With Send Pulse we started the free plan while testing and we upgraded gradually. Customer care was always helpful in answering questions which gave us the confidence to make a purchase. Sendpulse is a great SMTP Provider. Their services are all-encompassing. I will stick with them for all my services including email campaigns, live chat, WhatsApp Bussiness API, etc

I hope there can be an overage plan that allows you to pay a small charge if you exceed your monthly sending limit. This would enable us to pay a small overage charge if our email exceeds the monthly plan before we increase our monthly plan based on our business requirement.

The pay as you go program is seriously very fair and does assist you at the times that you need it when you need it. I think the name SendPulse is captivating.

It has most of the featuers that I've been looking for in one service. Previously, I was working with multiple services and was considering using Zapier to integrate the various services.

So far, the only real issue I had was that some of the website and automation functions are a bit rudimentary, but for the value I'm getting and what I need for a small business, it's more than sufficient.

I had been using another very affordable service, MailerLite, but they don't offer text. I switched to Omnisend for a month, but their system is a bit buggy and it's a little expensive. SendPulse lumps all of the features together and does so very affordably. The SMS pricing is the lowest out there, but it's more than made up for.

The free version of SendPulse is very awesome, not to mention the paid version. SendPulse is very easy to use and navigate even for a newbie in Email marketing. The CRM tool is a splendid tool. I have tried other tools, but I must say SendPulse is a gamechanger.

The Csv file can not be exported with the free version and the free version allows for just one landing page. I wish the free version can allow for at least 2 landing pages.

I have been researching bots for months now. I am a perfectionist and hate to be limited. Ive tried many and I have not found one that I am loyal to. When I found SendPulse I was not looking for a botbuilder, I thought I had my mind made up but once I saw how advanced the automations are and how its structured more as a conversion machine with Automations and Triggers... it really is very advanced and has some NLP like features but much easier to wrap your head around compared to Dialogflow.

They offer a lot of services, I initially thought of them as a Push Notification company... sometimes offerings can be watered down when they offer too much in one umbrella but I havent been signed up long enough to say that...

Sendpulse offers a wide range of options. Their live online support is excellent should you need it. The overall experience has been flawless, everything I use just works and is very easy to set up and use. Their Auto360 is really good (much easier to use than other companies). OverallI am very satisfied with what they offer.

If I was to ask for one extra thing to be added, it would be some kind of integration with Easy Digital Downloads. Not everyone is a programmer and having the option to use WordPress plugins to integrate with Easy Digital Downloads would be very nice indeed.

I love how simple and easy it is to create and send our emails - comparable to the other leading sites. It is also great that they review each send and each mailing list to confirm that the anti-spam act is held up! I cannot say that most other sites review them as closely.

That the lists and emails are reviewed SO closely. It generally turns out fine, and they are our personal client lists, but it gives me anxiety every time I hit send, and I feel like I am going to jail - HA! Ultimately - it is a good thing that we are protected by SendPulse and that our clients are protected - but it is still nervewracking!
