I like its ease of use. I have never been a fan of tools that come with a long learning curve. Rasa is quite intuitive and I can figure out most things out pretty quickly.

I wish more pricing options allowed me to add additional functions a la carte. Although they were willing to work with me, and I appreciate that greatly, I think that would make their product even more attractive.

It automates my distribution, providing analytics and enabling me to give a more personalized experience at scale. It is this functionality that will differentiate me from my competitors.

Rasa makes email marketing super simple. We don't have to come up with our own content all the time and can aggregate content to keep our customers or potential customers on our email list happy. Our open rates and click-through rates are super high on this platform. We also don't even have to spend much time at all managing our emails going out. Many times we don't do anything and the AI in the platform just does the work for us.

There isn't much to dislike. I thought the platform was pretty simple. They could update their help docs for self-serving clients to learn the platform more quickly.

It helps us to do our email marketing faster and have better open and click-through rates. This means we can spend more time doing more important things around the company.

The newsletters can be customised and curated for every customer

Rasa.io has been super helpful in our email marketing campaigns and we have no complains as of now.

Creating efficient process for sending out great client newsletters.

Rasa.io has provided a very positive experience. From set up to launch and also to redesign. They are continuing to enhance their product offerings and have created templates that are easy for us to identify which meets our business needs the best. Additionally, while the testing at first took some time (which we expected), their team was dedicated to getting it to work smoothly with us and kept honing the search features until it was working optimally. Now, the system does the work for us and we get to provide members with customized news in their inbox each weekday. I also really appreciate the metrics sent to us regularly based on our settings. It is a great product and the team and customer service is excellent. They have great communication from their executives to the programming team and project managers. It is a joy to work with them.

I have had such a positive experience with rasa - everything from initial setup and testing with a percentage of our audience to rolling it out to our full membership database. It is hard to find something I dislike about them mostly because they are honest brokers. They say what they're going to do and then do it. There is one time (three years ago) when something wasn't as expected and I had a conversation with Jared Loftus asking for clarification. He addressed the issue head-on and provided a lot of transparency without sugar coating the issue. The information he provided not only answered my question but provided me with a glimpse into how rasa.io manages challenging conversations and deepened my trust in their organization and their employees. When working with technological solutions, it's expected to have a few snags here and there. The thing about rasa is they are able to anticipate this and give us the heads up....then it's actually a non-issue because they tell us ahead of time and have solved the problem in the background without there ever being an issue for our customers.

We are able to provide customized daily news emails using rasa.io's solution. As a result, our members have grown to expect the news alerts, we're able to help keep them informed and elevate our blog (since we use the most recent blog post as the lead article). So, it's multi-faceted: syndication of our information, plus getting the end users the information they want (without a consistent stream of labor for the team).

I am Director of Marketing at a New Orleans-based health supplement company, and we decided to use rasa.io to put out a health-based newsletter every two weeks. We had a database of thousands of customers and health care providers, and wanted to keep our brand in front of them regularly while providing relevant, up to date, and compelling articles and stories. My experience with rasa.io couldn't have been better. After just a week or so of learning to use the website, (with support coming from rasa.io whenever I needed it, in a timely and friendly fashion), I could curate our content in less than an hour. All that I required were a few trusted websites putting out quality content, and rasa.io did the hard work of automatically picking relevant articles based on keywords I chose, (and could easily add to or remove based on the output I briefly reviewed before publication). Our subscribers got increasingly personalised content as the AI tracked which links they clicked on, and the open rates were incredible. It would have been easy to make the newsletter weekly or even more frequent (with just the slick of a tab), and best of all the entire system was free (although we did consider scaling up as our list expands). rasa.io helped us to offer special discounts to customers (current and potential) through banners which were easy and quick to add to the newsletters, and it was actually fun to watch the newsletters of my coworkers diverge over time, as well as to read my own newsletter when it arrived in my inbox. I couldn't recommend rasa.io highly enough for anyone looking to launch, or update, a newsletter.

Load times can occasionally lag a little for the site.

We stayed relevant to our customers and clients, keeping our brand in front of them regularly with little to no effort, and were able to communicate offers and news with ease.

The easy way that RASA.io allows me to send relevant news to predefined lists in a way that is effective, clean and simple.

I would like to see RASA giving me more granular analytics - but saying that - it does alter the content that is delivered based on clicks etc.

Simply integrate my web curation engine at mylunchtable.com to newsletters. Removes the delivery from a heavy content site.

The artificially intelligent news digest gives each member the science update they need with very little effort required by me. The digest is set up to highlight information directly from our website as well as pull articles from other relevant journals of our choosing. The more members click the more valuable it becomes! I also really like is the reporting dashboard that indicates what articles, sources and keyword information our members find valuable in any given timeframe. We are able to promote some of our other products in the newsletter very seamlessly and have had great response there as well. The customer service team is very responsive and happy to work with you on even little issues. You can't go wrong selecting Rasa.io.

I can't think of anything I dislike. In fact, we are looking to expand distribution in the next few months.

