Não gosto apenas da ferramenta porque ela não tem a opção de Gerar as PI para enviarmos as rádios e em para gráficas se incluírem isso ela ficara uma ferramenta completa

I've looked for remote team integration and organization of tasks and files generated during engineering projects. Now with Runrun.it all team can interact all around the tasks, share the files and the managers can know exactly the time and effort for each task and project.

The best, for me, is the possibility to know how much I spend my time in specifics jobs. With this I can plan my day and my "to do" list.

I don't like every time open the runrun tab to stop the job, I think if runrun build an program to install in my desktop should be great.

I really like that the system keeps the original report that if anyone edit it, it won't be any problem to my file, it helps cause every stakeholder has the access to see it, so, you don't need to keep sending everytime they need it by e-mail and it's really easy to use it. Another great thing is that all the hours that we take to work on the report and the hour everyone uploaded anything from the system, it's informed there.

I believe that I receive too much e-mails from RunRun.it, it should come only when someone deliver it or if they gave it back for us.

I believe the security of the information is the biggest issue that we solved with it. Anyone can edit it because the original report is there. We don't need to keep passwords to open the file or edit the file.

I like so much the possibility to view all the process of a task. I can see when the task will be delivered so I can give a deadline to my clients. We can do comments on the task, so the team can comunicate each other about something in the task, it's so practical. We receive notifications when some task are done. We can priorizate a task if it's urgent, so the team do it first. We can criate projects and many task inside the project. I like so much "To-do list" at the tasks and the calendar to schedule the tasks too.

I would like to receive the notification and the alert more faster than I'm receiving. In fact, this notifications and alerts are not in the same time of the tasks are delivered.

Now, I know exactly how many time the hole team spend with a client, a project and a task. So I can analyze if what I charge from my clients is a good value. I can measure the performance of each member of the team. I can organize better all the tasks of so many clients, so I can't forget anything important.

What I like the most is that I can check the exact status of any task.

Not always the information is updated in real time, making my adjustment of hours difficult. I can not view my work hours in previous weeks. There is also a problem in creating tasks or editing them. When we choose an ideal date for delivery, you have to click at all times that appear so that the date and time are recorded. If you click to complete or make time without doing so, you have to choose the date again and choose the time.

It replaced much of the information I needed to leave on paper calendars and also helped me better control my time. Could have more integrations with another apps and tools. Mobile app needs more responsivity. Could have another ways to manually track the time. Eg: start time and end time.

For an almost perfect software, one thing that would be great is a better checklist system for tasks, allowing the creating of multiple checklists, the use of bold/italic texts, implementation of hyperlinks, icons/images, et cetera, creating an powerfull tool.

O Runrun é um excelente programa para quem precisa se organizar quanto às tarefas realizadas no dia a dia, seja como home office ou dentro de uma empresa. O sistema é bastante intuitivo, tornando seu uso bastante prático e fácil. Além disso, ele oferece dentro da própria plataforma, cursos para que você possa aprender a mexer em todas as ferramentas que o programa oferece, com uma maior eficiência.

Como em todos os programas semelhantes, no Runrun ainda existem pequenas coisas a serem arrumadas, algumas funções que ainda não existem mas que com o passar do tempo conseguimos perceber a necessidade, mas com certeza esse é o programa mais completo que conheço!

A falta de aviso ao iniciar o dia, e para "dar" play na tarefa, poderia ter um aviso para isso

A forma como organiza as tarefas do meu projeto, gosto de ver uma lista do que precisa ser feito e a ferramenta de comunicação interno nas tarefas é ótima.

Para ser sincero ainda não me deparei com nada que diga, NÃO GOSTO, mais acredito que poderiam deixar a interfase e configurações um pouco mais simples, não é todo usuário de PC que conseguiria utilizar a ferramenta.

Atualmente utilizo o runrun.it para gerir o desenvolvimento de nosso ERP. O que mais é o foto de não esquecer o que precisa ser feito e os testes já realizados de forma a ver o que foi feito e o que ainda está em aberto. Montei uma equipe onde eu sou o adm e os desenvolvedores terceiros são parte da minha equipe. Assim envio tarefas e realizo testes para alinhar com o desenvolvimento.

O temporizador de tasks vem me ajudando a combater a procrastinação que há tempos vinha atrapalhando meu desempenho no trabalho. Hoje gasto bem menos tempo para fazer minhas tasks diárias e sobra mais tempo pra focar em outras coisas.

Apenas pelo fato do app ser pago para móbile, mas já estou me preparando para adquirir.
