RingCentral MVP is a game-changer. This platform seamlessly merges innovation, efficiency, and reliability, which made it a standout choice for us. Being on the team for the initial set up thene being the expert has really meant that I have done a deep dive and experienced the system in full The user-friendly interface is super easy to navigate and is seamless. One of the standout features for me is the flexibility. With its mobile app, no matter where I am in the world I am easily contactable with communication options to the business at my fingertips. Customer support is second to none, anything that is logged is followed up and updated regularly. Overall, RingCentral MVP is brilliant. Any business that is looking for a new system shouldnt look any further than RC MVP

The best part of Ring Central is that there are so many applications that serve all are needs. Phone calls,fax, text messaging, chat , video meetings, task creation are just some of the options that we take advantage.
The only thing missing is an integration with Calendly.
Prior to Ring Central, different teams used differnt platforms to get their work done. Collaboration was very difficult. Ring Central solved that for us.
Push to talk, RC Video (Meetings), and my phone are all consolidated. Not mushed together (as one might assume), but consolidated in a way that allows all 3 services to be used efficiently.
It's ability to capture some analytics that Contact Center would capture in it's reports.
It's solving the PMO side of my day. I can manage my tasks, my calendar, my chats, my phone, my channels, all in one app. Teams may do the same thing, but RC has the better UI.
Customer support. Our support managers are very responsive and the software is very easy to use.
The admin console is a bit cluttered. I would like it to be a bit more simple.
The flexibility it provides as a call center solution. You could have multiple ways to take calls.
Its flexible to use and hardly have few issues. Its good for Customer support and ease for implemntation. I frequently use RingCentral and its help to ease the integration.
I don't dislike RingCentral. The service and customer support always upto the mark and ontime.

It's a great System that provides us with the best Phone system solution, however, I do not see the option of handling multiple calls at once.

RingCentral MVP is a great solution for all of our communication needs. The phone system, the video meetings and the collaboration platform are used daily and are simple to use. We also have a great Customer Support representitive that helps with any issues when they arise.
I don't have any down sides to RingCentral MVP. The solution was easy to implement and the integration into our Microsoft office suite completes all of our needs for a communication platform.
RingCentral solves a many of our business issues for us. First, We have 6 facilities throughout California and Texas making collaboration between our facilities difficult. However with the unified app the team collaboration has sky rocketed and is a tool that our staff could not go without. Second, our customers not only come in to our facilites but there is a need for our staff to be able to reach out via video to our customers on a daily basis. The RC Video Meetings allows us to be able to complete this task and our customers love the ease of use. Thridly, the phone system. Not only does this assist with our call center but also alows ease of scalability. When we open a new location we are able to have it up and running from a communication standpoint in a matter of days. The system is a true "plug and play" system.

Sometimes it gets laggy and have calls disconnected. Says I have bad connection but I have really high speed net.
Our text messaging option. I am able to connect with my customers easily.
The customer support is great, the calls are clear and easy to connect, and it is very user friendly.
Setting it up was very difficult with 10DLC, everything else has been great.

I love that it helps me keep my business and personal separate. I get a ton of calls and texts on my RingCentral, so when someone calls or texts me, I know right away if this is business or personal.
One thing I have noticed is some bugs with group messages. I have a couple group messages with only 3 people and sometimes my messages only go through to one person or the other way around.
Having verified numbers when reaching out to potential clients. I have had other services where my number gets marked as spam pretty quickly.
The ability to integrate with Salesforce and auto log all inbound and outbound calls and text messages. Great product!
I have 1 legit complaint - the mobile app has spotty reception - it is light years ahead of where it was at, but it is still in need of serious improvement. My 1 request is that texting should be able to be included in flows. If we could include text messages in our flows using templates, that would be fantastic!
Having the ability to integrate our phone/communication system with our crm, salesforce, has been awesome! Everything gets documented! No matter what!

I like the mobility of RingCentral. That I can work from home or the office and never miss a call! The ease of changing our settings depending on what is best for our business is very helpful! Customer Service at RingCentral is off the charts INCREDIBLE. Every single person who has helped us has been absolutely amazing. Very attentive and very, very prompt at getting are issue resolved.
We're still trying to figure out the best use of our central desk phone. That's on me as I haven't researched or reached out for help on best practices for us.

Ring Central has streamlined so much for our company. The transition experience was the best ever.. a knowledgeable team from start to finish! The system is extremely user-friendly and has valuable features to meet everyday needs from voicemail to virtual meetings.
The downside was on us for waiting so long to switch to RingCentral.
Cost-effective in bringing our needs to one platform for IM internally, voicemail, virtual meetings, and the ability to support webinars.
The convenience of having users in multiple locations commuinicate via one platform is critical for my business.
Ring Central is incredibly robust--I often require the assistance of their support staff to add users or complete certain technical tasks in using it.

We came from Nextiva and it's like night and day. RIngCentral has so many excellent features. The set up was fairly easy, and the Customer Support team is really outstanding. I'm able to do almost everything on my own via the Admin Portal, which cuts down on the number of times I need to contact support in the first place! The calls are excellent and we don't have to worry about dropping/failing calls. If you're on the fence at all, please take the plunge! I'd recommend this to anyone who needs a VOIP system. We were even able to assign numbers to our virtual assistants that are helping us from outside the US. When I was using Nextiva, it felt like I was being told "Sorry, we don't have that feature" on a regular basis. With RingCentral, it's always been "Yes! Here's how you do that." I can't say enough good things about the platform. We absolutely love it! Getting all of our team registered on the TCR campaign was very easy as well. We should have started using RingCentral sooner! We use it every day, and the easy in which we could integrate everything was seriously impressive.
I honestly don't have anything to add here. I've yet to ask for a feature that wasn't available!
Now we have all of our team under the same umbrella. We can call and text, so my staff no longer has to use their personal cell phones. This cuts down immensely on the team being bothered after hours, and being able to record all incoming and outgoing calls allows us to protect our team if there's ever a discrepancy about what information we provided. Being able to text has also been a godsend, as we are able to communicate with our clients in the most modern methods available. It's such a fantastic platform!
