I recently switched from Constant Contact to Robly and I am loving it. Creating an email campaign is sooo much easier. I learned their very intuitive email campaign system very quickly. They have over 100 very helpful videos that help guide you through all the features. I really like the Next Gen feature that sends my campaign our again to anyone who did not open the original campaign. I also like the great customer service. While Constant Contact had good customer service, Robly has great customer service.

I like how easy it is to navigate, add text and images and send tests. I also love the reports and the instant resend set up for unopens.

I have had the best experience with Robly. The templates are so much easier to maneuver. I strongly recommend Robly!

Reaching out to members quickly
I've tried sending my campaigns at different dates & times - always trying to find that perfect window. Now with AI, I don't have to worry about that at all.
Nothing that I dislike right now. I have been using it for 2 months and have sent 12 campaigns out.
I wear many different hats at work...marketing is only a small portion of what I do. I also use Robly for sending invitations out to the many events we host and sponsor so this feature and the way it will send out another email in a few days to those who didn't open the first one is such a timesaver for me. I love that feature the most.
Robly is very user friendly! Not only for setting up the emails and design but also for viewing the insights on how the emails are doing (opened, bounced, etc.).
There doesn't seem to be a lot of options for design. It is very basic in what it offers (text boxes, photo options, etc.).

Having to upload photos rather then linking them is a little clunky
