First of all, SendPulse has a very comfortable, intuitive interface! I was able to create my bot in one day with no experience at all. All the tools are really easy to use. It saves me a lot of time now! I'll definitely use it in future projects too.
I didn't discover anything I dislike yet, there are a lot of functions I didn't try for now. Can't complain. Though maybe I'd just add crypto to payment methods.
It helps me to answer and manage the customers; this way customers can find solutions for most of their problems and get answers to their questions without human participation. This saves me time and money because the bot I've created in SendPulse is dealing with hundreds and thousands of people simultaneously; imagine how many workers I would have needed for that.
