Shopify is an excellent platform for launching a new business as well as for established market leaders. The checkout process is also ideal for the customer. It is without a doubt one of the top ecommerce platforms on the market.

There are quite a few errors and malfunctions for the users, and the assistance is not great because some issues might take weeks to resolve. However, they do provide their complete support with whatever difficulties are put forward to them.

What I dislike about Shopify is the increased inclusion due to the lack of understanding the platform in the designs description of usage of data and programming for users.

I did have a problem with importing products via a .csv file. I lost images for my products and had to do a lot of manual uploads. While the import feature is possible, they do warn in their documentation that errors may happen. Hopefully that will be fixed in the future.

I wish they could integrate more products like printify. Printify is free to use but doesn't give you a site, (you have to use it through etsy or shopify) but they integrate well together
