The software allows you to scan, fax and call a client from your desktop.
Having to scan in documents and then upload them in order to send fax.
The service is used in an Accounting firm to fax, call and receive voicemails.
Ease of use, setup, and scalability! They offer many ways to use the system, rather it is from a cell phone, desktop, or traditional desk phone.
Bandwidth. Make sure that you have adequate internet speed to handle the load of the phone system and other internet needs.
It has solved my communication needs. Rather it is voice, fax, text, or setting up web meetings. RingCentral has it all.
I like being able to communicate with staff through out the country without any issues.
Our customers may not necessarily have the same use of this product that we do.
Business meetings that have spread sheets that need to be shared.
For business teleconferencing, RingCentral is fantastic. It's easy to use and consistently just works. With RingCentral, you can easily have multiple people video chatting in the same call.
Opening a RingCentral call is not instantaneous--it takes a few seconds to initially load the software.
As a remote employee, I need video conferencing to work every single time. And RingCentral does. I'm able to easily talk and share my screen with my coworkers every day.
I'm a huge fan of how easy it is to set up - I have a lot of experience with hosted phone providers and it seemed that most admin portals would be the same but RingCentral is different. It allows you to make changes on the fly that reflect immediately.
I honestly don't have any complaints. Anything that would be complicated or tough to figure out on your own is not an issue - they offer 3 complimentary training sessions to your admin, and then you can use a partner like me who will train the users.
Just need an alternative to using my cell phone for work. I was aware of the benefits.
Easy call groups to setup for small or larger companies. Call forwardin is easy to setup and use.
Not being able to add your own music. Some of the hold music is loud. Sometimes the mobile deivces cannot transfer a call on hold.
easy to use either VOIP phone or on a smart device.
Speed and reliability. Convenience and user-friendliness.
There is nothing that I currently dislike.
Faxing hand-written edits to off-site staff.
I really like that you can choose to take calls from your desk phone or your cell phone. The app is easy to install and use. Its is very user friendly.
I cant really think of anything specifically that I dislike about the program.
It makes business mobile. You can take it anywhere. On your work desk, on your mobile device as well as home desktop.
I have to spend all day in meetings and RingCentral makes it so easy. Love the product and all the possible integrations
At times we face connectivity issue and lot of echo
Connecting with number clients and off shore teams virtaully was difficult and calling was another challenge. It makes conferencing so easy
I like the ease of use both in and out of the office. We love that you can access it from everywhere, our homes, our cell phones(on the app), and at the office whether we're at our desks or not!
We don't seem to run into any issues with Ring Central, we have more problems with the internet providers.
We are solving being away from the office by having access everywhere
Being able to use the same phone number across multiple devices, and have access to all of my messages and faxes.
The set up and customizations can be slightly tedious and can change the ways calls are handled if not set up properly.
Not having to give out personal cell umber info, yet be able to receive calls on my personal cell.
easy to use desktop interface to schedule conference calls
I dislike the defaulted ringtone sounds.
able to answer calls when away from the desk.
Having the ability to check for missed calls, program to send after hours calls to a cell phone, download a call log to ensure we have not missed any business calls, and at the same time, use it as a teaching tool for those being trained to answer the phones.
Infrequently needs a restart to re-initialize, mainly after software updates.
Previous missed calls were not captured as easily as they are with RingCentral. We are satisfied customers.
We use it for faxing documents as needed. Why buy a fax machine?
It's good for faxing. Haven't used it for anything else.
See above.
simple, easy to to use, works well, good QoS
Nothing - the solution does what it promises
We use RingCentral primarily for company (<100 staff) phone service in US and several overseas locations, and video conferencing.
I can listen to my recorded messages for future reference
nothing it is a great program I use it all the time
calling clients sending texts and receiving texts from clients
1.) I like the call forwarding system to my cell phone allowing me to add a sequence in front to know its a business call. 2.) The system works and does everything its supposed to do without being complicated.
2.) The missed call alerts on the actual phone need to be improved. I want to know when my call was received. I can look it up online but not just on my phone.
We need a phone solution and we have it. The only benefit is just having a simple system that we all can use.
They are on the cloud and that makes a huge difference in the clients they can cater to. Highly scalable product.
They currently don't have support for mac, but from what I've heard they are working on it at the moment.
Ability to get a business line that goes places with me.
The ease of use and the functionality/number of features.
As with any VOIP telephone solution, calls can sometimes sound a little tinny, not connect or drop, but this seems a small price to pay for the overall ease of use.
We were able to skip the entire (and always expensive) physical PBX and business land line discussion by adopting this very versatile, easily expandible and portable solution.
Love the Ring Central service been awesome for all our company needs
Nothing to dislike about good service Thank You
Brining our small company into the big phone world without the heavy expense
