It is very simple and intuitive. It does what it should in an easy to understand manner.
It is a bit clunky to do a custom cover page
Immediate notification of receipt of Fax through receiving by email and ability to keep an accurate log of what has been faxed (both sent and received).
The ease of joining a meeting, having screen share capabilities, and a chat box in one software. Like the option that there is a computer software but also a mobile app. Can be used internally with coworkers but can also be used externally with customers. Customers don't have any issues with Ring Central Meetings.
Ring Central Meetings is powered by Zoom and there is a bit of a concern due to the recent Zoom security vulnerability issue.
In regards to the recent pandemic, it's helping the company with continuing to hold daily/weekly team meetings, meetings with customers, and training sessions whether it's internal or external.
Able to chat with the team quickly with no lag or delays, support is amazing from ringcentral
Not much at this time, all staff love it
Creating strategies for new clients and implementation on new rules
I love the plugin for outlook makes my life easier scheduling meetings with all the info.
Nothing really to dislike, if you like zoom it is just white label for Ring. So nothing to dislike here
Able to quickly spin up meetings for people to join into to screen share, use audio, or remote control someones PC.
Ringcentral is the best phone system by far. Has many integrations and easy to setup
RingCentral is missing some of the major features other software offers
Solving issues with Meetings on the go
I like that the conference and dial in number do not change. Once you are assigned a number, it is yours to use.
This is a good tool, I haven't found anything I dislike.
Collaboration with vendors, business users and internal team members.
I love the fact that we can interact with one another and seamlessly view different screens and assist one another with learning new things, all while being hundreds of miles away from each other.
Sometimes there is a lag with audio and video, but over all no real dislikes.
We are overcoming obstacles daily within our business and have been able to cut time in half with meetings.
I like that I am not tied to my desk to get phone calls. I have used other VOIP solutions and their mobile app has far more features than any of the ones I have used. The only reason I use my desk phone is because I have a great headset for it, but now that I have a great headset for my iPhone, I may start using it more. The other main feature is the ability to text from my office line. I have lost at least one customer who tried texting my other provider and then was upset that I had ignored their texts. That never happens anymore. It also allows me to separate personal texting from business texting which makes it far easier for me to keep track of who I am currently texting with.
The only issue I had was with the initial setup. They wouldn't change my outgoing caller ID to my phone number until my phone numbers had been ported over, which took about a week.
I now have the ability to effectively track all of my business communications for all of my clients. I'm in the process of having a system setup that will allow me to get reporting for time spent on the phone and texting with my clients.
This is extremely helpful when making work calls, and even more importantly when I have to make business calls over seas.
I don't like that is constantly signs me out and makes me relog in every single time.
Using ring central I am ablt to quickly and effeciently make business calls, call over seas, send texts if needed, among many other great things.
The most helpful function of Ring Central is that it is very easy to use. Our team utilizes Ring Central from all areas of Michigan. This easy to use function allows for our team to be completely mobile and in the field during meetings.
At this point, we have not found anything that we do not like. We would like to see the app features, but right now we are only using the computer version of Ring Central. Ring Central is been fully integrated into all of our meetings; we wouldn't have done this if we didn't like their product.
In the past we were having issues getting all of our managers on a conference call at one time. We had issues with Uber Conference in the past so we were looking to try another free system. Ring Central has allowed us to move away from other inferior products.
I like how easy it is to figure out. How it helps maintain space in my office (cause we don’t have to fit a huge fax machine in here.) And I like that it has the ability to schedule when a fax should go out.
I was confused at first as to why my fax was sitting in the outbox rather than the sent box after I sent it, but it was just there while the program was working to actually send it to the destination.
I am able to send out the occasional rare fax without having to own a mostly unneeded fax machine.
It is great to be able to scan a document into the desktop, then simply log into RingCentral, select Fax, enter the number, a title and then upload my document and send. Way easier than waiting for a fax machine to send it. When receiving a fax, it is emailed to be as an attachment which is way easier than receiving a fax through a n old school fax machine.
I have not found anything that I do not like about RingCentral.
The ability to send and receive faxes from anywhere. Amazing addition!
The ease of use and that everyone has their own meeting "room" you don't have to worry about making sure that someone else has a meeting scheduled at the same time.
You can schedule a meeting for the future through ring central, you have to create a calendar invitation and then send the information to those you want to join, unless I am overlooking something.
No problems other than scheduling, but easy work around. The ability to easily meet with our clients all over the country!
RingCentral is easy to use and easy to access. This has totally changed our internal communications.
