Sendpulse continually creates and publishes new tutorial videos on their Youtube channel. These are very helpful in understanding the scope and possibilities for my current and future integration requirements. My aim is to use a single CRM and it seems for now that Sendpulse meet most of my current requirements. They also continually expand, so I am also now utilizing the in-site landing page builder as an example.

Well, to be honest, I am not quite sure yet. I am in the early stage of portal development. Probably the lack of templates specific to my industry, but as a new and expanding feature, it seems Senpulse is always adding templates. I also still need to test how it is to engage with the team directly. It helps that we are in the same timezone, or close enough in any way.

It seems for now that I can use Sendpulse as primary database for our current requirements since they have all the above. The File Manager will become a handy repository soon as example.

The best part about Sendpulse is its visual builder. It's one of the best in marketing. Their main product is email marketing, but I am in love with their chat bot functionalities across platforms. My team even does API integration with SendPulse through webhooks and Rest APIs, enabling business for us.

The pricing is according to the US standards, and as a customer from India, I often feel the pricing could go a notch lower. Secondly, their knowledge base can be expanded a little bit more! Also, I would love to see some voice-based chatbot flows and then send pulse becomes invincible in the market, I feel.

Sendpulse solves our problem of chatbot marketing and email marketing. It has one of the best chatbot builders and can be easily integrated with the back end. Also the logic-based filters and conditional filters help us to spend less time in support.

We looked for various automated chatbot features from other providers but none of them was able to handle three key needs for us: multiple IG accounts managed under one conversation tab, a separate automated chat flow for each account and other platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp. Amazingly, SendPulse delivers this at a great price. Additionally they have also been able to integrate ChatGPT into their automated flows which is something we were extremely keen on.

There is currently no direct integration with HubSpot (only via Zapier), no website chat (though this is coming soon) and no WeChat feature. ChatGPT prompt length is limited, though I am unsure if this is a restriction from SendPulse or ChatGPT.

SendPulse is helping us to deliver fast and efficient responses to common questions that our clients ask and divert leads into different funnels depending on their needs.

I like visualizing the chatbot flow, but it still misses some features, such as automatic translation for other languages. That is why I gave it 9/10. I hope they add this feature soon.

As I said, only being unable to translate my bot to multiple languages so the customers could understand everything without suffering, I also faced a few bugs using variables. The ability to change the variable type is missing, which could have made the development faster.

It helped me cut the time to create an automated bot for telegram, and also I found out that they also have an SMS solution that I can use for OTP or Marketing purposes.

The Send pulse user interface is quite straightforward, and the flow of the chatbot that we developed with the help of Send pulse has enabled us to connect with a bigger number of people who are potentially interested in doing business with us. I have used the product with various service providers, and what I like most about it is that it is sixty percent less expensive than the competition in the market. In terms of functionality, it provides more options than the alternatives.

I haven't had any concerns about the product up to this point, and in fact, I've been recommending it to several of my other colleagues who own their own companies.

The interface is very user-friendly. It does not require one to have much experience with tech to be able to create functions needed. The chatbot is what I liked the most.

I think it will be better if there is an online chat service to help users with certain settings and functions.

I recently moved to SendPulse after years of ActiveCampaign. It's like moving on to broadband after dial up! What I like most is that Sendpulse is not buggy or laggy - it loads quickly as it should. The interface is beautifully simple, the knowledgebase is excellent. But what I love most of all is the always on super helpful fast support that helps me do what I need at speed. All of this for a fraction of what I've been paying ActiveCampaign for years, I wish I'd found it sooner!

So far nothing. Although I haven't given automations a run for their money yet - have been mostly on optin forms and emails.

I'm working on a project that is quite tricky and requires multiple opt out form types as well as api access and it's working really well and wherever I'm stuck I get brilliant support really quickly from nice people. Over on ActiveCampaign it used to really annoy me the way you had to go through their chatbot in order to get to support - every time!!! That's not the case with SendPulse

SendPulse is an amazing tool for automating the process. I find it so much better than other tools that I have tried. It has a user-friendly interface and enough features to meet your needs. The pricing is also reasonable and affordable, something that you can't say about a lot of other tools in the market today!

Well, among my most previously used services, SendPulse has the most user-friendly and best delivery time (Immediately); it's an excellent service, and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a messaging system.

Their ability to send a free message but can't edit the content of the message; I mean, why will I want to send your custom message to someone? Don't call it "free ten messages", call it "10 free test messages."

Sending messages to my clients most services I use require some basic coding knowledge to send messages to my customers, but with SendPulse, I get to send mail/SMS without knowing how to code.

Sendpulse is a great tool for building relationships with current and potential customers. In addition, transactional emails are an excellent solution for notifying users about services or products opted for. Finally, push notifications are messages you can send to users who have not opened the app in a while; this help increases the conversion rate.

The contacts are not removed instantly - a little frustrating, but I can use it. The subscriber count is changed only on the next billing cycle. But their support team is fantastic and very much helpful.

Sometimes, I have the feeling that proper moderation is not done with regard to my email sources. As for the high rate at which emails bounce back, I believe it will be the same with other tools as this is determined by the quality of the email addresses I believe.

Pay for the services you want and not the extras. - Easy to get started and connect with the various messaging services. - Very clean and intuitive interface to elaborate complex messaging bot flows. - Plays well with integrations via make.com (I connect mine to a Google Sheet). - Accompanying app works well to follow up with chats.

Nothing major. - Experienced a few minor glitches/bugs with exceptionally large flows (usually would go away with a refresh). - I would like to be able to select more than one item (to move, delete, copy, etc). - Not able to annotate the flow. - No folder system to organize flows and triggers. - The audience viewing system is not the best when you have many variables.

I'm using it in lieu of an email list. For new leads, I can pre-program a series of content drip over several months, with a funneling to paid products.

We used the SMTP service for transactional emails and email marketing, which worked great. The integration didn't give us any issues. Very easy to set up and just go ahead and do the work.

There was a bit of an issue in which I started receiving emails that were not according to my plan, where they said that my plan was not going to renew, but it would. I asked for support and it was corrected.

We were switching from another SMTP service provider, and it's just very easy and fast to integrate into your business and have a full suite of resources/services like SMS, Email verifier which comes in great help, in case you want those features as well. Very useful in general.
