As I mentioned above, Shopify can handle any store size. This feature really untied my hands.

Shopify is our CMS, where we receive all our orders and operate our website. It is easy to use, very well fitted for a small and growing business like ours. You can start easily an e-commerce business, without knowing how to code. Shopify is very reliable and is integrated with basically everything you need for your business.

The only downside of Shopify is that you can't customize the "card" page unless you have a Shopify Plus subscription which is quite expensive. Also you have to use the Stripe payment solution if you want to use Apple Pay. Last, there are some limits to what you can do in terms of stock management.

Shopify helps us operate easily a website without coding it ourselves, and customizing it by adding apps to improve the customer experience. It is also very reliable in terms of operations; all the orders appear correctly and we can then send the items to our customers. All the team can work at the same time on Shopify. Since it is one of the most common options, Shopify has myriad integrations and apps for all of our needs. Better yet, more than one option for any demand. It helps to have everything in one place. It is mostly intuitive and there is plenty of support/documentation to help in most situations. Support is great and downtime is far and few between with a great dashboard if there are issues. This has been a great solution for several years. Payment processing and options are on point. We haven't experienced many issues with the system which is good news for us! Overall, this is a great solution for online stores of many sizes and there is room to grow! Scaling with Shopify has been easy and I'm confident it will continue to be so. No plans to change providers at this time.

There are some limitations to having multiple listing and pricing tiers. When trying to set up a more complicated listing, our shop will throw errors and discount codes won't work. We have to manually fix this which is not ideal. Because of this, our organization will have to completely change a system that has worked for some time. However, it is more of an issue with our setup than Shopify, but we wish our current system would work. Finding customers can be cumbersome using the search option which makes it tough to provide customer service in a pinch. Tax collection has been complicated in some cases as well. Some things may be user error but hard to say! Customization could use some work. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons.

The problem was needing a one-stop-shop for eCommerce and Shopify was an easy option to get things rolling. It continues to offer opportunities for growth with all of the integrations and options. We haven't had to change to a new provider because the software is growing with us. Even the integrated apps are open to our needs and have no issue meeting with us. We needed a subscription app and had several options to choose from. The same goes for gift cards, page editors and more. Shopify has provided a platform for the business to grow and thrive, exactly what we needed. I have no doubt that it will be a solution to future problems/demands.

Everything is available at lower prices and a wide range of variety is available.

I like Shopify's features of products management, category management, analytics checking, orders checking, and theme updating feature. I could upload my products very easily through the website UI. It is very simple to use. All sections like collections, categories everything we can update faster and easier.

The one thing that I dislike about Shopify is that while uploading the theme it will fail to upload and I had to re-upload the theme sometimes. This is not a big problem, maybe it will be because of the network issue. Never faced any issues with the theme. Every section on the theme was working properly. Faced only the theme uploading issue.

I was looking for the best E-commerce platform to sell my menswear. Then I got to know about Shopify and started using it. I was a new user and this platform is very useful for new people.