I've been using RingCentral for two weeks now and have no complaints.
Internal communications, document and audio sharing, conference calls.
The call quality is great. Internal look up is helpful for finding extensions, etc. I copy and paste phone numbers into the dial pad all day.
There used to be a delay, but I haven't had it happen in several years.
We have cut our other conferencing service and use RingCentral for all internal calls.
We can share screens. It’s safe and Accessible. Easy to connect when we live in diff zipcodes
Wish the video section was better, or there was a history.
Connecting add sharing information with Co workers overseas
I like that it is easy to use, you can call multiple countries, the option to text, and the fact that you can do alot with the call forwarding settings.
I don't like that when you call from the app it doesn't always sync properly with my phone and my desktop. Occasionally the connection strength isn't great.
Being able to get my calls done quickly is very helpful.
Very easy to use. Member can join the meeting via their computer or by calling the phone number provided. It is easy to use and to figure out. Not complicated. Easy to mute and just be a listener.
I do not have any negative comments at this time.
It is beneficial to get the team together on one phone call so we can all be on the same page. Easy to share information with a group vice calling each person individually. Increases collaboration.
I love that we can set a link for each of my coworkers to have a meeting room that we use for our daily meetings for our company.
So far I have not found anything that I dislike abut ringcentral meetings.
We now use ringcentral meeting for our daily company morning meetings. It is so much easier to have a video meeting than to try and fut everyone in one area.
RingCentral is more reliable, and has better customer support, than the competitors I've tried.
The service isn't always perfect (occasionally, as with any VoIP, it can be crackly and hard to hear).
It enables my team to work remotely while having our business numbers on our own cells.
What I like best about Ring Central Meeting is that it is very user friendly, and easy to use.
What I dislike about Ring central meetings is that it could be hard to connect some times.
We use Ring Central meetings to have monthly meetings and to support our agents in store.
The best thing about Ring Central it's how smooth is the learning process. Really easy to use, zero overwhelming, and highly customizable.
Sometimes there is an issue with the communication during the call, specially a delay when writing a message on text panel.
Communications issues are the main. Ring Central Meetings has been a great tool to me and my coworkers at the time we have to schedule conference calls. It is a stable software that allows all of our locations to keep in touch one with the other.
RingCentral almost never causes technical issues, is very reliable and has a great call quality. I schedule virtual meetings and calls on behalf of 4 colleagues and it is easy, fast and reliable.
Figuring out how to record a meeting if you are not the host is a bit of a pain.
Problem solved: connecting people virtually Benefits: easily connect with anyone, no matter where they are, even linking it to a conference room
I love that I can fax from my computer or even my phone. It makes the faxing process so easy. I have to send a lot of faxes to insurance companies and doctor's offices so it makes it as easy as sending an email. And then you get an email stating if the fax was successful or not which is great because you can go back to your emails later to show that you sent something and when you sent it.
It says not to close the App or website until the fax is successfully sent, which can be time consuming sometimes because it will sometimes take up to 10 minutes for the fax to send. And I believe it would be better if they kept your faxes saved in your log for a longer period of time.
I have to send authorization requests to insurance companies and reports to doctors offices, so it's so nice that I can get them completed so easily without having to use an actual fax machine. If I remembered that I needed to send something that I forgot about, I can do it quickly which makes me much more efficient in getting my tasks done.
Connects easily even for last minute meetings
They have to download another app which can take extra time for new users
We have meetings from our phone
Very user friendly! Can go back and edit your message
Sometimes takes too long to initiate and join a video call.
Communicating with managers and coworkers around the world
The most helpful thing about ringcentral is that there is voice to text voicemails and auto dialing
I dislike the fact that their are multiple apps for the same tool and if you download the wrong one is screws everything up
Ringcentral makes it easy to call customers
I'm using RingCentral Fax feature for 2 years now and it's great. It allows you to track sent/received faxes and organize your contacts easily. It can also integrate with a lot of services and help you save time.
Haven't had any issue with it. although I've noticed a minor delay sometimes, which doesn't affect my job, to be honest.
It can integrate with your email address and you can send and receive faxes directly on your email.
It gives me the option to have a “work” phone without having to have a second phone. Also, my coworkers all have an extension so I don’t have to remember cell numbers.
The fax option is not that user friendly in my opinion. You can’t customized fax cover sheets if needed.
Being able to set boundaries with clients appropriately. I am able to set my extension to not disturb me from certain times without being able to get messages if there is an emergency.
You can do multiple tasks with this application.
Sometimes it moves slow. But nothing major.
Returning phone calls quickly.
