There is nothing to be dislike for now it's very useful.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using Reply for many uses, I am using it for Lead generation, after getting list I am doing email/social media sequencing. Also it's very helpful for me to take follow ups automatically.

What do you like best about Reply?

Reply.io has been an integral part of my technology stack at kinesis growth partners. I apprecaite their support team very much as they have always been helpful when I have a question. Additionally, I find their live webnairs very helpful and I look forward to being a contiuned user.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I have no complaints to date with Reply. I've been a user for ~3 months and have not found any issues or cause for concern.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply is helping me stay organized as I monitor who I have been in touch with or look forward to being in touch with.

"Great cold email automation software"
What do you like best about Reply?

Reply.io is a great email automation tool. It was easy to get setup and the UI is very user friendly and intuitive. The main thing we like about Reply.io is their exceptional customer service. We used the customer service chat quite often with questions on how to use the tools and always got excellent support.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I wish they had a feature for email warmup. I have to get that feature somewhere else because my emails started going into spam

Cold email automation and lead generation. Required feature for outbound sales for any company

Ease of use. Streamlines outreach that I can scale easily. Support is incredible and they will help you with everything.

Sometimes hard to find settings. Also annoying that I have to email them to downgrade. Forces me to reach out to them to request monthly access.

What do you like best about Reply?

We have been using Reply for just over a year and have been very impressed with its functionality and customer service. The platform is easy to use, and the team are always on hand to advise if we have any questions. Would definitely recommend.

What do you dislike about Reply?

The functionality for prospecting email addresses is not on par with services that specialize in this. I would not recommend Reply as a tool to specifically search for email contacts if this is what you are looking for.

"Awesome customer support and a great tool"
What do you like best about Reply?

Very intuitive to use, nice UID - I had used a few other tools in the past and I feel like this is the one I fancy the most. It does what it's supposed to do and although it sounds basic, some tools don't quite do what they're supposed to. So it's actually a compliment. The support team is very responsive and knowledgeable. They've been quick to address any questions or issues I've had. I'm also positively surprised by the accurate contact details the extension gives. I use 3 other tools in parallel to the Findy extension and it's sometimes found contact details the other did not.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I will start by saying that no tool is perfect. I had some hickups with my steps in the sequences but I guess that was part of my learning curve. I'm still not entirely sure if the one off sendouts really work (my test to myself didn't) and I'd love to have a less cumbersome access to a) the contacts I sent to and b) to the stats. Basically, I try to avoid one off sendouts through reply.io for that reason.

I was looking for a tool that is easy to use and allows for setting up sequences and steps for various channels.

Their customer service is amazing and the product is really easy to use.

Nothing I can think of except for a few things that are a bit harder to find., but they are helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

I needed to send email sequences and this was the best product for me to use. I'm also able to run multiple campaigns and track effectiveness.

What do you like best about Reply?

Having a marketing agency, I compared many tools before choosing Reply. What made me choose Reply was the follow-up they gave me since I contacted them and they guided me in all my doubts with all the patience and confidence. Using Reply: their support is amazing, they solve my doubts in real time through live chat with real people, and they really care that the problem or query is solved. On the other hand, the operation of the tool itself is very correct, we have not had any problem with deliverbility, which in the end is the most important thing. The structure is very easy to use and you can organize your customers very well. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

What do you dislike about Reply?

As for the tool, I can't complain at all about anything, as it delivers what it offers. If I had to say something less positive, it would be that I would have liked to have had access to their new "Data" tool without having to pay credits to use it, as it is in beta. Although this is not a big deal, since I did not hire Reply for this functionality, it is an extra.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Daily tasks of email campaign management and meeting management. This makes my day so much efficient as I can save time managing all in one platform.
