"Good tool to have a nice overview"
What do you like best about Scoro?

Really like to see all on going proces and to see everying in a clear overview based on numbers

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Sometimes there is to much in the screen. When you just want to know something there is so much data that you sometimes get lost.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

to haved everthing in one tool that is accesable for everyone. Also that all the data is in there and easy adjustable for everyone.

What do you like best about Scoro?

It's nice that I can create projects, quotes and bills in one place, as well as send them from the same place, and plan tasks and see the progress of the project.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Sometimes it's buggy or takes a long time to load or doesn't work at all.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scoro helps to save time while project management, which can include a lot of different steps and it is very convenient that all the information and project management can be held in one place.

I like it's easy use and the Reporting Functions to keep Projects on task and Costs controlled.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

My wish is that all Reports could be downloaded to Excel to manipulate the Data easier.

They keep track of our Projects and costs. It helps to keep us on track for our Budget's.

What do you like best about Scoro?

We also appreciate how easy it is to use and the new features that have been introduced since we made the switch, keeping us up to date with the latest updates and improvements as they continue to develop.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

I find Scoro frustrating and difficult at times as it can take some time to learn all of its features. In addition, searching for specific projects within the platform can yield unpredictable results; even tasks that I know should exist can sometimes fail to show up in searches.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scoro solves the problem of scheduling, planning and tracking work in a way that allows us to get more done with efficient use of our time.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Easy to use, intuitive. A responsive system connected from the prospect contact to the task finalisation. Makes easier to quote, invoice, and create activities after contract approval to manage single tasks with the people involved.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

At the moment I don't find specific downsides. The only one I have in mind is that I would like a setting to be notified via email automatically within specific circumstances.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned, the main benefit of Scoro is the connection from quote to project, to the division of the single tasks and their management. Cherry on top is the possibility to time track every activity.

Scoro is very flexible in the way you can track and handle interactions with your clients and suppliers. There is some very good instructive videos to assist you.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Scoro takes some time to learn and there are a lot of options that can overload you when you first start to use the software.

Flexibility and the chanceto see the oveview of all projects we we are doing.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The Gant chart is very primitive, and difficult to use. Unexportable. It would be great if it would be a chance to create multilevel expenses when defining expenses in quote.

We are able to get rid of many different spreadsheets and run everything in one spot

What do you like best about Scoro?

Scoro is an exceptional platform that provides an extensive suite of features to enable my team to optimize their workflow. Automated task tracking facilitates the ability to monitor, prioritize and assign tasks to the right personnel. The time tracking feature also allows for precise tracking of working hours, thereby preventing any unnecessary loss of time. Additionally, Scoro's comprehensive reporting capabilities provide me with the ability to assess my team's performance and make any essential changes to their workflow. Furthermore, the CRM feature of Scoro allows for convenient access to customer data from any location at any given time.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The search function is somewhat restricted, making it difficult to locate entries expeditiously. Additionally, the system is not user-friendly, necessitating users to traverse through multiple levels of the board in order to access particular tasks. My colleagues have recently voiced issues with bugs and glitches.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scoro is a powerful CRM and project management solution that has enhanced our communication with customers and improved our time management. It has enabled us to monitor our progress more efficiently. The software facilitates the storage of our clients' contact data, including email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses. Furthermore, Scoro facilitates the creation of comprehensive reports, as well as the monitoring of our project budgets and expenses.

"Scoro: Planning software that is highly rated"
What do you like best about Scoro?

The best thing about Scoro is its organizational structure. The different modules are all logically connected and easy to navigate. I also love how you can tap on anything and be redirected to another section of Scoro to further work on what you tapped. This makes using the software efficiently. Additionally, the channels and views can be reused easily, which saves a lot of time. Plus, even though much data is displayed on the screen, the interface has been designed to work well even on smaller screens like smartphones.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

What I don't like about Scoro is that it's constantly updated without much notice. This makes it hard to keep up with the changes and get used to each new version. Also, accounting could be better designed to look more reliable and trustworthy. Lastly, there needs to be a way to track or input project milestones, which should be possible.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Scoro software is an excellent tool for concurrently managing your business and projects. It is inexpensive and efficient, allowing you to address difficulties without difficulty. The app also makes creating your dashboards, invoices, and receipts easy.
