I recently left campiagnmonitor becuse they stopped providing support for lowly base subscribers who pay a $59+ a monthly charge. Other companies want to see the name and footprint of your firstborn to prove identity so you pay them then they shutdown your email. They wanted me to show them my open rates before allowing me to signup. Have these online companies forgotten who they are and where they are. The internet is brutal.No support for customers means no support for the business. Inasnity. Sendpulse does not treat users like second-class citizens.

The free-use period could be more and maybe a couple of more automation events. But that may be a conscious product decision by SendPulse. Need to use the product more to share insights on potential areas for improvement.
