Shopify is the best platform for E-com users. Super simple and easy to use and make a website and add products. 10/10
The limit of users you can have can be annoying at times but is somewhat manageable
helps make my ecom journey easy and manageable all in one place. Has tons of guides on things I had trouble with
The best thing I liked about the Shopify platform is it provides the ease to user to build their own catalogue, select category in user friendly manner without any technical knowledge
One thing I disliked that platform should provide more features considering next future generation challenges
I was facing some challenges to create product catalogue and they have provided very simplistic solution for it
The best thing about Shopify is its very fast-loading eCommerce platform, nice GUI, and easy to setup workflow with affordable pricing plans. Another part is its already SEO Ready to proceed with store creation for new startups.
Still, I have been implementing over the platform and have not found anything that can be disliked. However, when it comes to the pricing part for the annual slabs subscription, they may consider it for reduction for new startups.
Selling goods and services to my clients and customers, B2B and B2C issues addressed over the platform. It has helped my new organization grow to a new standard and is exploring new features in it.
Shopify is a well-organized online sales system with a large number of 3rd party apps allowing users the ability to modify and create just about any user experience they need.
Site response can be a little slow at times. Better menu access to backend features would be nice.
Provides a more consistent user (customer) experience. Access to tightly integrated apps for marketing is a plus.
Shopify is Awesome platform, over all experience has been great. The platform is very secure when handling sensitive data
Although the plans are very accessible. Costs can get very high before your business is ready to scale
Payment methods know very Quick before then
Without no coding, development or web designing skills, one can still get the best functional e-commerce store. Various themes and integrations to choose from are the icings on the cake.
Subscription fees are on the higher side. Unless the online business generates income, paying subscription fees feels like a financial burden. Shopify should reduce its fees a bit. Especially for outside of North American market
Single business owners requiring an online store can quickly build one using Shopify. We benefit from Shopify's inbuild inventory management module, which syncs automatically whenever an order is placed and fulfilled. This way, we never oversell and are never in a situation where we can't fulfill the orders. Other than this, we leverage the benefit of changing our platform's style and design and also give our users fresh new content.
Easy to customise e commerce website and manage my online store
Shopify plans are slightly expensive in my opinion
It is solving my problem like managing my inventory, sku, sales, emails
Shopify offers a way to manage inventory by certain locations, which we take advantage of the most. While they still need to work on some kinks managing multiple locations, so far, it works for our current sales volume.
We've run into one kind-of substantial problem where one of our locations is unable to purchase multiple shipping labels in one batch; they can only do so individually. Apparently, this is a normal behavior for 'custom fulfillment locations,' which unfortunately slows product at our second warehouse. Quite frankly I do not understand why it will let me buy them individually but not in one batch like it does so for other locations.
Shopify makes customer service pretty streamlined. Automations are set up for shipment, delivery, or other notifications to be sent to our customers without us having to do so manually.
It's easy to add apps for whatever you need.
There is limited freedom and flexibility for some complicated needs. P
Puts your POS and website all in one place.
I like that Shopify gives sellers all the tools necessary to have a great listing. There's plenty of Shopify and 3rd party themes you can use, and a lot of different integrations available.
the learning curve to outside tools such as GA4 and Facebook ads isn't well integrated in my opinion. I wish there was more integrations to use these tools and SEO tools right from Shopify directly.
creating an online store can be difficult, they remove the need to learn coding, design etc. there's so many integrations available and 3rd party tools to help you navigate anything you'd need really.