We want to engage our members in a meaningful way, a way that is uniquely valuable to them. The open and click-through rates are clear indicators that members are finding value.

Rasa. io procures articles from websites I input to send my subscribers articles that they may be genuinely interested in. It can take, say 500 articles, and send 3-5 to someone that they are likely to read. Each time I send a newsletter, if the receiver clicked a link the previous time, Rasa's AI will tailor their articles to them more and more each time. It's intuitive and easy-to-use. Anytime I have ever had a question or concern, their customer service has been fast and friendly in their replies.

Honestly, I haven't found any. The integration has been seamless, I get notified when it's time for me to review, if I want to curate any articles, before the newsletter is sent out to my readers. The emails are also customizable to have your own logo, colors, etc.

Rasa.io helps me keep up with audience engagement. This way, I'm not having to sit down for hours each week and find articles my audience might find relevant, and I certainly don't have to hand-tailor it to each individual because Rasa.io does that for me. It saves me massive amounts of time and mental energy.

Rasa sets you up for success with both its knowledgable support staff and its helpful follow-up tips newsletter. It's clear from my interactions with support staff that Rasa is encouraging when it comes to creating a better newsletter that will attract engagement from our Association members.

With so many options, the dashboard can at first seem daunting, but the more I work with it the more secrets I find for how to produce a better newsletter.

My organization previous built our weekly newsletter in html every week. Rasa dashboard is well thought-out, and I can now devote time toward ideas rather than repetitive building.

Extremely easy to set up your newsletters, a little bit of work up front makes for a wonderful experience going forward. After setup, just watch your open and click rates go through the roof.

RASA is the best newsletter program available. It is user friendly and produces professional-looking newsletters that your clients will want to read. It allows for flexibility with efficiency. Our club went from producing once a month newsletter to a weekly communication in less time it took to create a subpar newsletter. We are not only users of RASA, but we are fans of RASA. I recommend RASA without reservation. You, too, will become a fan.

The platform is an excellent tool that will automate a process that is currently time intensive. The product created is something I am proud to share with clients. What is great about Rasa is the Customer Service/Account Team. They are responsive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. As a "baby boomer" user I had concerns about training and generational learning – I can say without a doubt, the Rasa team alleviated my concerns, were professional and made me feel comfortable with their product. I hope to escalate our firm's use to the next level once I am fully comfortable – I can see this as an excellent tool for my organization's Marketing/Branding strategy and goals. Special kudos to Molly who has been amazing.

Have not found anything I dislike at this time.

We do a weekly newsletter and currently source and identify our own articles - it can be time intensive. Although we use an email platform, it does not have the AI capabilities of Rasa. With the trend for personalization, we believe this will be an enhanced vehicle for our client audience and provide information to them that focuses on their specific interests. It's a great brand recognition tool that educates and adds value for our reader.

Rasa is incredibly easy to setup for one or multiple instances. The curating of content is superb. A really intuitive platform.

Would be great to see some additional newsletter design options as well as lead capture options.

Rasa is fantastic for keeping consumers engaged with content specifically curated for them. We are able to capture more emails, and maintain engagement because the technology behind this platform.

I like that I can set up my blog feed, podcast feed, and a combination of my favorite sites’ RSS feeds to populate the newsletter with my own content and links to content I’m reading that I think my audience will appreciate. Bonus: Rasa.io integrates with HubSpot, so I can easily use my HubSpot lists.

I haven’t found anything yet that I don’t like

I wanted an easier way to assemble my newsletter. Rasa.io automates several aspects of the process, plus they begin sending customized emails to audience members based on member preferences.

I volunteer for an organization where we'd struggled to write relevant and timely newsletters that offered any real value. Leveraging Rasa.io allows me to produce meaningful, aggregated content that my list is responding to and engaging with. The time needed for set up was reasonable. The time needed to drop an email each week is minimal (which is really welcome by this volunteer!)

I really can't highlight a dislike. At every turn where I've stumbled to use the software (inevitably user error on my part), they've been very responsive!

We're using them as a platform to manage a mailing list for our organization's member base. We're very happy with open and click rates to date.

Ability to cure content and keep your audience engaged. I highly recommend it.

Cutting down on time we use to spend in creating a Newsletter for out clients and proapects

Very easy to use. And if I forget a week to add my own content, it's OK because Rasa pulls from my blog feed and Facebook group posts. When I do add posts manually, Rasa will pull the meta data and image. Then link it back to the original post. When I look at my stats on my blog traffic. I can always tell which posts were used in the Newsletter, they tend to have 5 to 10 times more clicks than posts that were simply shared in my social platforms.

The new subscribers to the list are not integrated with my own Mailchimp account list. I am using the Free version. I'm sure the paid version has this option.

Engaging with my list of clients and prospects. Keeping them updated with current marketing and SEO news that I find interesting or worthwhile myself. Sharing great posts in this format has helped me make a few product sales and affiliate commissions from the post clicks inside the newsletter.
