The things I the most about Seamless.ai is the ability to filter information searches to isolate the companies i am searching for. The ability to search by company size, location, company name, employee count, job title, and even company name has proven to be invaluable not to mention the seamless integration with HubSpot

I havent found anything to be dislikable. I do wish it would have an "intent" or "insight" feature that would show the companies searching for the businesses that specialize in the area I work. For example, I would love some insights or intent added to the software that showed the companies looking for IT asset disposition/asset management, for example since thats the field i work in. It would be nice to have a software with information about companies searching for specifics like that.

It is solving the struggle of finding reliable contact information regarding B2B contacts.

Seamless enhanced our teams research a capabilities with real time intellegence and most accurate contact information for our prospecting efforts. Integration into our program was simlpe and easy. Client support services was strong and always went beyond to assist us.

The platform is very user friendly. Most of the struggles were on our end caused by user error. Nothing reall to dislike.

There are a plethora of competing tools out there recently - and working with hundreds of clients, I have had the chance to use many of them. There is no doubt in my mind that Seamless has the best value going! The ability to find a prospects phone number is my primary "like" - and the new Intent-Based marketing add-on levels the playing field with some of the way more expensive options.

From the product to service & support - it is all terrific. My one 'issue" with the product is the need to always delete my contacts list, before I start on a new list. Otherwise the get intertwined or co-mingled, and I have a mess on my hands. It cold be an ignorance issue on my end.

I am ab;e to find the right decision makers finally, and importantly- bypass the gatekeepers altogether.

Seamless.ai makes it very easy to find and reach out to individuals who may need assistance. It is lovely for prospecting on a larger scale.

The only thing is that with LinkedIn sales nav, it sometimes takes longer than I'd like to pull leads, which could be more of a problem with LinkedIn, but often, those parameters are what take the longest.

Customer service is one of the biggest reasons why I like Seamless.ai as much as I do. When I first started using the software I had a lot of questions about best practices and the quickest way to pull information. Before I could even reach out for help I was getting welcome emails that included tips and tricks along with ways to reach support if I needed anything. I did reach out regarding some questions and they quickly got the answers for me. I have tried other programs and their customer service doesn't stack up to Seamless.ai I also came across a few accounts that were missing data points and they went out of their way to provide the information for me. I like this much better than ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and others.

The software was a little confusing while getting started, but since then they have redesigned the layout, so it is much easier to get started.

The problem of having accurate contact data for leads. Using the software has saved me countless hours of tracking down data.

It is very easy to use. I can complete the things I need to in a short time and I don't have to spend a lot of time on it.

I don't like that there are still features that we need to upgrade to. I would like just 1 cost for everything and not have to perpetually worry about upgrades.

The most comprehensive contact data for all industries. I have compared results to ZoomInfo and Apollo & D &B/Hoovers. Better than ZoomInfo - Apollo looks to be a copy-cat that gets their data from Seamless and D&B for entities is fine but for individuals this blows them away.

It's kind of hard to even say but the data is so good I just want it all (as Sales Ops) - the hard 1,000 contacts a day limit sucks when trying to prepare a mass campaign or fill a queue but that is really it - that is more than enough for a sales rep.

Sometimes contacts that are already on a list don't get loaded onto the list I'm trying to put them on. Sometimes not all the contacts I try to find get researched but still show as found. I wish there were a way to upload speeadsheets of contacts into Seamless for them to be researched.

I have not found anything i dislike. i would like to see more industries in the search list along with SIC code search and it is my understanding that it is coming

Seamless.AI has done a great job in helping me find correct email and direct dial numbers to my contacts which has increased my contact rate by 300%. More contacts with my ICP means more sales and more commission .
