our issue fixed. With a VERY complicated payroll, he stuck it out, did not give up on me and our complicated order!

It did take an hour and a half to get the issue resolved (much trouble shooting was involved) but our complicated order was resolved completely.

Need for a Time clock

I had a question about submitting my time sheet and instant chat was available....Kelsey T was quick to respond and provide guidance.
