The platform is user-friendly. You can find assigned tasks easily and have everything you need to get started on the platform. It is a great communication tool to use.

I don't have anything in particular that I don't like about the platform. I would have to use it a bit more to really critique the benefits and cons it has to offer.

They seem to be very proactive when there is a problem on their platform. I haven't submitted any problems, and like I said before, I don't use the platform enough to see anything.

Rippling is a super intuitive platform and very userfriendly. Everything is easily accessible on the home screen! Zero complaints.

Where I can access all of my insurance information, pay stubs, and PTO.

At first glance, the menu bar on the left gets you to where you need to go quickly and effectively. The Home screen even helps provide the same information in an easy-to-see and understand individual app modules you can click to take the required action. The UI/UX is simple to understand and quickly interacts with critical functions required by my organization, i.e.-benefits enrollment, requesting PTO, or reviewing pay stubs.

Honestly, the only minor thing that could improve is the color scheme used throughout. This does not represent the application itself but rather a personal preference of what I would like to see or control. Example: Change the background mode on my iPhone, a more intimate experience.

It helps with going from one application to another for PTO, Pay Stubs, and renewing company benefits. All-in-one bundle package for the employee and employer in a secured application.

The platform was very easy to follow; a simple process.

I've used many different HR portals over the years. Rippling makes it easy to find the information that matters (PTO, pay, deductions, holidays). Additionally the way they setup insurance onboarding makes it very simple to understand and very approachable.

Rippling isn't lacking in any way to someone like me (average Joe employee).

OUR SPEND MANAGEMENT IS A BIG ONE. WE CURRENTLY HAD A CREDIT CARD FOR BUSINESS AND EXPENSES WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE. NOW WE CAN TRACK ALL SPENDNG IN ONE PLACE.

I like the interface of Rippling - it's easy to move around and find all the details I need. Having everything in one place is helpful as well.

I never have a hard time finding things in the platform, the UX is impeccable. All my documents in one place. Especially handy for when I needed everything for my first home purchase.

Rippling is a great all-in-one platform. We did a lot of research on which platform we should use for our growing organization and Rippling was the only one that could provide the same services for our American and Canadian employees.

One of the challenges we find with Rippling is that they do not have a telephone service as part of their customer support. We often have questions that would be easiest answered over the phone. That being said, their CS team is very responsive, so we don't have to wait too long.

The biggest problem we faced was that we had to use two different systems for all HR related needs for our Canadian and American employees. The most significant selling feature of Rippling was that we could pay employees in both countries using one platform.

How transparent it is. Everything is very intuitive, usually HR management systems are a little daunting but rippling makes their product so that everything is easily navigated too.

They could most improve on providing either more metrics so that I can better understand which benefits I've fully taken advantage of, or by having prompts/notifications on what I can do to better use all the benefits offered to me.

It solves the problem of understanding company structure and difficulty in using benefits. Rippling has a clear org chart that they provide, any questions on level or company structure can then be solved from there. Usually benefits systems can be a little expansive making it more difficult to get access to, use, or learn about all of the benefits our companies provide us. Rippling helps solve this by bringing everything into one easy to use system.

The step-by-step process. Very intuitive, simple and quick. I thought I would be on there for an hour but it took no more than 10 minutes.

Nothing I can think of at the moment. I need to play around with it a bit more.

It helped me navigate the process of enrolling into a new health/dental/vision insurance plan and it helped me do it quickly so I can be much more productive with my day.

Rippling gets it right from a usability standpoint for the employer as well as the employee.

So far I have not run into an issue that presented a downside. Rippling has provided more than any of the platforms we have used before.

Rippling is handling HR management issues like benefits administration and making it easier. Our benefits enrollment this year is all done through Rippling and the workflow has been well presented.

So far, I like everything about Rippling, so the only thing I can think of that I don't like is the color scheme, which has no bearing on the app's functionality.

Rippling organizes payroll, health benefits, and the training/learning management system. Rippling helps me keep all business-related apps in one location, and single sign-on makes accessing essential apps simple and fast.
