OpenGen - it saves me on creating reminders for events and for ensuring our contacts open monthly newsletters! AI - ok so I don't really know if this has helped us yet, but I like the idea of it and hope after some time that it will help us get better open rates. The FUN! There's constant fun tidbits such as the Chat feature (the employees are great) and the silly comments on the test e-mail confirmation pop-up. This adds a smile to my day.
Hm.... I think I'd like it if it were possible to edit the source code for an entire email (rather than per-block) and some other small tech edits like being able to link an image from an outside URL. A truly informative dashboard would be nice. Right now it's a useless page... I'd prefer to see a collection of report blocks so I can see what's in the works, what's been sent, how our contacts are changing etc... Oh, I would love the pop-up feature for capturing leads that visit our website. That is a feature I know they're working on already though, so I can't say I 'dislike' it at this time.... But for the most part it's an easy peasy system and I'm really enjoying it.
Time management! Your program prevents me from extra manual labor. I love the segmentation and the OpenGen for this specifically. We have had better open rates and reduced the amount of time on producing messaging! Reporting is super easy! With the possibility to export all to excel I can use PivotTables and PivotCharts to quickly analyze our data - this is something we never were able to do with Constant Contact.
Robly combined the best of Mail Chimp and Constant Contact and improved them. The support is outstanding! Robly can be contacted via email, phone and chat. They email ME periodically to make sure we are doing fine and to see if we need any help. I just can't get over how customer friendly they are. Most online businesses don't attempt to create a relationship with their customers and Robly does.
There isn't anything we don't like about Robly.
We just started with Robly and haven't been able to do much comparison but we are definitely getting more opens. We were getting way to many unsubscribes, using NextGen, our unsubs have decreased substantially.
Hard to pick what I like best because there are so many things. Let's start with the AI feature... sending emails at the perfect time PER ADDRESS's opening patterns... GENIUS. And OpenGen... thanks for thinking of that one. A resend to only those who didn't open it at all takes the guess work out and puts our campaigns back at the top of their inbox without annoying those who have already opened it. The design tools are professional and simple to do... and ALL of the templates are mobile-friendly. Life is good with Robly... and did I mention I get MORE for $20 less a month than Constant Contact? I'm in.
Would like the option to post to all Social Media Campaigns on the same page at the end of the campaign creation.
Getting more opens. We all know that this piddly 10 - 20% open rate is for the birds, but it's reality. AI and OpenGen address some of the issues that stand in the way of people opening their emails. My open rate is going up and therefore... so is my business. Woot.
I have used other newsletter sites and Robly by far is the easiest to use. Other sites were very buggy and always updating and changing how you make newsletters. Robly is user friendly and the templates are very useful.

I use Robly to keep my customers and sales reps informed of new products as they become available.
If I have a problem or question the Robly team are on it immediately with personal and friendly email responses. Price, performance, customer service are all outstanding! They are continually updating and offering new ways to enhance email marketing.
There have been a few times that users have been removed without requesting to. I don't like that happening, but the Robly response was that they will put the user back on whenever that happens and I tell them who it is.
Personal way to stay in touch with our customers and easy to understand stats that let me know who has read the emails and what links they've clicked.
I like the fact that I can create quick and easy marketing email campaigns to reach my customers without a lot of hassle. With the fully custom or partially created templates, it makes getting things done simple.
There really isn't anything I dislike about the service. It meets all of my expectations for what my business is looking for.
I am not solving any business problems with this service. The benefits I have discovered by using Robly are that I can stay connected with my loyal clients and off great deals to keep business steady.
They have great features like sending a follow up email and then learning the habits of users.
The only thing I dislike was that Constant Contact would not issue a refund on my remaining contract.
