The ability to utilize it's function in an autheticated way, providing a more remotely secure expeirence.
Repetative notifications, but that ensures that the user will complete any/all outstanding tasks needed to be completed.
HR related issues, benefits verification, benefits management, required cpu updates and remote mobile authentification. The ability to access and utilizize the aforementioned tools remotely really ensures a piece of mind rather than waiting for information to be received and/or provided over a period of time and not necessarily when needed.
I find Rippling to be very intuitive and a helpful one stop shop! The website is laid out very well and there are extra informational hover overs that help provide more information in a helpful manner.
Not too much - I truly love using it and have no real critiques.
I use it for Payroll, access to my 401(k), access to my insurance policies, and time management. It is a very well laid out, nicely displayed one stop shop.

The best thing I love about Rippling is that I can find everything in one place : Insurance,HSA account,PTO , Payroll. If I forget my Insurance card, I can login Rippling and pull it out. Rippling also made new employee onboard process much easier. As a new hire, there is alway something not very clear and it is very convinient to find all the answers here.

Love the interface. It makes it easy to use.
Sometimes it can be hard to find certain instructions, but with the help of the customer service team, we can always find what we need.
Rippling has helped set up policies for our spend management so that we can enforce these policies in a more timely manner. It's also very easy to set up separate cards for recurring vendors and creating new policies to block transactions, or give our employees a warning of their spending.
Easy to use and very modern. Everything is clearly laid out. I use it very frequently and it has never caused me issues.
Sometimes syncing dates on expense reimbursements is not accurate on the mobile app but there are no issues on the desktop app.
I am able to directly input receipts which helps me get reimbursed for business expenses
Rippling is super easy to use across the board. I've never had to spend a lot of time learning how to use specific functionality. It also handles so many different tasks that it makes it easy to consolidate tooling.
I don't dislike anything about Rippling.

Not much really...it's a great platform!
Having a simple platform for all things HR. It's a must have for fully-remote teams. It saves a lot of time having to dig through pdf files for benefits, track vacation time, check company org, etc.
Rippling makes it easy to get the information I need. I don't need to strap on a back pack and hike my way to HR, it's just a couple clicks of a button and I have my answer.
I see no downsides to Rippling. It is authentic about its value proposition and backs it up with its platform. I wouldn't change a thing.
