We are in the promotional product service niche and we need to keep track record for all our purchases and clientele so that we can reach back to them and share our insights. Simply made an arrangement through contact database and we linked Simply CRM with lead pages too. We were always looking for a software program that can not only handle the customers' contact whilst managing and organizing the same for the re-purpose. Overall we can suggest it as a handy tool for small to mid tier business professionals/owners.
Initially we thought mobile browsing or accessing through app is not available in this tool but later in their fresh version it was there. We are now on the same page for the features and functionality etc.

The favorable scenario is it fits and meets all our business requirements and further customization via configuring the third party integrations. The simplicity of managing records and data processing by applying further CTAs like client or appointment/contact management, makes it more responsive and faster compared to other CRM tools. Our original goal was to simplify the record keeping and marketing with the same. For now, we are utilizing its full caliber to convert and generate customer’s engagement. The order of controls and top features are done quite in professional way and you can find them with an ease. The controls and layout are also way useful as compared to other platforms. Our goal is fulfilled through the top stack of quick job options and we've got'em managed simply superb. A superb manager, cool and efficient reasonable piece of software program that we have ever used. The section of some efficient task orientation such as order management, invoicing , ticketing, PMS, event management such as appointment with clients, integration with third party Application Programming Interfaces and more make it a handsome tool. We've used Simply for more than 9 months and it was a great experience to have it.
Well, the disliking is an odd term rather we would say the slight twitches like 1. User-friendliness of the mobile app and 2. Customer portal interface could be more detailed though they have most of the visual assessment etc
Contact tracing became easier for us and to locate the customer data for future communication.
It has got everything a successful CRM should have, also you will get additional features as well so in all, it’s a great going if you subscribe to it. You can really make it the way you want it to work.
As far as the Simply negatives are concerned, we did not find any as there support is always on the go and you will get language support as well. In all, they have deep learning articles depository from where you can get a solution to each business query
Customer support services are excellent and we have never ever experienced any downtime since we started using it.It solved our customer management concern and listed them in place in an organised way. So in all, it's win win for our company.
This service provides us with excellent activities for sales since it is a very capable system to personalize and manage marketing tasks and clients since it offers us functions such as the creation of email campaigns, web forms, calendar system, storage of documents, integration with social networks and integration of internal chat, this leads to increased sales because it allows us to improve marketing campaigns, it also has a very adequate cost that allows you to use this service more frequently and without any problem.
This application has a problem with the interface since its connectivity through the browser is usually a bit slow, which is very outdated, which I hope can add more speed and can be used a little better. More colorful because the design it contains is very boring and makes the board look unstructured.
We use this service to obtain visibility of our potential clients, be it from calls, emails, repetitive tasks and the history of client conversations, this allows us to define our workflow to automate our dealings with clients, we also use it as technical support to solve any problem or doubt since the support is active 24 hours a day and always responds immediately and solves everything quickly and safely.

This CRM is amazing, really helped us streamline our customers and manage business processes. We are very happy with their dashboard as we can find each and every feature onboard which is important for any customer database. You can do a lot with this as it comes for a free trial and you can assess it further. They have a superb dashboard with all options a successful CRM must-have. But yes, I feel they should offer some interactive layout meaning when you hover the mouse to any specific feature/option such as user management, or project section, it should pop out the text, etc so that it can look more classy and readable, not necessary though. My overall experience is great with Simply. I appreciate the Simply team members for their hard work and efforts to make it the easiest, simple, affordable and complete altogether.
I really love their user interface, nice end-user experience. The marketing automation and lead management are providing additional pace to it.
The best part of choosing Simply is in its actual simplicity of managing the customer data and connecting with them through automation. The APIs, email marketing integrations, event collabortaion through Google calendar makes it handy and thorough. There are so many features which are connecting the dots to reach the business objectives.
I like the fact that I can manage all my users and accounts. Everything is in one place which is good. Honestly that's about it.
I don't think the UX/UI is very friendly. It's also a bit slow to load for me and this is something my other coworkers have mentioned too..
We have been using Simply CRM for the past couple weeks now, and we originally used it to help with our lead management. I think we are thinking of switching to a different solution.
Simple UI/UX. Good charts. It's easy to use and much more straightforward like other CRM's (365).
Not so popular. They are not used for large companies.

The user interface is not that friendly and takes time to load, even sometimes it stops working for 5-10 minutes.
