Sometimes, I have the feeling that proper moderation is not done with regard to my email sources. As for the high rate at which emails bounce back, I believe it will be the same with other tools as this is determined by the quality of the email addresses I believe.

I am into the learning and development space. Hence I send out bulk emails to my clients on promotions, upcoming training programmes, new developments, newly accredited programmes and sales in general

Templates is good, pricing is fair compared to other services and also the mode of payment

Nothing major. - Experienced a few minor glitches/bugs with exceptionally large flows (usually would go away with a refresh). - I would like to be able to select more than one item (to move, delete, copy, etc). - Not able to annotate the flow. - No folder system to organize flows and triggers. - The audience viewing system is not the best when you have many variables.

I'm using it in lieu of an email list. For new leads, I can pre-program a series of content drip over several months, with a funneling to paid products.

We used the SMTP service for transactional emails and email marketing, which worked great. The integration didn't give us any issues. Very easy to set up and just go ahead and do the work.

There was a bit of an issue in which I started receiving emails that were not according to my plan, where they said that my plan was not going to renew, but it would. I asked for support and it was corrected.

We were switching from another SMTP service provider, and it's just very easy and fast to integrate into your business and have a full suite of resources/services like SMS, Email verifier which comes in great help, in case you want those features as well. Very useful in general.

Great Value for what you get. It does give a small business what they need to start building a list & start profiting. I like the landing page & email optin creator page.

I think there needs to be a "start here" when you sign up. What each thing is and how they can all combine together to make a successful campaign. A better flow process of the individual elements.

To get more leads at a reasonable price for my business towards my products. I haven't used the full value of the services offered, because I don't know how everything links together.

It's really easy to build your own mailing list with SendPulse and start sending bunch of emails. I also like the possibility to use their SMTP Service to send emails

You have to pay in order to enjoy some services offered by Sendpulse. For example if you want to verify your mailing list in order to verify if there is any invalid email inside.

SendPulse allows me to send a lot of emails regularly to my customers. I am pretty sure my email will not go into the spam folder, so I increase the probability that my customer will receive and read it.

Customization in chatbot setting flow is very easy

It has an easy-to-use email editor with lots of templates, enabling you to create awesome marketing emails and send your subscribers. Their free plans provide you with more than enough email count per month to try. If you don't have many subscribers, then the free plan itself is good. The paid plans are also there so that you can go for one if you have more subscribers. You can copy any email campaign in new for sending; 130+ templates are also there to help you design your campaign. The dashboard provides complete analytics of every campaign. Their email throughput is also excellent.

They restrict email sending if your email gets bounced. The Policy of SendPulse related to adding email addresses to the contacts book is not good, some time they take much time to approve emails.

I am using SendPulse for my monthly newsletters to my website users and encouraging them to come to the portal. Viewing detailed analytics, I can get the mood of my user base. Integrating subscription forms on my WordPress site is very easy, and I can collect new users' emails.I am sending web push notifications also.

I am using Zoho CRM & I have to use Zapier for integration that is a feature not available rest all is fine

Creating email templates & making automation rules for email nurturing were the two main problem statements for me, which were solved to a very large extent with SendPulse.

I like the landing page option best. It helped me to create world class landing pages. Allowed me to create multiple landing pages for every leadgen mailer. Its better than the other alternatives. And its easy to use.

False Positive rate is very high for email checker tool. It works but can use some update. If it is optimised to reduce the false positive rate then I think this will do wonders.

I create multiple mail campaigns daily to get my audience on my platform. Send pulse helped me to create campaigns for platform users and for lead generation. This improved my lead generation funnel. Also with the quick mail template builder available my speed of creating campaigns has improved.

So, we send a lot of emails to subscribers. Like...lots. Sendpulse provides us a with a way to make up something that looks appealing and then send in bulk without getting too many complaints and getting "blacklisted" for bulk spam. We only send to subscribers anyway so...(but still). It is pretty intuitive and works much like any bulk emailing service. I like the dashboard and the way it doesn't let you send emails to randoms. That suits us fine. We got it on a special and love the amount of emails we can send for a really decent price.

Not a lot to dislike. One bugbear is more about a habit we have fallen into. When you create an image as your mailer and it gets sent to people then in many mail programs the default setting is to hide images until you click that you want to see it. This means people will see the name of your image. There is no quick way to add alternative text (probably is but it doesn't offer it to you or prompt you when making up the mailer). We have to go and add the alternative text as the name of the image (at present). Small thing but it impacts on how we use the service a little. So, no real complaints.

We need to send thousands and thousands of emails out in a short time period when new issues of the magazine come out. Sendpulse makes that easy.

Its UI and the ready to use features the class of the app is good

I like SendPulse that can create, customize and automate everything that has to do with email marketing. I can send automatic replies, configure mail delivery dates. I can make the editions with the drag and drop technology is quite practical and intuitive.

I have to mention it and I would like SendPulse to have better or better integration with other third-party tools, in this aspect it is a bit abandoned.

We have been able to improve with respect to the organization in sending our emails, it also makes it easier and quicker to make the personalizacin or the emails to make them more friendly and visually appealing and give our customers a better face. Our working group is very happy to use SendPulse.

I love SendPulse the amount of information that shows especially the opening statistics and so we can focus on something more specific to offer our customers. We can schedule the emails for exactly when we need them. Their A / B tests are quite useful and work quite well.

I think that their prices are a bit high, however, the power it provides to the company compensates for its cost.

Lack of a variety in templates is one of the drawback of this software. Apart from this I also find its pricing steep.

The product is great but the Customer Service is fantastic.

A single email can't have a number of records which makes a few of our use cases difficult. If a user has multiple orders we can't treat them different than a person with one.
