I've been thinking a lot about developing chatbots and I found SendPulse which is an application that provides every integration that I needed (Facebook and WhatsApp).
I didn't really find any downsides, I had a little trouble setting up the Facebook integration but I've managed to fix it after reading their documentation. Other than that, nothing.
It made creating Chatbots easier for me, I didn't have to write any code (I really like the no-code approach). Also, it's helping me create really fast proof-of-concepts, which is amazing.
