I guess the time tracking is one of the best tools. You can track your time and generate full reports of performance. Besides that the visual design and layout is quite comfy to work with. Responsive, iOS compatible and intuitive.

What bothers me every time is the fact that the platform itself plans your tasks and due dates. Most of the times is not that well planned. I know it's estimated and it depends on your daily tasks and how long is set to, but it gets me confused when I log in that is not ordered as Desired dates but priority or estimated time. I change it all the time for desired date but it keeps changing as soon as I refresh the page. Maybe if you set it on preferences to be always x way then every time you change it keeps as preferred. I don't know. But its a small bug that already cost me time at work doing something that wasn't really necessary for the day over something it was.

Lately it's been basically task management once I'm a collaborator. But as a collaborator I love the fact I have a performance report based on my tasks and the way its measured. Of course it depends on the user, how he/she is using it and if it's using properly, otherwise you won't have a really trustful report.

The best thing to use runrun.it is the ease of handling within the administrative page. You do not need in-depth training to use it as it is intuitive and easy. I have used runrun.it for more than five years in other companies that I have already participated in and today I use it in my own company and recommend it to everyone.

Just one thing: When I open a task I can not get another collaborator to follow this task and get two people monitoring it.

We had a small team using jus kanban to control the work, sometimes members of the team was idle and with runrun.it I reduced this idle time to almost zero, I know who ended what and what my team can with the idle time.

The reports area could be better. I miss inteligents reports to support on projects management.

Here in our company we use Runrun.it to manage the team, development sprints and projects costs.

The Runrun.it it is a wonderfull system to manage a projects with a remote team. The manage task and workflow it is very easy to see and follow in the projects.

Well, what I do not like is hard to say. But the issue of tabs in the layout of a task, sometimes difficult to keep up with.

I think the iOS App really needs some upgrades: the buttons are small and sometimes its hard to pause or reestart the tasks but, i still love Runrun.it <3

O que eu mais gosto do Runrun.it é a sua facilidade, fazendo com que qualquer usuário consiga facilmente criar uma tarefa e acompanhar o seu desenvolvimento.

Em relatórios, gostaria que os filtros poderiam ser mais customizáveis.

Tínhamos um grande problema com projetos que ficavam sem finalizar, onde todos faziam a sua parte mas não havia um encerramento, ou ele não ficava claro. Como benefícios conseguimos mensurar o esforço empregado em cada uma das tarefas, projetos e clientes.

O melhor do Runrun é que ele organiza o dia de trabalho sem eu sequer precisar de uma agenda. Posso ver as tarefas de minha competência, o status dos projetos das equipes e o tempo que cada uma levou para ser concluída.

Acho que seria interessante poder delegar a mesma tarefa para mais de uma pessoa da equipe.

Adoro a ferramenta RunRun pois permite total controle sobre o trabalho programado, pendente e o que este em execução, além, é claro, de fornecer informações sobre o meu desempenho e o da minha equipe.

Poderia ser mais funcional para uso por intermédio de celular (app), uma vez que tenho Windows fone e preciso acessar por meio de um navegador.

O principal motivo que levou-me a utilizar o RunRun na minha empresa foi a necessidade de ter controle sobre vários projetos em andamento, com tarefas distribuídas para diferentes integrantes e com diferentes prazos prometidos aos clientes.

Estamos usando a plataforma a pouco tempo mas já estou adorando. A possibilidade de gerar relatórios personalizados apenas com as informações que me interessam é fantástica! Consigo visualizar o desempenho da equipe com muito mais clareza e precisão. Fora isso, a equipe de atendimento é muito eficiente e me ajudou sempre que precisei.

Ainda tenho um pouco de dificuldade com algumas funções da plataforma, mas aos poucos estou aprendendo e sei que posso recorrer ao pessoal do Run run It sempre que precisar.
