I really like that I can see the conversations that my colleagues have had with each of the client about the situation that's in the client's family, so we can manage the cases in a convenient way
Reminding my colleagues to write tasks, so I can see what they are doing :) Sometimes they forgot. Also, in our work specific there is no need for the finances management in SCORO
We can overview all the social cases very easily and that saves time, also we can export e-mails and different info, which means I do not need to keep it all in million excel files and drives
For me, the software is spectacular. I have been able to accurately assess the work team through the collaboration that the interface allows. It helps me to visualize more comfortably any element or determining factor of my task processes. The interface has many tools and looks very impressive.
I must mention that the program is excellent; it has no problems; on the contrary, it is very productive and adapts to any operating system.
Scoro is a program that has become necessary because we use it daily to have a very smooth activity in our projects. Multiple departments have added it to their schedule of activities to run a very professional and fun function that allows for efficient collaboration.
We use before; for more than 5 Years Capsule CRM, also an amazing solution, simple and useful. We then find Scoro and was our logical solution. What Scoro ofer more and different are: calendar in a way that is very convenient for us, general view, contact, report, communications and much more. It's seems a little not streamline at first side but you will love.
Maybe little expensive, minimum 5 users and app is not very useful. Not offering best user experience and not to fast.
Our daily agenda (time blocks) is based on events in calendar. Scoro is the best solution in that area. You can costumise every activity in to client, user and activity. Not only that but you can have big picture of everyone time. Also you can manage every aspect of content management in to an exelent organization. Other advantages; task management, involves, time management, communication, integration and so much more.
I have everything that I need on my Dashboard. Tasks are easy to sort, create and Work on them. It is very nice to have such good program with you as Scoro. Im gladfool.

Takes a bit for new staff to get their heads around how the tasks work. Would love to see more set-up examples.

The customisable options and support. Everything can be seen visually, dragged around and dropped around, just feels nice working with it. Its my first time using such platform, but I am pleased to work with it!
There is probably only a few things I dislike, firstly, when writing an email from scoro, you can save it as a new task, however you can't choose the end date of the task, thus after saving I have to go again to the task and choose the end date. And filters are a little confusing, but I am getting used to it.
Managment of clients, everyone in my company can see when and what was communicated with clients, what sales were done, what is planned etc. Visual graphs for KPI's really helps.
Scoro helps me to keep track of all of my projects & bookkeeping
The only downside is not being able to download performance reviews as PDFs

Its a complete solution for starting customer data base, options to quote an offer, place an order and finish with issuing an invoice. Comaring with other solutions - Scoro is more adjusted to the sales process flow.
Until now I haven't found an issuewiht Scoro. I like the tool as it is.
